Friendly customer service. Customer service representative informed me a technician would contact me within an hour, they did, technician said they would be out to service equipment with the hour, they were. Technician was friendly and informative, told me what was wrong with machine and went on to fix the issue in an efficient manner. Very pleased with the service, all promises were kept. No long service (wait) windows), how novel.

Whenever there is a problem we are helped in a timely manner! The technician is the same guy every time, he is very kind patient and helpful. He always get the job done quickly and clearly communicates to me what the problem and how he fixed it and how i can better use the machine or prevent another issue like the one we had!
