I recently bought a home & wanted it cleaned before I let my kids go into the house. I have little ones that touch everything & then put their hands in their mouth, or lick things. I planned on cleaning the home myself, but realized I’d have no time, but now I wish I would have just done it myself. The ladies who “cleaned” my home, didn’t even clean. When I came into the house, one was in the master bedroom on the phone. Before they left, they were giggling & now I know why. The house was still so dirty. They didn’t even bother to move things to make it seem like they tried either. I did get a discount after one complaint because my daughters closet was nasty. After that they didn’t really seem to care when I called back to let them know that the cabinets were all still very dirty. I did have someone come clean my floors after, & they told me that that voided everything, so they aren’t responsible, which is not right. I paid $300 for basically nothing, I ended up having to clean the whole house myself anyway, which really upsets me because I didn’t have the money for this to begin with, my grandparents helped because they didn’t want their grandkids in a dirty house. I do not recommend this company. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Molly Maid never fails to be dependable and consistent! The team that cleans my home does a great job and are very courteous and respectful while there. Also, it is greatly appreciated that they were willing to work with me during the pandemic when I needed to scale back the frequency of cleanings. They were flexible and understanding through that process and it goes a long way.

I hired them to clean my mothers house since she works alone and only requested 3 restrooms, kitchen and dining area. 2 of the restrooms were ok but the master restroom was not properly cleaned they left dust on top of the shower , and the mirror had streaks as well as the shower, the kitchen countertops werent cleaned I could still feel crumbs. They sent out another team the next day which was TEAM #3 and my mother was happy they were really on time and took care of all the missed items. I was looking for a monthly cleaning but not satisfied with their work. Disappointed.

Highly unprofessional. I had my boyfriend book a deep cleaning for our two bedroom apartment as we both are extremely busy people. We cleared our day because we were told the ladies would be here between 9-11am. After not showing up about 25 minutes after 11am we called only for them to tell us the ladies wouldn’t be here until 1-3pm. So coming up about 10 minutes to 3pm the ladies pull up, sit in the car, we go outside to greet them and they look at us and proceed to turn around and leave??? We call and ask the receptionist why they left and she just said “one of the lady’s has a personal reason” made us feel like a bit of discrimination or something to do with us. Super unprofessional. The receptionist offered to reschedule us for the next day but we chose to cancel and find another cleaning service. Hopefully more professional.

Have used their services twice now and was happy with both cleanings. Prices seemed a little high at first but ended up being the same estimated price as the other 2 companies I looked at, so Id say their pricing is competitive/regular for the area. Staff was friendly, professional, and conscientious about not letting my indoor cats get outside. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

We used this service, because my husband and I are pastors, and for now our church is in our home. We had been online only the last 3 weeks because of quarantine from Covid. We hired Molly Maid to deep clean and completely sanitize our home. They were professional and did an amazing job. We will be using them again in the future. Thank you Molly Maid for giving the people who attend our church an extra added sense of protection.

Used Molly Maid for quite a while, just called to let them know we needed to reschedule for clean up after the move. they clearly said they will not clean walls. the cleaning, was not good. everything we picked up and under every appliance and things that were sitting on counters tables and floors were absolutely not touched. they wiped around and not underneath. thought they were taking great care of my dad up until we started picking things up. they did not do a good job of keeping the house clean.Spoke to the girl on the phone and asked for a deep clean after the move. she shut me off and just said, I will just cancel your service and they will not clean the walls after the move. over priced for doing an awful job. So disappointed. Not a thank you for your business, nothing. absolutely awful!

We signed up for service based on current customer feedback and reviewed, and were highly disappointed. Our initial service was supposed to be a deep clean, lasted approximately 1.5 hours and was very subpar. There were crumbs on the kitchen table, sticky spots on the countertops, the bathtub looks like it was completely missed, no trash taken out and only half the furniture was dusted. And that’s on just a quick glance. To say it was a very disappointing is an understatement. We canceled future service and declined to have another team come out.

I wanted to do something nice for my roommates and self. Our house is clean but just wanted to have someone deep clean. I didnt know I was paying for them to make my house sticky. First and last time every try this. Just sad about it because I was so excited to see how much better of a job they would do then us. Little did I know they wont do a better job. Left down very very let down.

Utilize this once a month and have the same crew cleaning our home and they always leave behind an a very clean House. My wife definitely will continue to use this company( 2months later and wow! Such a huge disappointment , called to voice disappointment in their lack of attention to detail after being inconvenienced by other cancellations and they sent a different team and what a waste!! Never again and customer service beyond rude and told “ look for another service “

I paid 245 for nothing when I just ended up cleaning up afterwards. Save your money and go somewhere else or just do it yourself.

Horrible service. One of the Maine things I wa Ted them to do they did not do. They sent them out again the next day because I called them and said something so they sent them out again and I told them what they missed. When I got home I checked and they still did not do it. When I called again he was going to send someone els out the next day mike called the the next day and said they did them when I said no they didn’t he said well we can’t send them back out. Also he quoted me high of $385 called when they finished said it would be $430 and I said that’s fine the next day he called and told me they forgot to call me yesterday he approved them to stay longer with out my approval and said I owed $522 now. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN WATCH KUT FOR THEM THEY TRY TO STICK IT TO YOU AND WONT BACK THERE WORK !!!!!!!!!

Save your money! I hired them to clean our home we purchased and we were extremely disappointed. Hour home is old, and i was aware that some spots would not be removed due to permanent stains and damage, but the stuff they left dirty was baffling! Blinds were left with easy to remove spots. Cabinets were left with dust. I called to try and get my money back, but the sent another team of cleaners and the manager. When they showed up, they couldnt believe how dirty everything was. So they spent another 2 hours cleaning and every was the same when they left. I called to get my money back, but only got a portion. I have never been so upset. My wife and I spent hours cleaning everything they left and we left it spotless! Go somewhere else!

I sent a request for a call at 9pm on a Thursday night as my mother-in-law was coming to visit Saturday. They called me first thing Friday morning and came Friday afternoon. I had Team 4, which was a team of three young ladies and they did a great job; plus they were really nice. They did the baseboards, the windows and the walls, they got my kitchen sink whiter than it has ever been, and the shower glass crystal clear. You could tell Vanessa takes pride in her work and she enjoys it as well as she said “I love my job” and was genuine when she said it. I have already bragged and recommended Molly Maids to co-workers and I will definitely use again! It’s kind of expensive for a one time cleaning but I think my husband and I will do the bi-weekly schedule which brings the price down by like half! I was impressed with them and it was definitely worth it!

I called from Clovis to get my sisters house cleaned ASAP. They were extremely courteous and arranged for cleaning the very next morning. Team 6 came out and did an outstanding job. This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Molly Maids and Team 6. They are outstanding !

Horrible cleaning service. I have a small 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Of which one bathroom didnt need cleaning. They did a very poor job. Had them come come back out with a different team with a list of what needed to be done and they still did a horrible job. Baseboards, cupboards, blinds were not cleaned. Things I specifically asked for, TWICE. And they only discounted my bill $46 dollars. I will never use, nor recommend this company again.

Awesome service. We have cats and dogs and they do a great job of cleaning and wiping down all the cat and dog hair. We’ve only had one issue but they credited us with a free cleaning. Highly recommended. The last two visits, they really went above and beyond. Thank you Molly Maid!!!

Worst cleaning business. Paid $400 to them and they have done nothing. Hairs in bathroom, no window cleaning and kitchen exhaust fan they don’t even touch.Stay away from them. When complained at their office they don’t even care about this. They are frauds.

Very professional and fast. They cleaned every detail of the house!

I was moving and needed a deep move out clean. Two women came to my house. The moment they arrived one of them had a major attitude...they also were an hour late after calling me to say they were on their way. I let them be and checked in with them from time to time. Periodically the women would stop to go smoke cigarettes outside which was annoying because in the end they didnt even clean my house. The total came to like 350. But after the two women left I looked around and they barely cleaned. I had a broken window blind on the floor which wasnt even moved when they swept or mopped. I moved the blind and there was a pile of dirt under it. Counters were left unclean, trash in the middle of the floor (i even had a dumpster outside) these women did nothing and charged me 350! When I called to complain the people on the phone were very apologetic and refunded me 150. Great but even a full refund wouldnt get me to use this company again. Highly unprofessional. If you want chain smoking tweakers cleaning your home then call this place.

For the most part they did a good job, but the bathrooms were not cleaned to our satisfaction and neither was the floors.

They do a fair job but theyre sloppy and miss corners on tile floors and dont move small objects on the floor. They have also broken things to the point where I ask them not to dust certain things.
