I wish I could put zero stars! My insurance has a car reserved for me yet today when I went they said they are doing reservation appointments only. Well thanks for letting me know and waisting my time. I left work early just to be able to make in time, all for nothing And to top it off they were all just sitting around doing nothing yet nobody could help. Lazy! If you don’t want to work and help people then you shouldn’t be working here!

Had a Kirby growing up, really loved the vacuum. Now I am able to purchase one and I am really excited to be able to keep my home clean.

Well they came to my house saying they were going to shampoo my living room carpet and that they were carpet cleaners. then they pulled out this brand new Kirby out of a box and of course they were in my house for over an hour. told them we were retired. well the guy s poke so fast and they wouldnt leave us alone until we bought one. hmmm but this is the killer I didnt understand what they were making us sign. now I get a paper that tells me theyre going to do automatic payments. and now with this virus IM SCREWED. we are on a fixed income HELP

I live in Carpinteria which is approximately 100 miles fro Bakersfield. They gave me a great sells job and guaranteed their quick response here to any issues. Consequently, I was willing to pay top dollar ($3000) for the unit, warranty and home service. Well I have issue, the unit won’t start. I’ve been calling them for a week now with NO response. Let’s see how they will live up to their sells promises!!! I am still waiting Gonzalez Enterprises.By the way, sells person, Jose Fernandez, is great and is very knowledgeable 👍

I would give it negative stars if possible....A friend bought a vacuum and a few days later the belt fell off and it wasnt working properly and now shes stuck with it because she had no idea she only had 3 days to return it and they were so rude to her when she called them. They are a rip off and give Kirby a bad name

I had so much FUN when I worked there. Got to travel to places I had never been. Had a blast at a two day convention. Made good money. Even was able to get a Kirby. That was all my granny would ever own. PERIOD. Loved the vacuum then..... Still love it NOW. Plus it saves my other investments... ect ..(couch, t.v. computer. & my bed.) It was worth the price,the time, & the investment was beneficial for me in the long run. Thank you so much.. KIRBY GUYS & MR. GONZALES.~>D

Dont buy from these people they came to my house pressure and harassed me into purchasing a Kirby. I couldnt get them out of my place until I bought the Kirby. Kevin use my kids as a tool to make me buy the Kirby. He talks about how young of a couple we are and that I am picking money over my kids if I dont buy the kirby . He also mention that Im such a bad mother for letting my kids even walk on my carpet with all the dirt and dust. After I signed everything I couldnt slept because I just spent $1440 that I dont have on a vacuum and thinking about all the harsh thing Kevin said about me as a parent and using my kids as a tool to sale the Kirby I feel harassed. The next day I call to cancel and mail in the form. 5 days later I contacted Tatianna the lady who took out all the form to make the sale official. She was so nice when I signed the form. But, when I call regarding when they will be back to pick up the Kirby she was so rude and says that they are disappointed, i shouldnt buy the Kirby to start off with if i didnt want it, and that she doesnt want to talk to me and hang up. When they were over I mention so many time about how I cant afford the Kirby plus I am not interest and they kept pressuring me into purchasing. Dont let these people into your house unless your in the market for a Vacuum. The only reason I let them into my place was because the salesman who knock on my door kept begging and makes it seems like its some type of school internship thing that he is doing.

This company’s a joke .... they all act like they have big money but the only real baller there is Mr.G ... other than him all the other fools are doing are acting like they got big money , they try and make the seller think they’re gonna get rich , it’s kinda like a cult or brainwashing camp ... have young people work for free cuz they don’t make money unless they sell and when they do sell they still don’t get paid what they’re supposed to ....

Had a perfect experience here the product speaks for its self, and the staff and owners all get involved to make to make your purchase easy convienent and fast. This company has assessories and has all the parts bags ect needed to maintain your Kirby vacuum. I would highly reccomend Kirby, and I would also highly reccomend this buisness to purchase from, Ive seen no better around in a long time . Im really not sure why others would post such low ratings here as Ive seen nothing of the like on my visits to this buisness..
