Shopping here is always fun! I can go up and down each isle at least 3 times, and find something I didnt see the first 2 times. This is your Go To place for EVERY holiday decoration/costume imaginable! The staff here are fun, friendly and helpful. They also do AMAZING balloon bouquets!!🎈🎉🎊

Next time, drive to Stockdale.I went to this Party City for items for my daughters birthday. The kids excitedly picked their stuff and although there was junk strewn about the aisles, we got what we needed and proceeded to the checkout. When we were called to a register, the woman was impatient and rude. She was upset that she forgot to ring in an item that had been in front of her register. We corrected that, since her only absolve was to tell me she could ring me up twice if I really wanted my item. (it was the girls pinata so I couldnt exactly leave it.) I had loaded everything into my stroller and she proceeded to state very loudly that I would need to carry everything out because the carts were not allowed outside. i informed her that the Evenflo cart she thought I was using was actually my stroller. She threw my bags on the counter and disappeared. I tore my own receipt from the register printer and left. Worst. Experience. Ever.

My wife and I purchased a piñata for our grandson‘s fourth birthday. We put two bags of candy in it with a couple of little toys. We tied our rope to a zip tie that had been installed as an anchor point, little did we know the zip tie was only ran through cardboard so when we strong it up in the tree it literally came apart and came crashing down to the ground breaking open before the kids had a chance to even swing at it.Shame on you party city for selling such a piece of junk only to disappoint 12 little kids. Never again party city never again.

I went into Party City with my daughter looking for multi-color balloons. They had an abundant selection of different balloons. I opted to get the pack of 15. They were reasonably priced for the pack of 15. The store was clean and well stocked. They were observing the 6 ft social distancing and mask wearing. The registers had an acrylic cover to protect employees as well as customers. The gal at the register was polite. I love the new location of the store.It is closer to other stores and eating. The parking lot had plenty of parking and was clean. I will definitely shop here for party supplies.

Needed stuff for Dr suess week, they had a good selection of items. Cashier pointed me to right isle, she was friendly and helpful.

Super busy for Halloween but great selection

Nothing glamorous or that stands out. There was no offer of assistance as we were looking for items to celebrate a birthday. We were left dangling. I would understand if it was busy but the cashiers were idle talking amongst themselves, which is fine but not when customers are are shopping. Staff need to be better trained.

I havent been to Party City to shop for Halloween costumes in years, it used to be too chaotic! I must say that I was pleasantly surprised this time around. They have an employee back by the costumes to help with the inventory and pulling costumes from the back room, then you pick up the costumes at a table around the corner. They have makeshift fitting rooms that are tiny, but do the job. The cashier was a little grouchy, but overall it was a enjoyable trip!

Didnt have what I saw they supposedly had according to their website. Staff is courteous and the store is very clean

Not well stocked and limited selection. Compared to other party city stores.

Everything is organized. All the utensils, cups, plates, table covers, etc are organized by color in one single isle. The costumes and party trinkets are in their own section. Its just easier to find what you need and to get out as quickly as possible.

Went into Party City this weekend with my grandkids, to get some last-minute decorations. From the young man getting costumes to the manager at the balloon counter, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

The manager on hand is terrible, do not know why she’s there. My husband and I asked to speak to her over wrong priced items and she refused to speak to us so we went on our way. Very un happy about the service.

My young one had a project for school so I went to get some props. I found everything I was looking for. Everything is well made so pretty happy how it all came together.

Its cool for party stuff you cant find anywhere eles. But here is a tip looking for balloons go-to the dollar tree they have balloons for a buck same ones as party City and they sell them there for 3.99

They had everything a desperate gramma needed when I was assigned the task of getting the last few pieces for the party. The employees all were very helpful who went out of their way to make sure I found what I needed.

Had to get a manager involved to match online pricing. They always have issues at the counter.

The people who work there are just there to work. They dont know themes or try to know what their job is. Dont know isles at all. Dont bother calling in for a theme they say they have it and when you get there they dont!

Received the worst customer service. 6 employees, yes 6, walked passed me, not one person offered to help, didn’t greet me and looked at me like I “don’t belong.” Was going to place a balloon order well over $100 but left empty handed. The brunette girl with the glasses and the cat ears headband was the worst. Blatantly looked me in my eyes and turned her back to me. I will never return.

Good selection but prices are a little on the high side for things that are very inexpensively made. I consider that to be the cost of convenience since all the stuff is at one store

Waited at the balloon counter while 3 employees did nothing but stand around and laugh then asked if we needed help and then after taking our balloons to blow them up continued to conversate amongst themselves and held up a line to talk and not blow up my balloons sitting in their hand.Came to get some balloons blown up I should not be sitting here for 30+ minutes while 3 employees do nothing behind the counter.. ridiculous.
