I just had service provided by SERVPRO of NW Bakersfield and I couldnt be happier. As soon as I reported I had an issue with my insurance company, I received a phone call from Becky the agent from SERVPRO. Becky kept me informed of everything the technicians would do and acted as a liaison between me and the adjuster. She was great and very professional. I had 3 technicians out to my home, Ceasar, Fidencio, and Russ. They were very professional and did their job well. Each time they came they explained every aspect of the clean-up and did their best not inconvenience me or my family in any way. I have worked in customer service for 30 years and throughout my lifetime, have had to have different technicians out for one reason or another. I know many people just call to complain and never take the time to recognize quality work from a quality company. I do not have a problem taking the time to recognize and give credit when credit is due. Becky, Fidencio, Russ, and Ceasar at SERVPRO of NW Bakersfield did an awesome job and I have no problem recommending them to my family and friends. Great job Team!
