FedEx print and go is a great place for your printing and shipping needs! I came to get two different documents printed and it was a simple process to email and print! I even had a small hiccup and Taylor helped me out. I was in and out in a flash with a great experience! I highly recommend this place if your in a hurry or would like assistance in printing, shipping etc!

Don’t go here for fax services. 1 or 2 pages is alright. Charge 2.49 per page. Be aware. Go to your local fax service. Support your local mom and pop store.

Went in with a long list of codes for multiple prints. Was first helped by a young girl, she was very patient and sweet. Processed everything and at the end was helped by Luis (the receipt said the name, hope its him). Luis was just as awesome if not more!If you guys remember me and my daughter we went in on 11/19/20 in the evening, large print for court purposes, thank you so much for all of your help individually. I won the case btw!

Courteous staff and excellent customer service. I came in for a print job and everything went smoothly. I called in advance to send in my print job to their email so that once I got there, I was able to beat the line because it was already printed for me. That is mainly thanks to one of the employees that was extremely patient and helpful. Great place to print or ship. 5/5 highly recommended

I got out of work late and tired on Thursday, 11/12, and was in a hurry looking for a FEDEX store to send a very important document to New York which was needed to be there by Friday. When I got into the store there were a few people in line and I thought there is no way I can send the document on time, but because of this angel named BRENDA, everything went smoothly. The entire store staff was really accommodating but I would like to give credit to this special, beautiful, kind, courteous, and very professional angel named BRENDA,,, thank you so much for your dedication to your work,, please keep it up.

I stood in this store today for five minutes, confused on what to do without even one employee asking me if I needed any help. And there were five employees there standing around talking. The placement of the store is very convenient but the customer service is very poor. Won’t be returning again.

They have good service they are fast on doing their job I always come here to print plans or to send mail out.

Hey a few days ago I got treated well by an employee and I feel bad because I forgot his name and he was doing good and I was in a horrible horrible mood that day and I raged and kicked something in the store and left. I sincerely apologize and my 5 star goes out to that male employee

Always print here because my printer broke at home and this is the closest place to my house to print. It’s about $0.12 to print per page which is quite precey but it’s more for about the convenience for me 😂. The workers here are always helpful and nice when it comes to needing assistant about complex printing procedures. I have also shipped a couple of packages here and as long as you have the shipping label already, you can be in and out in a second. If you need help, like I said, the workers are very helpful.

Poor service and don’t pay attention for customers. And, the delivery guy is lazy or what. He stopped by in front of the gate and didn’t try to check whether I was at the door or not. UPS is better period.

I had 10 boxes to shipped and they said I can only ship 3 because they have no more space. Btw the boxes I took had the labels already to be shipped.

Horrible service employees look so miserable & they dont like helping you out with the computer or copy machine.. they take forever.. the prices are ridiculously expensive.. Go to ups store faster, better low prices wit great customer service

Never shipped through them cuz Im smarter than that but i do pick up stuff from time to time and its pretty quick even when its busy.If youre just picking up a package they kinda expedite your place in line with the people shipping.

People here seem to hate life. On more than one occasion I have experienced the computers not booting quickly and stealing about 10mins of my time. Equipment is outdated and staff refuses to help Id rather drive to Kinkos in west covina!

Understaffed. 10+ customers waiting only one staff working. 5 pro sellers needed drop off receipts and other retail customers were waiting for a quote to ship something. the waiting was long.......... FedEx you need hire more employees

So bad..need to go back and forth to my car just to get the exact amount of $13.87 coz they dont have a change for $50 bill...at this time still they dont have a change for $50...or the guy just being lazy....very bad experience..and the guy who helped is very rude..and giving me a wrong quotation for the color print...guys theres a lot of people that needs a job...if you dont like what youre doing ...go quit.....go to the farm instead and plant banana..customer service is very bad...they should post a sign that says no large amount than $20...

Excellent service Pablo Cecy and Karla are just great, they are always with a smile and they are looking to help you. This is my favorite place to send packages. I have tried other companies and even other FedEx Office and the truth here is the best place in every way.
