I brought in my BMW, and they took care of me. These guys are amazing, to say the least. VERY thorough! I have to mention because everyone else Ive gone to only gave me info on what was the immediate problem and nothing else that could potentially lead to another issue. Hands down the cleanest auto repair shop Ive ever stepped foot into. That says a lot about workmanship. These guys are experts with SUVs and wont sell you something you dont need . Vahe is highly respected in the industry as his many 5 star reviews have shown. V & Gs crew truly take care of their customers. No up selling and BS. Just straight to the point and beyond honest pricing. My go to spot for all my truck needs from now on! They are conveniently located next near the original In & Out, so you can just walk and get a quick bite and your car will be done. I noticed that almost all their customers are repeat customers and know them by their first name basis. This tells me a lot. Theyve been there for decades.

Would be nice if there was a place to park and take pictures without a huge fence in the way.

Was in the city doing a job when I noticed my work trucks idle was acting up and being weird kept getting low oil pressure every time I came to a complete stop. Stop by a local shop and the mechanic diagnosed my truck charged me for a diagnose which I though was too high for a 5 min check and proceeded to tell me that my truck had major problems and need a lot of parts. I didn’t feel comfortable so I called my local mechanic and he told me to try a few other places.I pulled up to V&G Auto and the mechanic came up to me and asked me to take the truck around the block. He came back and immediately knew what the problem was. Apparently I was over due on the oil change and the pressure was low. He added oil to prove to me that that was the case. I was so grateful for the honesty and professionalism that I asked him to just change the oil and oil filter. I then called my local mechanic to tell him and he told me that I was treated extremely fairly. What made me mad the most was that I paid less for the oil change and fix then the previous guy who charged me a full hour for diagnose which only took him 5 min. Highly recommended this place and I appreciate the honesty and great service.Thank you very much for your honesty and best wishes! You won’t be disappointed with V & G Auto Service Center. I was stranded due to a flat tire, but they helped me and got me back on the road within an hour. Was not expensive for the damages I had. I’ll never forget this place.

The station is a joke. It has these ancient pumps. I went to purchase some gasoline and the pump would not work. I tried 3 times returning the pump to its starting position each time. When I went inside to tell the owner his pump wasnt working he claims I received gas and accuse me of trying to steal from him. I got better things to do than to go out of my way to try and steal a dollar worth of gasoline. Old outdated facility with snacks and cigarettes that look older than the building itself. Dont waste your time, every other gas station in the region has better, and more reliable facilities than this throwback from the stone-age.

I work nearby so this is a convenient place for me to have service done on my older Lexus sedan during the workday. They are very friendly and accommodating and their prices are way better than the Lexus dealer or a service mill like Pep Boys. Ive seen some reviews that said they were rude - that is definitely not my experience. Maybe the people who thought they were rude were mistaking the owner and his immigrant employees accents for rudeness, or are biased against hardworking immigrants. I cant say other than to relate that my experience has always been excellent and I have been treated warmly.

Just got a pending balance from my credit card saying I was charged from here, when I never even been here. These crooks already have 2 other reviews with people saying they also have been charged without ever stepping a foot here too. I already let the police know. I believe they are connected with West Covina Honda Service Center because it was charged with almost the same amount, just a couple of days ago.Nice try you scumbags, just another pile of garbage, dumpster, trash.

Over charged on a t m use at pump. I purchased no gas and they charged $1. For card check of gas prices.even thought I paid cash in side..20cents less on cash pay.

Wont give you a quote without going in. Rediculous
