I had a fear of the Dentist for 15 years. Which left me with 2 broken teeth . 😢 The Dentist and Staff are funny , welcoming and made me feel safe and confident. Plus I have no Dental insurance and still was treated great . I found my new Dentist .

Went in with a really painful toothache wasn’t able to get any sleep or enjoy daily activities due to this pain had went to a different dentist prior to going to New image dentistry and was told I’d have to be referred to a dentist in la and was given the run around then I found new image dentistry on google and called explained my pain and was seen the same day and had my wisdom tooth removed I was in and out within 30 minutes, the procedure was quick the dentist and his assistant are amazing and made me feel very comfortable, I had no pain after my tooth was removed I can now enjoy my daily activities and got the best sleep afterwards. If you’re anything like me and have a fear of needles or having a tooth extracted this is definitely the dentist to go to!!!! I’m very thankful for their services. Very clean and very organized. 10/10 recommended!

Dr. G is knowledgeable and kind, and his assistants are competent and really make the patients feel at home. Best of all, waiting time is always minimal! I cannot give enough stars in how pleased I am withDr Ghalambor and his entire staff, they are ALL absolutely AMAZING. They have all been so warm and welcoming at every appointment, always willing to answer any and all my questions, as well as, accommodate my work schedule in providing appointments after 5 pm and Saturdays. I had to have an upper denture made, teeth pulled and all. I never had any pain or discomfort. I will never go to another dentist. I am so happy with my dentures. They are perfect. Ive had them in for almost 4 years and have not had any trouble. Thanks to the wonderful staff. Totally satisfied.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in about two years, partly because I couldn’t find a reputable dentist in network with my insurance. My wisdom tooth was bothering me and my coworker recommended this office. I was so impressed at how interested the staff was about my dental health. I’ve never had a dentist ask me about my dental goals. They set up a plan for me starting with an extraction for the tooth that was bothering me. The staff is friendly and the Dr. Ghalambor kept me updated with what he was doing and why he was doing it. I now recommend this office to everyone and will start establishing my family members here as well.

I HIGHLY recommend New Image Dentistry!! I get very nervous to the point of physically shaking in the dental office but Dr Ghalambor and all the staff at New Image Dentistry saw this and made my experience more comfortable with casual conversation and plenty of information on my options for my dental work. They were EXTREMELY accommodating with contacting my insurance plan and providing me with detailed estimates for work that is needed and work that is recommended. I also asked for an orthodontic referral so I can review all of my options before choosing which route to take to complete some cosmetic dental work and Dr Ghalambor and his staff did not hesitate to provide information for an orthodontist referral and encouraged me to get as much information I can to make the best decision for me. It’s refreshing to have a physician want what’s best for their patient. I appreciate the care and understanding the staff and Dr gave to me and all of the information and education they provided as well as patience for all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions). It had been 7 years since my last dental appointment but the staff did not judge me or make me feel shameful of that fact, I’m extremely happy with my experience and can’t express that enough. And Saturday appointments!! More dental offices should follow their example!

I had a bad experience and will not return nor will I refer anybody to this place.I clearly explained I was unemployed before any work had begun Yes I was in pain. Yes they did extract the broken tooth. I could not think due to the pain. Clearly they knew in advance I didnt have a job and could not afford the $3500 they were charging. I am not a thief unlike others . I am going to pay for the work I had done but since I do not have a job nor a home and yes have financial difficulties. ( I hope you feel better after pointing that out) I will not go back to get work from dis honest people. To be clear I got a phone call on Friday 8-31-18 Corina wanted to make an appt to return. I again reminded her I didnt have a home and that I still didnt have a job. I asked if I could be credited for the work that wasnt done until I got a job and could get back on my feet. I was told that because Monday was a holiday it may take a week to get back to me. 3 weeks passed and no call from Corina at the dentist. I sure did dispute it with Care credit 3 weeks later. A lie is a lie until the truth comes out. I would never take advantage of someone in need. I would give anybody the jacket off my back or the peanut butter sandwich in my hand if it would help. Its just the person I am. Again I was not going to take advantage of credit when I knew could not afford it .

I arrived at New Image Dentistry Saturday 12/15/18. It had been a little while since I have been in the office and I was thoroughly impressed. I was greeted by the Beautiful miss Stephanie who was as sweet as she could be and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated her conversation and professionalism. All the Ladies in the office hands down had given me excellent service. Trish was Great and Danielle the hygienist did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Ghalambor is still the same I appreciate how personal he is and how he made reference to my family that he had taken care of in previous visits! I havent been to the dentist in years. I came in because I was referred by a friend. I went in for a check up. Everyone was super friendly and explained thing they were doing and why all the way through. The Dr was nice, informative and showed me the same respect as the staff. And they were able get get me a cleaning while I was there. I think i might have got lucky on that but it was all around a great experience.

This is the best Dentist in all of Kern County. He is truly an great dentist that cares. The Office staff is above and beyond amazing and do everything in their power to make sure your visit is nothing but exceptional. I tell all my friends and Family to come here!

If youre interested in a car salesman type method of having your teeth worked on, this is the place for you!! They dont bother to ask if you have insurance before the secretary barges in with an itemized price sheet wanting you to make a substantial payment before you can even get Im a dental seat. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

I recently had a wisdom tooth removed. Going in I was a bit uneasy excepting lots of pain during and after the extraction. The extraction only took about 20-25 minutes went extremely smooth and I did not feel a thing, after the anesthetic wore off I was only sore for about a day. Dr was very reassuring, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Ghalambor to everyone!

Well after being popped in the mouth rather hard I had to find a dentist . I found New Image Dentistry and booked an appt. Fortunately they were able to get me in the next day. When I arrived I was greeted by Stephanie(receptionist) who couldnt have been any sweeter . The entire staff couldnt have been any more professional let alone nice and welcoming . I set an appt. For a deep clean by Dr.G and I couldnt have been any happier with the results . he has the lightest hand in the business making my visit virtually painless and all the more pleasant . New Image also has affordable plans in case you dont have insurance (which was my case) that wont break the bank . Needless to say I couldnt be happier with the work that was done. I think its fair to say I found my new dentist.

Ive been coming to Dr. Ghalambors office for over 14 years. Dr. Ghalambor, has given me the most beautiful smile. I constantly receive compliments on my beautiful teeth. The staff have always been professional, courteous, caring and most of all concerned about our dental needs. I bring my two you children to Dr. G as well, they love coming in for routine checkups. They rather come here than a pediatric dentist. I highly recommend anyone who has dental problems or just wants to enhance their natural smile.

My husband, kids and I have been seen at New Image Dentistry by Dr. Ghalambor. The girls at the front desk and the dental assistants treated us great. And Dr. Ghalambor did awesome work on all of us. He was so great with the kids. We got excellent costumer service and dental care. Each time we have came in, we didnt have to wait to be seen and all work was performed quickley. My husband and I even got out teeth bleached. We will definitely continue going back. Highly recommend!!

The office and staff are great. I only have one complaint. The excessive use of air freshener/scented candles. My last visit a few months ago was not very pleasant due to allergy issues. The had a scented candle burning & it permeated throughout the entire office. Being a medical facility, they might want to consider lightening up on the scented candles. Not everyone can tolerate it.

I called the office as a emergency. They got me in pretty quick. They were able to get the job done.i am so happy I found this office. After hearing lots of NOs, they said Yes. They are my life saver. The staff was very polite and the doctor was great. Now I can finally sleep knowing the tooth is gone.I was in pain from a broken tooth where the nerve was exposed. I havent slept in the past 48 hours except for 4 hours last night. I tried calling around town to see who can do it but with the insurance I have wasnt making it any easier. Right when I was ready to give up I found this office. I paid cash for the services but as of now I can say the pain has gone down. From a scale of 1-10, I can say its at a 4. Antibiotics and pains meds were prescribed. Now let the healing begin.I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

(The assistants are amazing that is the ONLY good thing) ONLY GAVE ONE STAR CAUSE I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO PLACE A REVIEW! The first time i went here it was great the staff was amazing, I got a root canal and prepared for a crown i told them i could no afford a crown yet but he insisted on the rootcanal i really just wanted to pull the tooth but was convinced to do the rootcanal and crown. I left without the crown completely done just the root canal post and core prep (no temp crown) Then that rootcanal tooth got infected and i was in extreeme pain. I went back to them and he was adamant that my tooth was not infected that the pain was from another tooth that needed a root canal aswell (more money) i said to just pull it he said that it would be well over 200 to just pull it because when pulling a mollar you have to do bone grafting ..(wich is not true) He was extremely rude this day because i refused treatment he mocked my words to my face and spoke to me as if i was a complete idiot. I left that day in tears and still in pain i had to go to my gen practitioner for antibiotics because it was infected and had large bubble next to my tooth (fistula) . I finally went to a new dentist for a second opinion we went over everything and was told that he did the rootcanal incorrectly that its no wonder it got infected because he didnt create a sterile environment for the infected tooth should haveni been blocked off with special equipment since it was so infected and the new dentists says having your molar being pulled does not have to get bone grafting needs to be done . I also was told my insurance is great and that i shouldnd have had to pay for anything at all with my ins. They cover everything up until my deductible is met. Needless to say i wasted a bunch of money here for terrible work that left me swollen and very infected.

This dentist is a fraud. He is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Also, he told me that I had 12 major cavities that needed to be fixed immediately, so I went and got a second opinion from 2 other dentists and they both told me that I only had 3. THREE! I will never go back to Dr. Mazi Ghalambors office and I do not recommend him to anyone.
