If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst company you can do business with ever. We have been customers of their for probably over 10 years. We have never been late in one payment in all of these years . We decide to change our telephone service to another company because we wanted internet phone service, which has a lot more features to it. We canceled our service with TPX. First, we were told that we still had to pay for three more months. This was told to us in an email. We paid the three monthly payments, as we got the bill each month. On the fourth month, we got a bill for over $3,500. When we called them, they said our services or contract was renewed for another year automatically. We told them we have emails where we cancelled our services and we have an email from them confirming that our services were to be discontinued in 90 days. No one would give us a straight answer or explain how this could happen. When we refused to pay the bill, they send us to collections. Good luck with that. We are lawyers. Lets go to court and lets see what the court says. Once we are done with this, we will then pursue our remedies under the law for unfair business practices. Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with these guys. I cant believe how many bad reviews this company has online on several websites. When you cancel your services, get everything in writing to protect yourself.

Poor Service - I have a business and as others it is essential to receive our phone calls, we provide 24 hour emergency services. When customers can not reach us they will call another company. Ths company brokers AT&T lines and call their AT&T reps for repairs. It takes 2 to 3 calls to get the problems fixed 2 - 3 days later. We also have lost business due to mis calls in addition to mad customers. e well be changing services.

Do not do business with them for phone services OR internet. ZERO customer support whatsoever - youll be transferred at least 7 times before you can actually get someone to help. Take your money elsewhere, you wont regret it.

I have Telepacific for my business phone lines and have been have an issue with one of my lines.It has been over 3weeks and they still have not been able to resolve my issue. I am currently looking to switch companies and would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad service and not addressing my needs. I have lost business due to there lack of response.I would not give them a star but you have to rate.
