This is the absolute best place in town to get your nails done! They are friendly, attentive, Down to earth and do quality work. It took me some time to find them, I had went to several other nail salons around town and have always been disappointed every time. Here they will not let you leave disappointed. I get the dip powder and they always come out so nice. Their pedicures are amazing and they use orange and a lotion that smells heavenly. By far my favorite place ❤️

They were very professional then had wonderful customer service at Pro Nails. I was satisfied with my pedicure and full nail set. I like that they discuss the pricing of the nails that I was desiring. Then I was able to adjust according to what I wanted to pay. The only thing is that my appointment didn’t start when I was told over the phone, but I was able to get another service in the meanwhile. Also I was missed quoted over the phone, but since they went over pricing with me before we started the nails, it was OK. Everyone was very friendly and personable in there. I will definitely be returning again.

I got a full set and pedicure while my daughter got a mani pedi. They were super attentive towards the both of us and very patient with my 3 year old. I love how my nails came out! I was hesitant that my nails wouldn’t come out how I wanted them, but they came out just like the picture!

They do a great job in here! I usually go to Jasmine she does amazing work. She’s gentle, shapes nails well and makes great suggestions. The lady in the first chair does a wonderful job as well. Always friendly. They even took my friend and I late one night and they weren’t even bothered by how late we went in.

I went in their last minute for a nail emergency and they did a great job. They were fast and efficient despite me going before closing, which I appreciated. They did my nails exactly how I showed them I wanted them. Definitely will be coming back!!

THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A NAIL SHOP!! My eyebrows and upper lip were waxed,but I have burns around my mouth and eyes.I am happy with my pedicure and thats only because it was done by a different person.I told her what I wanted as far as my full set,and she practically did what she wanted to do.My nails were not what I asked for and Im pretty disappointed in the outcome.When I told her my nail was crooked it seem she didnt care,and she was rushing me just to get to the next customer to mess over.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

This is my favorite spa to go to in Bakersfield for my pedicures! The spa attendants are always so kind & great at what they do. The spa is clean and well put-together, very comfortable. Their prices compare with most establishments in town but their amazing customer service is unmatched.

I visited today for the first time with a friend. We walked in without an appointment to get pedicures. They were pretty busy but quick and professional as we were greeted and seated right away. There were a lot of friendly nail artists, I was helped by Mimi who did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was very attentive and knew what she was doing. I originally chose 655 which an orangish- peach color, as she applied it she noticed that the polish was old and the color appeared very unflattering on my toes. She advised me to choose from the newer shades that were fresher on the shelves and I actually found a color that was even better. She made nice even coats of color 510 on my toes and put rhinestones around the base of my big toes. I was beyond satisfied with the end result and so was my friend. We both decided to return once a month :)

Great service by Kevin! He did my pedicure fast but did everything I paid for! I also called for an appointment before I came and they had my seat ready to go!

Rushed the service, charged me $54 when it should have been 33$ for a regular pedi. The way she had cut my toe nails were crooked and the way she did the french nails were just terrible. The white line was crooked and didn’t loop around completely or the white polish is covering my whole toe. It’s ridiculous. After she finished the service she didn’t bother to clean up the left over white polish in my skin or even hydrated the cuticle. I’m posting pictures tomorrow morning.

I drew up designs and she painted similar ones on and did a black french tip for $95.Thank you!Almost a 2 week update:The topcoat they used is not good, 2 days later my nails are dull and as the nails grow out you can see that the job that was done with the acrylic towards the cuticle was not very good and she filed the edge of my nails way too much.Not going back because for $95 they couldve done waaay better.

Everyone here is amazing! Michelle did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted, and she was very meticulous. I got a full set of acrylics with a low french tip design on each nail (in gel) and the total was $68! everytime I come in everyone is so welcoming 10/10 would reccomend coming here.

We have been doing business with Pro Nails going on 4 years now and find them very professional and a delight to work with. We were quite impressed upon visiting the Salon to find the southwest location very professionally run with customers having a good time socializing with the staff. The disposable bag pedicure stations are very inviting and promote a safe and clean environment. We give it an A-plus rating and recommend them highly!
