I mentioned I liked the guys haircut who was in the chair getting a cut by Robert, but after his cut was done, Robert apparently went on break so I had to get cut by someone else. I won’t say the barbers name for sake of keeping his reputation. Let me just say this... I had long hair and wanted to keep the top longer; yet when he was done, not only was the side of my head bleeding, but he asked me if I’d like the top shorter next time? Are you serious? You cut it all off and I felt humiliated. Walked out with a smile paid no tip.. edit: the owner reached out to me and was very apologetic offering a cut free of charge next time.. I will give them another shot.

IVE been to so many barber shops since my son was 5 and i jumped to barber shop to barber because nobody did a good job on my son hair. Finally 2 years ago i heard about Fifis Barber shop in Lamont i tried it out and I LOVE IT!! They take their time and do a GREAT job. Recently, i found out they had another shop in Bakersfield. They also cut really good. No more driving to Lamont. Ive already told 5 people about this place ( their very picky with their hair) theyve also love this barber shop. QUALITY hair cuts at a great price! Fifis barbershop is the best of the best and they go above and beyond to satisfy their costumers. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, great conversations, great atmosphere, and AMAZING BARBERS! I bring my 5 and 7 year old here all the time and they love it! I would recommend this barbershop to anybody, so if youre looking for a quality cut dont hesitate to come check them out!

Every one there does great cuts. I don’t always make an appointment and whoever takes my son in as a walk-in doesn’t disappoint.

I walked in without an appointment. I was greeted and told it would be just a minute. It was just a few minutes but heck I expected a lot longer . Very clean shop. VERY Professional Barbers who impressed me with how serious they were while maintaining a light atmosphere. Five stars . I was in and out received a great hair cut. Im picky too. So Five Stars doesnt come easy with me.

Only complaint is that I went at 9:40am and they still weren’t open, even though they’re supposed to open at 9:00am on Sundays. But for the actual cut I asked for a low fade, and the cut was fine.

Great quality, just a bit pricey if you’re more on the saving money side.

I went today for my first time (Not from Bakersfield) because it had great reviews. I was greeted right away. Alex was the barber who gave me a mid fade w/ the edge up. The hair cut was cherry. The shop was clean, had music and they even put a movie on. Make sure to go here for your hair cuts.

Charge too much for a cut.. Good quality, but i dont think $20 is a good price to pay for a haircut. Seems pricey, figured this place hustles people for their money. Not worth going back.

Brought my son here for the first time. The wait was a little long but thats my fault for not making an appointment. I definitely recommend this place, when I say they take Thier time they take Thier time, no joke theyre very detailed constantly checking every angle making sure its perfect. Best thing is the heart, you come in see a bunch of dudes who if not related act like brothers just in general a good vibe and good time. And I want to say if you do read this THANK YOU not just for the good job but for giving someone a chance someone who probably wouldnt be hired anywhere else. Thank you we will definitely be coming back.

I took my 3 yr are old son there and Carlos did a great job, made my boy feel comfortable and the cut was flawless. This is my sons barber from now on.
