He even gave me suggestions for what to use to keep up with the cleaning. He had some issues with his child, so he was running late. However, he was kind enough to call and tell me, which was greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, he was very personable and did a wonderful job. My carpets look awesome , and I will definitely use them again in the future.
