Carstar in Balch Springs, TX did an Excellent job! They also polished my headlamp covers during my vehicle repair from an accident. My van was beautifully cleaned on the outside. They communicated through the whole process and updated with any delays and progress. I would definitely, highly recommend their services!

Robert immediately came out and fixed my door for free even if you dont end up using us He told me exactly what was wrong with my car and said that they wont ever try and up the price and only do the things that you need done to your car. I went there to get my door locks changed on my car and John and his whole team were very helpful and very knowledgeable on finding the best solution possible I drop my car off at 8 in the morning they were done by 2 p.m. which was great I would recommend this service for anyone if youre not sure if you need their services just asked John and hell be able to find you a great solution or point you into the right direction.

When I got to the shop I met Bob. He is an honest and kind man. When I first met him he checked to make sure I had a ride, because I was wanting to drop my truck off that day. Bob, within 5 min of knowing me, offered to take me back home when he got off work if I did not. He said he lived close and it would not be any trouble.I hope that statement shows that this shop, and Bob, are not like others out there.As far as the work done, 12/10 fast and perfect! Dropped my truck off Saturday, and got a call Wednesday that it was ready for pickup. 100% fixed, and not able to tell in the slightest that there was ever any damage. On top of fixing my truck, they also took the time to clean and detail my truck. Outside and in. Overall they did an excellent job on repairing my car. What put it over the top was the fact that the owner BOB personally came and picked me up and took me to their location so i could get my car. Never had that happen before. Wow!!

This place has excellent service and my car looks so good. I could not see where the repairs were even thoigh I know exactly where the damage was. About $5k worth of work, it was fast, they kept me informed and the owner came oit to greet me. I was skeptical at 1st bc the insurance co wanted me to take it there. 4 weeks later and no issues w the car. Good business.
