If I could give this place a negative start I would. The owner was condescending and rude , and showed zero sympathy for our situation. My fiance car was stolen and recovered by CHP and had this company pick it up. The Guy charged us nearly $600 for storage fees , after trying to convince us to relinquish this perfectly working car over to our insurance. When we refused and requested to just get the car back hes entire demeanor changed. Im sure he had half a mind to part out this car and make a few thousand. The entire time we were there he kept making comments about how itll just get stolen again Im sure he was a close second cousin to Satan himself. I couldnt help but leave feeling like we were robbed all over again.

Nothing is affordable about Affordable towing. After been taken away from an accident my car was towed by this company without my consent. It cost me $649 to get my car out of their tow yard, my car had only been there for the weekend. Then they wanted to charge me an extra $200 to tow my car from their yard to my home. Needless to say I found another company to get my car towed home. While the older couple I dealt with at the yard were very nice Ill never use or recommend Afforable towing

This guy will hold your vehicle hostage once he has it on his tow truck... we called to get a tow, he gave us a price of $40 over the phone. He picked it up and once we got to the house, he said it would be $75. I asked why?! The tow was less then a mile from my house. He said thats his tow rate and if I didnt pay it he would take my car to impound. Then I asked if I could talk with the owner and he said, I am the owner! I was forced to pay it.I could handle the fact that he was rude, but he is literally taking advantage of people. Is there anyone I can report him to?

DO NOT CALL THIS TOW MAN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! Took two hours to find us because he Couldn’t find us on his first dispatch, and then did not accept credit card so he refused to wait and help us to get cash. So ridiculous and unprofessional

They treated me with respect. Also allowed me to go to the lot to pick some belongings from my car after the accident.

Horrible customer service. The man who answered the phone was rude when inquiring about towing services. I ended up having to call another local company in Bakersfield for help.I would not recommend Affordable towing. Very unprofessional.

A shady company please choose another company. They ripped me off for 940.00$ for a tow on a vehicle that was stolen. You have been warned!!
