Alex and his crew were like Angels from above. I had been dragging my feet about having two trees removed completely. Not only were both removed but they removed mistletoe from a remaining tree too. They were careful to keep debris from landing in my nieghbors yard and worked tirelessly in summer heat. i only wish i had provided more water and lemonade and bought snacks ahead of time. This wonderful group i would recommend to everyone.

Called for an estimate and came within 45 minutes. Gave great price, did the job efficiently and cleaned everything afterwards. Alex was very professional and personable. I highly recommend using Cervantes Tree Service.

Gave me an estimate. When they came to do the work asked me again what I wanted done. I showed them the exact trees He accused me of adding some. Then charged me more. They did an OK job from what I can tell. The workers were pleasant. I just dont like being hustled. His estimate got him the job but then upped the price. So get an actual written estimate if youre going to use them.

Was told they would be out on Saturday to remove our tree never showed. I had to be the one to contact them to find out where they were, was told several times they would show up, then rescheduled to Sunday at 9 only to be called at 830 that they could not make it and would need to reschedule! Very bad customer service! I would not recommend them!

Cervantes did a great job reasonably priced. Their very safety conscience & are( up to date) licensed, insured & pay workman’s compensation!

They showed up early each time, to give a quote and to start the job. They made short order of the job. They cleaned up all the way through the job and the end. Very professional, gave me a copy of contractors licence and insurance prior to starting job. The price was right. I REALLY cant say enough good about this company. VERY PLEASED.
