I had my eyeliner an brows done by Heidi. She is very professional and nice. She explains everything sheis about to do before she does it. She made me very comfortable and put a wedge under my legs. She was very gentle when doing my eyeliner an brows. She gives detailed instructions on after care for your permanent make-up. Her office is very clean. Great music playing in the background. Heidi has been great for my permanent eyeliner! I love how they look after the perfecting appointment! She has been so patient with me because my right eye apparently twitches like crazy! We took it slow and steady and she was great about my involuntary eye movement. She cares about how you look and wont agree to do something youll regret or whatever is a fad right now. I will be coming back for my eyebrows and shes been great about color testing me as I want red which is very uncommon. Definitely recommend for permanent makeup!

Honestly this is the best beauty treatment Ive had so far. I loved the results, and it didnt take to long to complete the process either. Heidi was kind and gentle, she made sure to ask me if I was satisfied with how it was looking and how it looked when it was done. Heidi took me last minute when my eyebrows were botched elsewhere and she performed an emergency microblading removal. I was very pleased with how minimal the pain was, she was very professional, clean, thorough! After seeing photos on Instagram for permanent make-up I traveled from North Carolina to California to have permanent makeup done @ A New You by Heidi. At first I was just going to have my eyebrows done. After speaking with Heidi for a few minutes on the telephone I decided to have eyeliner done as well. Heidi was very knowledgeable about permanent make-up & explained the whole process so that I knew what to expect during the procedure. To say that I was pleased is an understatement. I also did not feel any pain because of the numbing agent that Heidi uses. Heids many years in the medical field really showed as her studio was immaculate. She goes the extra mile to make sure that she is up to Covid-19 standards for sanitation.

Beware Hiedi is not very professional shes rude & very unconcerned about her clients.She cut a tag off my eyelid it got infected. The permanent liner was a joke she told me to wash my face with mind soap,, im out of 700. I would never go to Heidi again in life, she has not even tried to do a touch up, because she screwed up. She could care less about her clients all she cares about is $$$$

Hi my name is Krystal from Bakersfield Ca,I went to A New You, by Heidi for microneedling services on my enlarged pores and surgical scars on my face.Before going in, my daily frustration was looking in the mirror and seeing my cheeks dotted with large holes, feeling embarrassed about them and that there was nothing I could do to fix it.Before going in, I was mildly concerned that the procedure would cause more scarring but realized after watching reviews that it stimulates the skin and would help close my pores.Afterwards, my cheeks were softer. Heidi gave me ointment and cream that helped seal my pores and since then they have stayed smaller.As for my scars, they became softer and more flexible.I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Heidi as she has shown me that what I thought couldnt be done, can be :)
