The place itself is good. The vacuums are not as strong as Ive experienced at other car wash places. Their monthly fee of $30 is more than the previous place I had a subscription ($20). This location is closer to me is why I changed. They dont hand out car scents or blue shop towels as my previous place and Blue Bandit allows 1 wash per day. The other place was unlimited washes for $20.Overall, the staff is very nice!

A hidden gem of a carwash. I washed my car and took advantage of the Top Notch (highly recommended) detail service. It took 50 minutes to transform my dirty car into a beauty! The employees are super friendly, the lobby was nice and cold (so hot that day) and they even gave me a complimentary water when I requested. These guys are the real deal and will get my business again! Oh.. You can’t beat the prices!

The vacuuming is not the best is a dollar Higher than Mesquite maybe the vacuuming system needs a overhaul possible lose you some customers.

This morning was sprinkling and couldn’t see out of my dash with all the pollen and water mixed it was a mess!!! I drove up to the wash looked they were closed or very slow. Good thing two workers were visible they directed me to where u Pay looked like a toll booth . I’m from west Texas and had never been in one of these machines before. Had heard a lot of bad things about places like this before. A young man with gold/brown hair explained to me all the packages that were available. I got the mangers special he put a receipt with a red dot sticker on my dash. Then told me after wash to park under the car port section. So they can dry car and put tire shine on my tires. As I pulled up to the loading section there was man with beard with a brush and bucket directing me towards the loading/chain. He told me to stop and pointed to a sign and then looked at my receipt. Then he sprayed all around the car with soap then he scrubbed all the car all around as well. Pretty neat if I say so myself. As the car went along was surprised pretty neat. Got out of the wash pulled up to car port they both dried my car and shined it up very good. Very impressed I starting chit chatting with them explaining how it was my first time and won’t be my last. They explained how they offer month pass. Might be interested in the future have to cars that need weekly work done on them. To bad as soon as I got to homedepot it started raining. Darnet

Update: Looked at the entire car carefully once if had dried and placed it under my car port. Noticed they have scratched up a small piece of my rear, removing the clear coat. I will never be going again. My one and only time using one of these drive through car washes and my car ends up being damaged beyond the expected swirl marks one of these machines causes.I was very hesitant to take my car to a drive through car wash especially because of the horror stories Ive heard. I noticed there were some negatives for this place and was still hesitant. I went in and paid for the $15 service. No issues. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Car was 98% spotless clean. There were only small minor areas where the car did not get cleaned, but not noticeable unless you are nitpicky.

Got the express detail done for my bfs car. Granted the car was pretty dirty inside, but I think they missed too many spots. backseat cupholders werent cleaned, but the front ones were (1 had some wet soap still); a few nooks and crannies were missed, but whatevs. but the space along the seats and underneath didnt get vacuumed and theres still trash!

Closed at noon on a Saturday with no rain in the forecast. They have been closed the last few times weve tried to go on a Saturday.

I had gone to the the Buckner location at 5:40pm they said they couldn’t do a manger special that they were cleaning for the day. So got on Google and this location pulled up. But when I got there the name was different. Was kinda confused at first “clean bandit” but on Google said Sierra express car wash? The guys were cleaning as well. When I asked if they could do the manger special they said yes, just pull up on detail section. It was 5:55pm at the time. We will be coming to this location from now on.

I think I was the first person there this morning... They were still getting set up. The wash is great and quick... They now offer a monthly wash package. However the vacuums were not the best... I had to move to a different spot to get one that had some good suction.

I actually feel comfortable washing my car here and it has free vacuum and the employees here are very helpful it gets busy but the line moves very quick

They should invest or fix theyre vacuums. The suction arent that strong. The wash is good enough.

This place was amazing! They did such a wonderful job! I took my car here a few weeks after I bought it, just to get it nice a clean like the day I bought it, and they made it look even better than when I drove it off the lot! The management here went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

This is a place I go on the regular but my last visit they told me that they would be cutting the vacuums off in 7 minutes then a guy came back and told me they would be closing in five so I had to hurry to rush and vacuum but over all friendly service and a great price

I went to try the new WaveWash by the Mesquite Rodeo. They did not get my car clean. Every time I come to Clean Bandit my vehicle is clean and dirt free. I will always use Clean Bandit for all my vehicles and recommend them to all my friends.

Just spent $35 for a detail that actually amounts to a heavy wipe-down. Dirt left in the cup holder, around radio, gear shift area, steering wheel area, and center console plus smudges on door handles. They used 3 people to do this job and failed. Not worth the money. The job they did should actually come with the $18 deal. I actually would have given them 1-star except the young man doing the job was nice and courteous so I tipped him anyway. Wouldnt recommend their detail. Side note: My car was purchased 1 week ago and was not very dirty.

I went to wash my car today and I noticed a hardworking young man name Oscar G. Hes such a hardworking young man he literally helped me the whole time I was there he was going back and forward he didnt even take a sip of water. Hes so kind caring. Once again he did an awesome job!

Always breaks down, vacuum areas always seem to be dirty even though they have like 6 guys working there full time.Only reason I keep coming back is due to been so close to me otherwise I would of stopped long time ago.

Took my car to get spray wax over the weekend gave it a real nice shine. In the lobby they had hand sanitizer made me feel safe and restrooms clean as well. First time to come to this facility and for sure coming back!!!

This wash is a must had bad experience with car wash at Buckner they made up for it. They explain different owners but same name. I’m new to the area so was trying out different places. This place is a must paid for $15 and I wanted my tires a little more shinny. They said don’t worry will take care of it for you.

I didn’t see any soap on today’s wash. I ALWAYS purchase the $10 one and have seen yellow soap with a strong smell. But this time I didn’t. Worker came up to me and apologized though which is not his fault but I appreciate it though.

The car wash belt stalled at the end and we were almost rear ended by a truck had we not shifted into drive to get out, no alarms sounded. The car ended up dirtier from this was than it entered.

Went thru the car wash today heard a pop and the car wash equipment broke off my back windshield wiper!! Proceeded to the office and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it😡 not at least we’ll accommodate you and refund your $6 at least. I’m so upset!!!! Will not be going back ever!!!

They really should have the guys in the tunnel use a soapy brush to get the back of the vehicles...where the brushes inside the tunnel cant reach. Although the wash was only $10...I expected a much better job than what I got. Tried to add photos but it will not let me....shocking!!! Probably wont be going back.

What can I say,I spent the last of my daddys insurance money on a 2019 Volkswagen Arteon that I am OBSESSED with. I came to the car wash and told Oscar* that it was new and I wanted it to be treated with the utmost care. He said Absolutely maam. Not only did he ensure that all of the bird poop was washed off, but he also made sure all the dog hair was vacuumed out of the inside. My car was left smelling AMAZING and I left as a satisfied customer! 5 stars!!!!!

The carwash was fine but their vacuums had very little suction power. I had grass on my floors which was one of the main reasons I stopped by to clean my car so I left here disappointed paying $10 for a carwash without the free vacuum. For thus reason I wouldnt recommend this location

Great car wash I come once a month for a complete detail of my Honda SUV I have two kids both under four so you can imagine the mess in my car. But the manager Randy always makes sure I leave with a spotless car.

This was the worst experience ever. My car didnt get clean. None of the vacuum work. I ask to speak with the manager because no one would help me. Once I spoke with the manager I ask could he either find me a vacuum that work or give me a refund. He would do neither. He told me he has told his boss to get new vacuums, but he hasnt done anything about it. I ask for the so called boss number and he said he cant give out his number either. So I wont be returning. They lucky I used cash. Dont come here waste of time and money.

The manager Oscar is very nice, he did an amazing job, and made sure that my car was very clean.

The conveyor that pulls the vehicles through the car wash breaks down at times. Which takes about 10 minutes to fix. The air blowers work at 80 percent...yes, your vehicle will not be totally dry. But...the employees are polite and helpful.

Paid for a deluxe wash and the machine stopped working inside I was stuck in the carwash for 20-30 min

I wont be visiting this place if I want my car clean. Machines there dont rinse right and vacuums suck (not literally... They are terrible!) Have to find somewhere better. Fuel city will be opening up a new car wash soon enough. Gotta be patient

The new service called “U Detail” is a great choice for 25 dollars u have access to all cleaning products they use but u get to do it yourself just the way ud like it.

Man I came to this car wash and pay $15 for a holiday special that they had on their machine then got stuck in the car wash for 20 minutes then I got off to tell them about what I paid for and they said they had no idea what I was talking about so I just walked away. A very nice place and pretty cool options for car wash preferences. Nice spacious area for vacuums and interior cleaning. The only thing I dislike is that half the vacuums dont work and they dont let you pay a smaller fee for just using vacuums. You can only use vacuums if youve paid for a carwash.

Junk wash machine and even worse vacuums. Usually dirty in parking lot and they have careless kids working.

Best car wash in the area I always get the 45 dollar detail always worth it and the best part I don’t have to do anything.

Car wash wouldnt work properly with soap all over my car . People wouldnt wash it again didnt care to . Had to go somewhere else. Not friendly at all. They shouldnt even get a star at all.

I was charged $30 the last time i was here just for a regular carwash and vacuum. I thought that was a bit much. Was sitting inside until they finished and witnessed the workers splitting the money and discussing what they were doing and how much they were charging each individual car Including the team leader. And they realized that i was sitting over there and heard the conversation they then got quite for a few minutes and started talking low. So i returned today and asked who was the owner and what was his/her name and the working never did give me the name just off top said why what happened and said they charge $30 to clean inside and out. My respond i pay $12.00 for the exact same thing on Greenville Ave. and if it rain within the 10 day period i can take it back for free. And my car dont be half cleaned. This place have thieves working here.
