From booking a appointment to picking up my car, the customer service were the best. They are fast and very knowledgeable with theirs work and explaining everything. Really nice staff. I liked the work they did to my car which was about 2 years ago. This time I took my daughters car in and Again the staff was awesome. If I had more cars I would go here. Highly recommend going here and paying the extra for the ceramic tint. Both times was same day install.

Waited two weeks for an appointment and went early on the day off the appointment just to get a text 20 minutes before my appointment saying because of the hot weather I would have to reschedule. Then I talked to him later and he said he had personal problems. So they lied about the weather. Asked if I could bring it in the next day and the answer was no. Go to baja window tint. Got me in the next day with good service and great prices

I looked at a few different places here in Bakersfield to get my windows tinted professionally for a reasonable price before I stumbled on RBI Window Tint & Wrap on Yelp. They are by far the best because they did so much. The staff is friendly, helpful, and will do whatever they can to ensure you are satisfied. By pointing out nearby places for you to pass the time or to show a demo of heat vs the various percentages of tint, it’s the little things that makes this place stand out. They even managed to tint my back window nicely where my pesky spoiler was in the way when others couldn’t. They do the job and they do it well so much so that I’ve already recommended this place to my sister and friend so be sure to check them out.

Let me start off by saying, the people who run this business are extremely nice and made me feel like a priority. Ive never had window tinting done on any of the vehicles Ive owned so this was my first time. When we were filling out the paperwork, I confused fronts as in front side windows with front windshield but I didnt realize that until after the job was done. Luckily, they were able to fix MY mistake and free of charge! I am so happy with the tint on my car and will be referring them to everyone. Thank you RBI!

I set up an appointment with this place paid a deposit in advance on the date that I was scheduled to have my work done they never showed up I waited over an hour then they call me back two hours later to tell me that they wrote down the appointment wrong and that they would do The work the following week and that is not acceptable this is supposed to be a professional business and they are not acting like it so I suggest anybody go anywhere else but this place!!!!!

Excellent service and beautiful results! They price matched a slightly lower bid that I got elsewhere. They are on the extreme North side of Bako but it is close to the 99, so the location is actually reasonable to get to. If you are going to wait for your car and need to kill some time they also have a boutique with purses, accessories, clothing, home decor items, etc. to browse through. Its in walking distance of a few different places to eat as well.

I got the front two windows of my new truck tinted last week and they look amazing. They were quick, very friendly, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and the price was perfect. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty, too. The woman who answered the phone and worked the front desk is who really sold me, she was so helpful, honest, and courteous. I highly recommend these guys.

I had my new truck windows tinted at RBI, he did an outstanding job! In past years I have used other larger companies to do my work with good results but at a much higher price. Robs work is just as good and uses the same products they use and has the same warranty.he also does some really cool vinyl wrapping, I had my bezel pieces wrapped in a carbon fiber looking vinyl and it turned awesome looking. Best place to get windows tinted. Got wifes car windows tinted and wife said they werent dark enough so I talked to RBI and they understood and had no problem working with me and retinted the windows. I will take all my business to them! Thanks RBI window tinting!

They did a great job with tinting our windows, its been 2 weeks so I dont know how good it will look in a year. However they screwed up our ignition and now you almost cant get the key in to turn it over. So that sucks

Made an appointment in advance and when I showed up 15 minutes early, and stayed until my appointment time they were not there. I called to see what was up, no answer, left a voicemail no call back. I understand sometimes things pop up and they are late so I went down the street and came back 15 minutes later, still no one there, waited no one there. Called again no answer. Texted them like voicemail says and no response. I wish they would’ve told me in advance they wouldn’t show up so I could make another appointment because I needed my windows done today. Now I’m having to do a walk in somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. The employees were so rude and disrespectful and uses shity language. The quality of the tint is worse than what u expect. The price u pay is too much for what u get. There are so many places way way better than this place and better quality and they have professional workers.
