I am very disappointed with my last experience here and I will not be returning… Since Julieta left, I made an appointment with Diana because her work looks really good on Ashly’s IG page. Diana had two of her small children running around the salon during my appointment. It was so obvious that she was rushing my nails. While she was doing my nails, she said that her back hurt. She also told another nail tech who was walking by that she was “ready to go”. The other tech said “I can tell by the way that you’re filing!” (while Diana was in the middle of doing MY nails) and they both laughed about it. She cut my cuticles four times and did not match the pic I showed her for my nails. I could be a little bit more understanding if I was a walk-in but my appointment was booked in advance with a deposit. I expect much better service than this when I am booking $70+ sets!

Joanna charged me $75 for these nails .I think that is way over priced for them being short and also asked for coffin but they look square and are super thick definitely not returning!

Always satisfied with every set that i get! Ladies here are very kind and always do what they can to satisfy you. They never say no and always give their opinion on what they recommend. People say its too overly priced. What i pay now is what i paid with the asian and never lasted!! You wont be disappointed with your set. Ladies are very kid and welcoming. Take the chance and get ya nails done here. Worth every dollar spent!

Don’t go here to do pedicures!!!!! Would be the last time I go here honestly I thought they where going to leave my toes pretty but a receptionist did my pedi which she just washed my feet and I wanted acrylics to have them shaped pretty well I give 1 star just for her cause she wasn’t professional but she tried she needed help and no one wanted to help her.. and for $55 for a non professional job..

They can do any design you show them but it goes beyond just the art. They ASSUME you dont know Spanish because it isnt your first language and talk and joke about you. They add things to your bill then when you question it they magically know the correct total.

I arrived at 10:32 Am and I was never greeted to begin with I signed in and I asked the lady at the front desk so I write in pedicure if as well because most places I go to ask you what you are getting and she responded with an attitude “yeah”. I already knew from there I was going to have a bad day, I ended up leaving at 12:15pm and never even got my nails done I left because I waited to long and no one even approached me to tell me why they are taking so long or we are sorry for the delay so very poor customer service. Next as I waited there were two women ahead of me and they ended up leaving due to them taking so long I stayed thinking they left so I should be next and maybe I would leave faster but i waited 2 hours for nothing. There were other women’s who arrived that had appointments and they kept attending them and all of the walk ins just sit there and look because no one was ever sat even in a chair to be worked on. If this place runs under only appointments they should just say appointments only, why have walk in and not ever attended a walk in! I have a party tomorrow and had other things to do and get ready and messed up waiting this long and choosing this place due to good reviews and pictures of pretty nails. But I won’t be returning, there were even scheduling mistakes with women who had appointments there conning in at times they have scheduled and having to wait because they apparently mixed up times and squeezed in other women and had them waiting, they were upset as well having to set up an appointment and still wait 20-30 minutes. I am very upset because I waisted my damn time here!

MS Trena is a cosmotologist there she does hair & lashes etc.... & its a VERY NICE & CLEAN place they also do nails & pedicures there & a lady comes there & sells food & some delicious smoothies its a great location on Lake June Rd in Balch Springs near Cottonwood St GO GET YOUR HAIR DONE IN A NICE SETTING NO VULGARITY

Been coming for a while now, went last week for a full set, they always short staff , plus they didnt have any of the good nail techs like they used to have . the new techs had ppl complaining while they were working on them, no no i had to leave plus the worst their receptionist suck , some ugly girl with glasses ,ppl complaining for not being on their schedule and they had appointments so annoying and fake AF trying to be extra friendly, man they beed to bring baby girl Alondra back ,this place sucks now, so dissapointed, just lost a costumer

Superb service and talent!

Most horrific experience in my life, Graciela burned my hair so bad that I lost over 5 inches of my hair and I now have unfixable gaps. She bleached my hair for over 4 hours and it turned my hair into mush. I am so devastated....I tried to get my money back for I can get it fixed somewhere else but they basically called me a liar and only refunded me 1/4 of what I spent that day at the salon. DONT GO TO ASHLEYS HAIR SALON IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HAIR. Its worth the drive to rockwall or rowlett... If anything, you still have a better chance at walmart or have your kid cut it for you than this God Forsaken place. Graciela thinks too highly of herself and wont recognize the damages she did and her boss backs her up... disgraceful. She will be reported to the state for damages.

I got my nails done on the 23rd and 2 of them already came off ! I had an appointment at 9am and when I showed up they told me that my appointment was on their journey but luckily the lady recognized me . The lady legit took 4 hours on my nails ! Also some of my nails are uneven and when I told her she said that they was all a number 7 which some aren’t , I unfortunately will not be going back

They kept my money and didnt want to make me another appointment just because Im 10 min late, theyre rats.And they did not give me the option for someone else to attend to me that day and the boy in front told me that the 20 dollars were already lost that day.

The service is excellent. I dont complain very nice about his work and what one pays is worth it. But nail techs are not worth it. A few days ago I went and a lady named Blanca and another girl with blue hair, like other girls who also work, spend their time talking badly and criticizing their clients. And to one as a customer who has to sit back and listen to how badly people speak it feels uncomfortable. And they still expect tip. The guy who charges also harasses customers to leave a tip. I always tip but sometimes others don’t and that’s Ok because we all don’t get the same experience. Leaving a tip is optional and no employee should be making a customer feel embarrassed in front of all the employees and customers for not leaving a $ 15- $ 20 tip.
