Ive been to more than a few laundry mats in my life, but Im going to have to agree that this is one of the cleanest I had ever seen. As for how you pay for the machines, I made the unfortunate mistake of bringing quarters. Luckily one of the many people working there at the time, was nice enough to go in the back room and exchange my quarters for dollars. The only way that you can use these machines is with a card that you get from a machine in there. The machine does not charge you extra for dispensing the card. As for how much the washing machine and dryers cost, The dryers cost $0.75 per 18 minutesish but I cant remember the exact amount of time. But the washer, I didnt use those so I cant give you an estimate. Overall the process was very simple and Id like to highlight the fact they dont have the old rundown washers. They have relatively new LGs, for a large majority of the washers if not all of them. And finally as for the dryer performance. It definitely did above and beyond what I expected it to. The dryers have three settings low medium and high. And on high it really does get hot, far too hot to touch. So when youre taking your clothes out after the cycle is done please be careful if it was on high heat not to touch the metal. Overall this was one of the best laundromats Ive ever been to!

I have visited several laundromat but the CLEANEST by far is the COLUMBUS st location late night attendant is always working and cleaning. She is very attentive. I recommend it to everyone.

NOT SAFE! Didn’t seem like the best neighborhood but there were plenty of people so i thought I’d be ok. Was asked for money by a lady in the parking lot while i was waiting for my things to finishing washing. Later, i heard a man threatening to beat the woman he was with. Then, another man accused me of stealing his fabric softener (he had looked in my bag to see what i had and then claimed it was his). Then he insisted on looking through all my clothes to ensure i did not steal his clothes. He was obviously looking to see if i had anything he wanted to take and claim was his. He was yelling and cussing at me, i was crying, and not one person there looked up to even ask if i was ok.

Beautiful establishment and equally satisfying experience. Sqeeky clean and pleasantly calming atmosphere. On-sight personnel to help if you so need change or have any questions during your visit. Overall, if I had to sum this place up in one word, it would be awesome.

Great place to wash your laundry. They have two locations, one on Columbus and the other in the old Montgomery Wards shopping center on F street and Golden State Hwy. Dont recommend the F St location at night due to the large homeless population in the area. Both locations use a propriety credit card that is available from a vending machine in-store. No need to save quarters anymore, you can load the card with cash or use a credit/debit card. They even give a $2.00 bonus after a certain dollar amount has been loaded onto the card. Not sure about the amount, but Ive gotten it 3 or 4 times already.

A comfortable environment with customers moderately filling the place without feeling crowded. The attendant/manager was very helpful and helped me with my first visit.

I enjoy the clean and friendly atmosphere and the workers areHelpful and. Dont mind when youhave questions or a problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I always see the staff cleaning the laundry room. They also have a service that offers doing laundry for customers. Just drop off your laundry and pick up the same day. The only downside is some of the washers are out of order and the roof leaks days when it rains. But if you have any problems with the machines the staff is there to help.

Ok the business closes at 10pm, but at 9pm they no longer let you use the washing machines ??

Lots of washers and dryers even has drop off service and free wifi. I only use the 8 load washer to avoid using several washers. The price for an 8 load is $10.99 i think then just break your drying loads into the .75 cent dryers for fast drying

Majority of the machines are working everytime I go in. Always a different one messed up but at least i know theyre fixing them as they mess up. Yeah sure it has some characters, some kinda methd up😂

Spent another .75 ea load at 20 to 30 mins on different dryersI noticed the issue was the dryer door doesnt latch ahold. The force of dryer pushes the door open

The machines in this location often malfunction and steal your money, when Ive asked for help the associates never fail to make it feel hostile and rude. Ive had many encounters like this for which have lead me to not ever go back.

The employees are the only reason this got any stars. I only used this one cause it’s nearest to my house. But when I came last time it was raising, the owner was there trying to stop the ceiling from leaking. I came back a month later and it was raining again. And he still hasn’t done anything to repair their. This is a huge safety issue for not only the employees, but the customers as well. He’s looking at a huge lawsuit if someone gets injured, for his negligence. Smh. This needs to be repaired immediately!

Been there a few times. Always very clean. Theres always an employee there if you have questions. Out of the three Ive met, two were extremely nice and helpful, and one was not as pleseant but answered my question. Only problem was two weeks ago I used a washing machine that had mud in it or dirt that turned to mud and it got mud all over my towels and T-Shirts. The employee response was pretty much Oh Well. Then yesterday most of the washers were out of order. But its clean, safe and the dryers are fast.

Ive been going here for years. The new owners upped the prices without upgrading the place or machines but they work most of the time and are easy to use. If you pick you time of day there are enough machines to do it all at once. The $2 double loaders are still a decent deal. They have free wifi too. Good for passing the time.

Well I visited this laundry mat based on the good reviews here...I was extremely disappointed this place was so dirty the machines were filthy and it was expensive imagine that expensive machines only for the machines to be filthy some machines are actually rotten.And it was extremely cold in there it was like doing laundry in a freezer no joke and the dryers dont even dry.On that note I will never be visiting this laundry mat again.

Love this place people that work there are very nice and people that go there to do their laundry or just as nice place is very clean very well kept up thats an A plus in my book and I walk with my clothes and I live probably about a quarter of a mile away and I do this every month so thank you

The staff are friendly but there was no working ac. I was dying even though fans were blasting everywhere.

Although I really liked the spacious laundromat...it took $2.25 to dry a small load of whites, because each load costs $0.75! Prepaid cards makes it convenient to not carry around cash, but it was too expensive to wash there.

Closes at 10, went in at 8:45 and was told to leave because it’s too close to closing time. A waste of time entirely for one load of laundry. Super rude service. And unnecessary use for a card just to use the machines 🙄

Horrible service, the lady tried to make us leave an over an hour before closing, all I needed to do was wash one load,which would have taken 15 min. The washer didnt drain properly... I wont be back 😠

Clean , easy to work the machines and they have a couple of different size machines for smaller to bigger loads, which makes washing here much easier and faster.

They dont even deserved a star this place went so down with this new owner they have all that foo wants and cares is his money and not customers place was never dirty like this

This place is terrrible! The employee is useless, I came in for the first time and 2 of the machines I used didn’t work just made half my clothes wet, when I told the employee she took my laundry card and didn’t refund me my money or didn’t even offer to try another machine she just put a out of order sticker on the machine and walked away

I never stayed in this place but the new worker is a very glorious person, she loved me. Get out of the place because according to her it was already late and when I asked her what time the place closes she replied that it was ten but when she finished mopping she doesnt have to wait. Nobody so I better left the place before 9:30.
