Very disappointed! Waste of time.They were quick to evaluate. Took over 2 months for results. After being told they would be able to start service in a month they put us in a 6+Month waiting list.Look elsewhere for services.

If you have to take your child for an AbA evaluation consider taking them somewhere else ? I took my son a month ago to get his evaluation and the gal said the report will be ready in 3 weeks . Well now it’s been a month since his appointment and they still have no word when they’ll be able to have his results. They can’t even give me a time frame when it will be finished because I guess the person who did them quit or is no longer working there . Now I’m stuck while they find someone else to do it . After reading the rest of the reviews i will be looking for somewhere to get his treatment. Heads up stay away

I took my son here for an IEP test. It was determined he was Autistic and needed ABA therapy and Speech therapy. My son speaks but it can be very difficult to understand him. During the test I had to literally helped translating to the therapist what he was saying. He is so eager to get his point across he really tries. More than anything I want him to be able to communicate with us, and the world. They submitted the IEP results to my insurance and submitted and authorization as well. I finally get approval and its only for ABA because the Doctor forgot to recommend Speech therapy! All thru the notes it shows how its difficult to understand him, how he will benefit from speech therapy, how he should be in special education. It mentions his speech about 10 times, However in the authorization and final recommendations Dr. forgot to ask for a Pathologist to see my son! I called California Spectrum req to amend the notes and request Speech therapy. They said I had to go back to his pediatrician and basically go thru all this ordeal again, repeat all the steps in order to submit a new authorization. They will not accept they made a mistake and Im just tired of going in circles. This is a horrible experience, and more than anything they are hurting my son. You would think a company like this would advocate for special needs children and would want to help get the best possible help for them, it really is sad.

Fanatastic place to take kids with special needs. Dr Garcia is a wonderful Dr who has the knowledge and compassion to deal with those who require care. Great staff and welcoming facilities.

Provided me the password to wifi and gave me permission to message my mom. Then they fired me for using the phone Too Much while everyone else were using it from time to time. Need I say more? XD Its Business, dont make this personal haha

Horrible place to take your kids for ABA.... do not go through this company. At first glance the company seems amazing and they are super concerned about your child. About a month in they were doing the most bogus programs with my child ,not working at all on their behaviors... don’t get me started on the Nepotism and corrupt management... they add and change Interventist left and right... it’s a joke. They have done nothing to help my child and just see them as a paycheck. The way they handle their business is just pathetic. I’ll save you guys the heart attack and just say run the other way from this company. They have a few amazing employees that I had the pleasure working with while I was with this company that truly cared about ABA and took their job to heart but they all quit. Goes to show how well they treat their employees. To all the other amazing employees that I didn’t have the pleasure to work with, Godspeed.

ABSOLUTE HORRENDOUS COMPANY! This company has done nothing but ruin my child’s life. They claim to promise all these goals and show data that my child was reaching progress, but it was all lies. I’ve been with the company for about 8 months before I decided to leave. They legit only taught my 9 year old how to read and count.. which he already knew when he was a toddler... This company was one of the biggest regrets of my life and my child’s life. Just avoid them at all cost. It will be the best thing you could ever do for your life and your child’s. There are plenty of ABA companies out there who do marvelous work and care about your child like their own. If I could give lower than a 1 star I would.

To whom it may concern: Horrible service I mean completely a rip off!!! I got my service and I Literally paid 200$ for service I only received a 35$ credit and it showed on thier maps that it was not my fault I had no service for my house phone for my cable or for my WiFi for the very first three weeks!!! They seriously should get Shut the hell down!! I am completely disgusted with spectrum and anything they have to offer I can’t wait to turn In all of my equipment on Monday and speak with a manager about my credit I know I am owed way more I have called numerous times due to service not working and I still am demanded to pay 177$ a month for service I do not think so I paid the 200$ non refundable deposit to at&t it was worth it and I have at& t now SPECTRUM YOU GUYS ARE RUTHLESS AND MONEY HUNGRY WE ARE SINGLE MOTHERS OUT HERE AND YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE. I strongly suggest you do not use theese spectrum services unless u want to be in debt and have no service.

Be sure to research for the best ABA company. It is crucial to bring in extra help for your child with ASD, especially at a young age. Think twice before going with CSS.

Horrible service I had a camera in my home on video the aba teacher didnt work and were on there cell phone the whole time after reviewing my camera I called supervisor nothing happened when the supervisor odi came she was scared of my 5 yr olds service dog saying omg Im scared of dogs it was a puppy get real
