Started the process $300 paid another $200.. after 45 days still didnt receive anything from the creditors. I called twice and a lady said well just have to send out another round of disputes. At that point my wife and I were fed up. I went in to cancel and Richard said what do you mean you havent received anything ? Long story short he offered 2 months of service for free and after he says if you still want to cancel i wont feel bad . So if I never would of went in to cancel, I would still be paying and waiting .

Innovative Credit Solutions is very good at fixing credit scores. Most companies advertise that they are good at this but they havent been in business long enough to really know what they are doing. This company is locally owned and operated. They really understand what effect certain activity has on a credit score and what steps to take to repair a bad score. I often refer my clients to them when they want to purchase a home but their credit is preventing them from doing so. Met with Richard about 2 and a half years ago to try and repair my credit. He wanted me to pay more than ten thousand dollars in order to charge off my collections. Well, I was able to discharge 75% of my collections for, get this, FREE. How? Do a little internet research, Its really not that hard. Companies like this are a dying breed for a reason. Save your time, money and any stress. Avoid this place , especially that dude Richard, unless you want to pay thousands in order to do something you can do for free.Edit: seems like the owner is a bit salty considering the response. The truth hurts, sport. You VERY WELL can get collections taken off of your credit report without using your service. Of course you will fight that statement because then you wouldnt have a job. I mean, you charge money (last I remember 40 dollars) for a 20 minute consultation, so you cant be doing all that well, and the office was...empty.Look, its very simple, I THINK even you can understand it. When I see a sham, I call it out.
