People are quick, friendly, and professional.FedEx Express cargo planes fly from here twice daily. You can ship your box and see there’s a plane waiting if you come at 4 pm. It feels interestingly good.

I order a 24in tvthru Walmart on 2 ND of July and supposed to be delivered yester but it was delayed and I checked and it arrived in Bakersfield at 2 pm and still havent received my TV I understand the delay but not happy that havent gotten my TV today untill I get my TV Im keeping my vote to a 1 Star

Ive been waiting for my Package that was supposed to be over nighted and I never received it. 3 days later I get a text message saying they have my Package at a fed ex in oil dale and they are waiting for me to pick it up. Ive been home waiting for this Package they never came now I have to go get it how ridiculous.

They delivered a condenser for my trucks AC unit and it was damaged, it look like a fork from a forklift was run through it. This was the first and only time I ever used FedEx so I dont know. Gotta step up your game guys

I am so thankful for both Peter and Katie who helped me out today! My sons 1 year photos are tomorrow afternoon, and his shoes/clothes weren’t going to be delivered until Monday. Carters told me I would receive them on Friday, but that wasn’t the case apparently. The items were in a container, not going to be opened until the day they were going to be delivered (which would then be too late) Both Peter and Katie at Fed Ex, went above and beyond by searching through the large container of shipments just to find mine, so I could have my items in time for pictures. They were so kind in helping me and the service is remarkable. Thank you guys so much at Fed Ex for making my day today and going out of your way. Customer service as great as this doesn’t happen too often anymore so it’s refreshing to see people still do their best! Thank you guys so much again!!! It truly means the world!

I have been waiting 2 days for a next day package. Every time I call they give a different story on why they can’t deliver including heavy rain when the skies are clear and it’s 100 outside.

The driver said he did not find my house number. He took the package back to the station where I had to go get it. That driver never entered onto my street!!! What happened was that he was running late so he sacrificed the delivery of my package to be at the yard in time to unload, sort and put new freight into containers to be shipped off. I worked for another courier service and I know how that works. I paid a shipping fee yet I still had tyo drive 3 miles to the terminal and 3 miles back !! I gave one star but because you have to give at least one star but I will give then 2👎👎

Why cant they give you a delivery window of up to 4 hours instead of delivery by 8 pm? they need to do better than this. I have used them to ship for me before and i paid for 2 day delivery and it took a week and they refused to refund me; stating the delay was beyond their control! USPS was better than FedEx

Yesterday I watched one of their drivers cut off an old lady who was in a cross walk with the Walk light lit up. Said old lady was in a wheel chair as she only has one leg. I know that we have deadlines in life but I dont think it should cost us our humanity. I will never use FEDEX again if I have a choice. I wish I could have gotten the drivers plate or ID number.

This place is outside town and very hard to reach without a car. I had to walk a long way to get to it. Such a large hub should be easier to access reach.

I wish you can mark how many horrible stars they deserve rather than just the good stars. Anyway, HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I HATE FEDEX! I paid extra extra cash to have something delivered to me the next day because I was going out of town for a month. next day comes, Im at home alllll day waiting, no package or anything! Tracked my order and seen it came at 2 oclock but was supposed to come early by 12 oclock, and store closes at 4 pm. These people had TWO HOURS to deliver my package but instead, decided to go home. What a WASTE OF money and what a WASTE of time even engaging in this business. Worse kind of employees ever, when people order something especially paying extra money for next day shipping, have a good heart and deliver it. 👎👎👎

They didnt go above and beyond at all for me. I left a note for the driver that I worked less than 3 minutes away and asked if he could just give me a call and I would meet him wherever on his route. He took my note but made no attempt to reach me. I made it clear how important getting that package was on time. So I called the shipping center where they proceeded to tell me that they got him the information and that he would be calling me soon. At about 330 PM i called back to see when I could expect a call and they told me that he already was back. So not only did i not get it that day but it was a Friday so I had to wait another 2 days. Not getting that package on time cost me a lot of money. They provided horrible service.

Awful service!!! DO NOT TRUST FEDEX WITH YOUR PACKAGES!!!! I wouldnt be surprised if their own employees steal the packages!!!! I was waiting at for an important package (Dodger tickets) from Fedex. All day i was checking my tracking number online to see where the package was. From the moment it notified me that my package was left on the front porch at 12:05pm I called my dad to go grab it. He tells me there is nothing there,. How can it go missing if the package wasnt left alone for not even 2 minutes. Not to mention they didnt even ring the doorbell or knock. I imminently called FEDEX customer service to notify them. The man who was helping me said that they left my package in the front door. Long story short they told me the found my package that it in the FEDEX location on Airport Dr. that i would have to go pick them up. I go, and they tell me they shipped it to my house. Package is not at my house. I call customer service AGAIN (for the 5th time!) they tell me that they never told me that my package was at the FEDEX location. If you ask me it all sounds shady to me!!! Im sure someone at FEDEX came up on free Dodger tickets for this Saturday. IM SO MAD! DONT TRUST FEDEX AT BAKERSFIELD!!!

My kids Christmas gifts were supposed to be here on the 21st. Only one of 3 boxes made it. The rest have been sitting on their truck for THREE days and just today my tracking was changed to the 28th of December. They have ruined my kids Christmas because nothing will be here for them! Wish I could have selected my shipping provider because UPS has never failed me!

I missed my shipment as I was not at home when they arrived and have to drive far to get my package as they are closed on weekends.. the place is visible from the road and if you follow the gps it will show the destination little far from its actual place

Horrible. I bought a stroller and, car seat and diaper bag and needed it for the baby shower and I even paid extra money so that I would receive it on Friday Oct 16, 2015 because the baby shower was Oct 17,2015 and they never delivered it. Now since they are not open on weekends I have to wait till well Monday or at least that is what they tell me this time. Oh and by the way the mother who we bought it for ended up having the baby early and could have really used it. So I will NEVER use FedEx again.

My package arrived at the facility this morning, but it isnt veing delivered until tomorrow. I called in this morning and asked if it was possible for me to pick it up. The guy on the phone had said I could once they open, but to call back to confirm it arrived.I called back when they opened to confirm, but the second person said even though it arrived, I wasnt able to. If I was told the first time it wasnt possible, it wouldve been fine, but getting my Hopes up for an important package and getting them shot down an hour later is annoying.

This is the only location I will deal with in Bakersfield they are way more helpful and the customer service is alot better than the stores. The stores lack knowledge of how their own company operates and try to rip customers off.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICEThe reason why Im rating a 1 star its because I cant rate ZERO. I order some items online, fedex was supposed to deliver to me but they never did. I went back to the store where I purchased the products from, they resend me the products with the signature required for delivery which is fine. Now yesterday the Fedex driver didn’t even bother to knock on the door or even ring the door bell so he just put the door tag with 1st attempt. Awful. I was waiting at home for an important package from Fedex. I got to the door within 10 seconds of hearing the doorbell to find NO ONE there, no package, and a slip saying they attempted delivery. No, you did not. You left a slip, rang the doorbell, and then walked away. Terrible service. Dont bother with them, youre better off with USPS.

This is a full service location that will handle everything for you. There is seldom a line, the staff are more than informed and offer help when they see that look on your face. Please dont tell anybody. Did i forget to say there fast.

God I hate FedEx!!!!! I specifically dont buy from anyone who ships by fedex, but sometimes it cant be helped. Every time I order from them, they wont leave the package, and I have to chase around town to get it. Today is typical, my wife staid home from work to be here to sign for a new phone, and I come home for lunch and there is one of their door tags on the front door. There is NO WAY they could have rung the doorbell and she not hear it, and I have one of those doorbell cameras that ring on my cell phone, which didnt happen.

Drivers are lazy...period....customer sits at home waiting for delivery, and they cant even ring a door bell to give a customer the chance to accept the pkg before they just drop it on the ground and leave (doesnt matter if perishable items sit in sun or not!).....customer service in this country is basically NON EXISTENT yet they have NO PROBLEM CHARGING THE MOON for services (they DO NOT provide!)

Look for an alternate shipping provider. Ordering with overnight priority shipping means nothing. Item was to be delivered by 4:30pm, called fedex and was on hold for over 3 hours combined, while on hold, 8:30 pm delivery status was updated showing delivery scheduled for following day by 4:30pm. Im beyond pissed with Fedex!

Very good company, but for some reason the shipper messed up and sent UPS tracking numbers instead of FedEx numbers.

Everything I have a package deluvered, its left on my porch &mysteriously dissappear. Ive requested they not leave packages without a signature & they still do.
