I should have known what was going to happen when the nail tech wouldnt give me her name....I had just concluded a successful meeting, so I wanted to get my nails done. I have my own gel polish and light that I like to use, so I just asked for a fill. It was after 7pm, and my normal place was closed. When I saw this place I decided to check it out. The lights were on, and the sign said open, on so I went in. The owner Mike told me it was going to be $30 for a fill no polish. I agreed, and she did a wonderful job. I was very happy, and asked her name. She said my name is pretty girl. I thought that was unusual, but I left it alone.When I went to pay she charged me $37. She gave me the paper to sign after I had already tipped her $6. Mike confirmed that it was $30, but he didnt know I had my nails cut down. Again, grown out is not cut down length. Pretty girl tried to get him to say he said $35. They kept fighting me on it, so instead of making a scene I decided to let the community know that they are not honest. Take my experience for what its worth. If you value your money, you might want to find somewhere else.

Don’t bother coming here. poor customer service. pure incompetence. nobody up in this b knows how to draw, shape, or follow directions. she didn’t clean up my nails. he still ended up charging us $60 each. Nothing like rude staff that don’t know how to do their jobs lol save your money and go somewhere else!

Not good! My nails were horrible not only that the art was trash! I didn’t have time for them to fix it so I came in the next day, the owner did my nails and he was angry for fixing his workers mistake! He told me he would fix my nails but as he did them he was hurting me! I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!

Never again! I think Im going to lose my toe from the infection they gave me January 9th its Feb 13th and still infected. 5 doctor visits and 3 rounds of antibiotics!!!¡!! Save your feet and do not go there!

Ive been going to wild nails for many years, a nd have always been relieved with graciousness, and the technicians have always done a great job...thank you wild nails.

Lady did my pedi. Didn’t use no cuticle oil . Used a use file. No massage. Used cuticle oil instead of lotion just rub my legs literally for one 1 minute. Did my pedi like in less than 15 minutes.

Bella is amazing , almost every nail tech i have gotten my nails done by and I cant complain.

First time coming here and getting a pedicure with acrylics and I loved it. Kim did an awesome job on my feet. I loved how they came out. Definitely coming back to her.

I went in with my boyfriend and daughter on Saturday October 3rd. My boyfriend and I got a pedicure together. He has some serious chemical burns on the bottom of his feet. He had to go to the doctor and get it checked out. He couldn’t walk,drive, or go to work. He said it started to burn his feet when she first started after she cut his toe nails and they were red and already bleeding but she didn’t stop as if she didn’t see it or she didn’t care. If I can I would like to show pictures but this is the first time I’ve wrote a review so I don’t know how to post photos.

I do not recommend this place. They had me Wait almost 40 minutes after my set appointment. They do not care for sanitation despite us being in a pandemic. The man setting the appointments kept poking me to get my attention when he could have just said “hey.” They do not clean up after each client. The lady who did my nails was more concerned about a stain on her shirt than her job. She didn’t even check my nails after they dried. She just jumped to the next client. She left lumps on pinky finger nail. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to leave. After an hour and half, I was finally done. But I still had to go to an ATM next door because they failed to mentioned they only accepted cash today! Terrible!

Super cute nails, didnt mind the price. My only complaint is they only stayed on for a week and started lifting 😭

I went to this place spur of the moment with a friend for the first time. Kim did my nails and another woman did my pedicure. The pedicure was awesome, a lot better than most and not rushed at all, you could tell she took attention to detail. Kim did the BEST job on my nails that I’ve ever had in Bakersfield. The shape, the way she filed them, the color (I got holograph powder). The total price was a little higher than I’m used to, but it was definitely worth it, only wish I could have tipped them more!

PREPARE TO BE RIPPED OFF!! I paid for a regular pedi at 19 dollars, the heel remover an extra 5 the gel polish as well at 10 dollars and I paid $52!!! HOW DOES THIS TOTAL $52.00?!?! The prices I took from their pricing folder which someone took the liberty of posting a photo of said folder in the photos section.. My toes yes are done and thank you for that but again go in there expectingto be ripped off!!!!

I wasnt expecting much because it was my first time and it didnt have many good reviews but to my surprise they were really good. Really clean and the ladys were really polite and really went out of their way to understand what I was asking for my pedicure and manicure

I love wild nails Ive been coming here for three years and they never treat you any different. They will offer you water, a beer, or a glass of wine. They have two different tvs to watch and relaxing music. They just got brand new chairs and their nail technicians are awesome. I recommend Angelina. They are very courteous even if you walk in at 6:30 they will still take you. They do all types of acrylic nails down to 3d and colored powder. They are very reasonable. Nail art is still $5 for two fingers or toes and $8 for diamonds. They are very clean and I love getting my pedicure here. They do an awesome job and they have many package to choose from for your pedicure. Tr y It out you wont be disappointed.

I came in to get a gel set and my nails were cut so short that the lady said she couldn’t do gel and said she would fix it by putting tips and gel. I agreed but she did a horrible job and I hated my nails. I will never go to this place again! Customer service was bad, she spoke English only once to tell me she messed up and would fix with tips.

I got a pedicure and a full set here. My pedicure went well and I had a good lady for that. Although the guy who did my acrylics put a top coat on my white nails and it turned them an ugly yellow. So now I have yellow nails with some white parts. Yet the lady who did my toes put a top coat as well and they stayed white. Overall good experience but won’t be getting white again.

Ive been a patron 10 years. My nails never break, chip, lift, even after 10 weeks( too long to wait for a fill) but no cracks, and gels are awsome!!!!Ive had lashes done and they lasted almost 2 months. Eye brow waxing is spot on, ask for line, she does a beautiful job, and with pedis too. Everyone is friendly, and helpful

The work is good and I am very satisfied

I have been here before with no problem. This week, I was assigned the sloppiest person to do my mani and pedi. This lady wanted to send me on my way but when I pointed out all her mistakes she wanted to fix them. I politely asked her to simply charge me so I could leave. If she wanted to, she would have fixed without me pointing out. She charged me $49, I thought it was unfair, so a couple of the other nail ladies came. When I pointed out the problem, they agreed and asked me to let them fix them. I simply asked to be charged $45 because I didn’t want to steal her work. I ended up paying $47 and left and will never go back.

That they just did polish!! Somehow one of the ladies got my request for a full set wrong because after the pedicure I wanted a full set. Instead they gave me a manicure and when I said no I wanted a full set the lady got upset and started talking in their language and then another lady did my nails. Well....they wouldn’t stop talking about me. I can tell. So, I said “how am I suppose to know what your prices are or what combos go with what “(since it was my first time there) I said “I am the customer, I’ve never been here before and instead of helping me you guys just talk about me behind my back!!! “ after that... the manager interrupted us because she wouldn’t be quiet he tried to apologize to me but still gave me a ridiculously over price nails and pedi for me and my daughter. Never going there again!!!

They’re lucky to get a 1 star but I can’t give them a 0. Terrible customer. Rude. Rushed. Not sanitary. So gross. Never again. I, FOR SURE, did not leave a tip.

Called to see if wild nails could take two walk-ins for a full set of nails. They could, we did. Quick, friendly and professional.

It was amazing experience! I had a pedicure done and a full set. Everyone was so nice. I loved how they open the sterile pack of new clippers in front of you and use liners in the pedicure tub. Very clean and they offer wine and water while you get your nails done.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had! I brought my mom here for her birthday to get her nails and feet done and I got a fill with gel. First of all we were there for hours waiting and they kept taking people knowing they didn’t have enough employees to accommodate all the walk ins. So the lady doing my nails rushed and the end result was so horrible I had to come back the next day for the owner to fix them and even he was rude about it!!!. And I was not the only customer complaining that day, there were about two others! When I went back to fix my nails they said the color i originally picked is not good anymore so they were gna charge me $10 to pick another color because their color sucked, after I paid 15 the day before! NOT TO MENTION THE LADY DOING MY MOMS NAILS GAVE THEIR PHONE TO MY MOM TO ANSWER AND SHE ACTUALLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM!!! I will never go back here and I will let everyone know about the experience I had here. WORST NAIL PLACE IN BAKERSFIELD. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BUMPY UNEVEN NAILS THAT ARE OVERPRICED AND WANT TO BE THERE FOR 3 HOURS!

Excellent service! These ladies are professionals with skills, they make you feel so comfortable. I got my nails done and wanted designs, the lady exceeded my expectations very well done. Ill be going here from now on,Id definitely recommend this place.

I have came to this place a couple times and they tried charger my sister more for the same thing I got. There has also been times when our nails break off very easily within a few days! Never coming back again.

Nails came out good, I did get a little cut but other then that this place is good

They had very bad service. They didn’t clean our feet good. They gave the wrong nail shape and very rude asking for tips and looking into my wallet. They keep adding things when I don’t ask for them and charged me way too much for something that wasn’t even a good job.

The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. My friend and I got the elegant spa pedi and I loved it!

I was a walk in and received the tropical honey treatment for my manicure and pedicure and it was amazing !! since they use fresh fruit along with some good smelling exfoliators and lotions the price was a bit much but for the service it was just right!

Service was trash and pricey for it as well. I asked the guy doing my nails for three colors on the wall, and the guy said they weren’t good polish and didn’t work anymore. Instead of throwing them away, he put them back on the wall. There was also some sort of “error” when I was trying to pay. I was paying with my card, and their machine wasn’t reading it. The guy told me to go pull cash out and come back to pay. Never going again.

The worst service. They like to lie on their prices they will never tell you upfront how much they’re going to charge you . they always want you to get the gel even when you tell them NO. I’ve gone there so many times and every single time they give me a different price. when I asked them why they give me a different price The manager tries to put a bunch of excuses and then the ladies between them start talking in their language which makes me feel really uncomfortable and is disrespectful to me because I know they do speak English.The last job they did it was horrible they did it so fast because they had so much people coming in and they don’t want it turn nobody down. Which makes them give you a bad service. Every time I get gel it peels off a couple days after I get them done. Honestly I took a long time making the decision to Not go back there for their services. thinking maybe I was too picky, but no they gave horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible service do not go there.

I’d never refer anyone to come here ever again I don’t even know where to start the service is HORRIBLE as you walk in you wait FOREVER to be helped once you finally get in a chair they DONT listen to what you want done they kind of just wing it and do what they want and are too preoccupied answering their phones, talking/arguing with other employees & customers, trying to seat incoming people so they don’t turn anyone away and don’t pay attention to what they’re doing to your nails/pedi as for my nails the shape and length NEVER match, the color is uneven not coated to match & they either pop off or lift like a 2-4 days after they’re done...then when my boyfriend went to get pedis with me they did a horrible job our nail were cut either too short or uneven charged us different for the same exact pedi and he couldn’t even put his shoes back on before (only his socks)being RUSHED off the damn chair they asked him to walk barefoot across the salon so they could put the next client in the chair...I used to love coming here BEFORE the new management came in and fukd everything up NOW I’ll definitely be looking for a new place to go 👋🏻

As much as I was looking forward to getting service here... I was highly disappointed! The young guy is extremely rude and you could feel his negative energy. He made it be known he was not having a good day, as a matter of fact in my opinion I believe he hated his job! I ask for his opinion and he answered very sarcastically 🙄 plus I asked him to change the color on two of my nails (I paid for) he was extremely upset and sarcastic again, he also kept knotting his head (as if he was saying no) the rest of the time it took him to change my color and breathing hard. He was also slamming things... he is unprofessional and rude!!!! They also have a sign that read something like no kids allowed 🙄. I really wanted to love this place...

Charles did NOT listen to me. All I wanted was to put gel nail polish on my nails. No cutting . He chopped them down to nothing and told me he had to do it or else people would think they were ugly!!! I was SOOO upset. I should NOT have paid him. Now I have to wait a month before they get back to that length, which was perfect for me! UGH. I will NEVER go back to him, they spoke in Vietnamese the whole time ignoring my comments. CHARLES you cut my nails TOO SHORT!

Horrible. The staff were so rude and got irritated any time I tried to explain what I wanted. It was like I was forced to get whatever they wanted to give me even though I was the one paying. Not only that but I got a regular manicure and they made most of my nails bleed in the process. The lady I got forcefully put nail glue on the parts of my nails that were bleeding too saying it was safe . They didn’t let the first one coat of nail polish dry and put about 8 coats afterthat even though I told them I didn’t think my nails were dry. After that they rushed my nails drying under the uv light they told me I had to leave after being under it for 2 minutes. When I tried telling them that I still needed the light to let my nails dry the staff touched my wet nails, smudged them and tried making me pay saying that my nails were fine and that they are supposed to look like that. This was my first and absolute last time getting a manicure. Not worth it at all.

No value with new customer, horrible service, if you are not going to spend more than $35 they do not want your business and will treat you horrible to make sure you do not return! Stay away and avoid this bad experience trust me, you do not want to waste your time and money.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! I was very uncomfortable the whole time. I was asked to pay before my nails were painted so I was going to tip “Quang” after I saw the way my nails turned out. He looked upset and did my nails fast and they looked unfinished. He said “you’re done” and got up to start on another client. As I got up from the seat my wet nail got smudged so I asked someone is they could fix it and they all just looked at me, giggled and started speaking their language amongst each other. I have never been so humiliated and upset after leaving a business. This is not a welcoming place to do your nails. They do not deserve anyone’s money.

The service was horrible they cut 3 of the 4 of us that went in. The services were rushed and overpriced for being so rushed. They were rude and didnt really care that they were hurting people there were other customers who were cut while we were there.
