I had a house fire and was a month from being able to have the floor installed but was told because of shipping it could take a while to get things in so I ordered it early because I was told they would take it back up to a year after I purchased it. I am a month out of 90 days which took took 28 days to get the order in the first place. They would not return the extra unopened boxes. I will never buy here again. Also the scratch resistant floor with a 35 year warranty I was told is only covered if they install the floor. Pretty much promised anything to make a sale.

We are from Pittsburgh, PA, but the Lumber Liquidators in Bakersfield, CA, had the flooring we wanted. Initially, we were not pleased with the service we received from one employee. Then, we found JOSHUA. He turned the whole situation completely around. He is 100% professional, knowledgeable, polite, and his follow-through is outstanding!!! He continued to monitor the delivery and kept us in the loop with details. He was so thorough, that I believe he deserves a raise. He is such an asset for Lumber Liquidators!!!

Horrible all the way around .... First of all we had damaged packages of flooring that we had to go replace I... was told when I bought the flooring $2,500 worth of flooring that it was water resistant and that it would be fine with pets not so much .... my kids have dropped their cell phones, a picture fell off the wall and I have chips in the new flooring.... I was also told I would be getting a $300 rebate I never received!!!!!

Worst store ever. I ordered over $2000 worth of flooring over a month ago and yet to receive it. After I ordered it I was told it was going to be delivered the following week. So I called a week later after ordering it and they told me it was back ordered and that it would be delivered on 9/10/2020 or 9/11/2020. I contacted them today on 9/9/2020 to see if my order was in and they told me that it didnt come in on the truck today that it would be in next week and to top it off I never once received a call from the store saying it was back ordered and wouldnt be in until today and delivered tomorrow or Thursday. I had to contact them every time about my order. I would highly recommend not shopping at this store. I would of been better off ordering flooring from the Home Depot or Lowes. The workers at this store are unprofessional and will just keep giving you the run around. If I could give this store negative stars I would give it a negative 10.

Their products are fine but Alejandro, the manager, told me that due to COVID, they werent accepting returns. This may have been true but sounded made up.The change in return policy should have been discliosed to me prior to my purchase. Thats just a business courtesy.

I would like to thank Alenjandro for helping us with everything that we needed to do the right job he has a good customer service. In the other hand there was another sales rep that didnt want to help us so but besides that I will give them a 5 stars

I was referred here by an actual contractor. I was very pleased with his recommendation. They have a large selection of flooring, and are more than willing/knowledgeable to explain everything. I have to redo 4 rooms, possibly a 5th. This is where Im taking my business.

I went in to see their selection of laminate for a flooring renovation. I had to wait about 10 minutes since there was only one employee working. When he approached me and we began interacting he was borderline patronizing and spoke with an irritated tone as I asked questions about their products and the installation process. I had never been here before and had no prior knowledge of the company or its products. I wont be back and wont recommend based on the limited selection of flooring product and poor customer service. One star because at least my questions were answered.

Overall experience was satisfactory, however there were communication issues.Workers were courteous and professional, but customer service and info.details could be improved.
