The bottom line is that they were hired to do a specific job – install industrial sprinklers, it was very expensive (just because it was a big job), and there were nothing but issues throughout the last 2 1/2 years. The system still has issues and when I needed the most, they made a few calls they told me they couldn’t be out in a month or two. This was coming from “the boss“.Makes a nice guy but that doesn’t feed the bulldog. I gave them two stars because they return my phone calls texts and emails otherwise one star.
