Coldwell Banker is by far the most professional and best real estate company in Kern County. Realtors are independent contractors and one realtor does not reflect the culture of an entire company. CB has many experienced and ethical agents. Ive had many experiences with other offices in Bakersfield and you will not find a better real estate conpany to do business with or work for.

We are very disappointed with the lack of professional approach and apparent dishonesty to our transaction. I would never never recommend to anyone to use their services.Recently, I have been contacted through Facebook page by a few people who suffered financially and emotionally from their agents who misrepresented their transactions. They asked me for advice !!!! They screamed for help!!!!One of the families agent left them without basic family needs and wouldnt return their calls and emails. This family has been waiting to sign their escrow for 6 months. Can you imagine that? What would you do finding yourself in that kind of situation? What would you do realizing that your agent to whom you trusted has never provided documents to the sellers party? What would you do finding your house full of contingencies 30 days after the inspection day?Under this category are listed:Troy Grant, John Houchin, and manager Sheri.I do believe that there are some professional people/agents who can handle their job, but unfortunately, not these three people listed above.
