This is such an amazing place. My AC hasn’t been working for years and they fixed it so fast! It had a couple problems after that but they couldn’t have foreseen. Every time I called they made time for me immediately and were so nice about getting it fixed as fast as possible. They are all very kind and cool people. My AC is ice cold and amazing!!! Come here for trustworthy people!

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. I was quoted one price and was told another day their was no way they could service my car at that price. Billy was nice but owner was so rude. I will never be returning to this place and do not recommend it to anyone. You will be quoted one price and then charged a lot more. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Honest, fair, thorough. I took my car to many places on same day and was given various high quotes and told I needed work I didnt actually need. Steve took the time to look at my car and gave me an honest assessment and only charged me for their time after seeing that my car was actually in good shape, it was just in need of an easy fix. I would have wasted so much money at the other mechanics (I received 3 other incorrect quotes) and they wouldnt have even fixed the real problem. Thank you guys! Definitely recommend and will be using for any needs in the future.

Service here is great! All staff is very friendly and helpful. I use this shop for my personal repairs and for the company i work for. This is going to be a long review, so for those of you who just want the general information here it is: My car was fixed but I wont go back!For those who would like the details here you go. I needed to have my AC worked on because it had quit blowing cold air. After waiting an hour they informed me there was a hose that needed to be replaced. I told the guy Id be back tomorrow and we agreed on a price for the work. I returned the next day, went in and let them know I was here to drop off my car for an AC hose repair that had been found yesterday. The guy at the counter was unable to located my work order, gave me another to fill out another and asked if I had been given a price. I said yes and left my keys. I thought it was strange at this point that the form from the previous day wasnt around but, I dont work there and I dont know their system. I asked if he knew about how long it would take, he said about 3 hours. I thanked him and went about my day. Fast forward to 11 am. I have heard nothing at this point from the shop, so I make my first call of the day to them to find out the status of the vehicle.At this point, I was told it was taking a little longer than expected and it was going to be a couple more hours, which now puts us at 1 oclock for the car to be ready. At this point, Im not upset at all, because I am a reasonable person and I understand that sometimes things come up and neither I, or the business, have any control over. 130p-Again, I have heard nothing from the shop, so I call them. This time I am told its going to be another 2 hours before the car is done. Please note, at this point no one from the shop has mentioned any other issues to me about the condition of my car. 330 pm- 4 hours later than I had originally planned to not have my car. I have heard NOTHING from the shop. Now I am mad. I call and they say it should be ready by 4. I arrive at the shop at 4 oclock and attempt to pay what I owe to the shop. I am actually charged 3 times because of a miscommunication regarding the price. These were reversed later. As soon as I pull out of the parking lot there is an alarming and LOUD clunking sound. I return to the shop, asked to pop the hood and at this point I am informed that I have a broken motor mount. They knew about this and didnt tell me. This pisses me off even more. Bill realizes that this wasnt handled in the best way possible and does the right thing by getting on the phone, finding my part and agreeing to stay to fix it until it gets there. The motor mount was replaced at no cost to me and let me say, so there is no confusion, I dont believe they broke the motor mount. I do believe that the work they did caused it to shift so that it was no longer functioning. So no, it wasnt their fault it broke, and as Junior eagerly pointed out, they were under no legal obligation to fix it. Oh and Junior next time someone has a broken motor mount, let them decide if they want to fix it. Dont assume they are, as you said, part of the 90% of people [you] call say dont fix it.

Had a very negative experience here. My car was running poorly and had the check engine light on. They ran diagnostic test and concluded the fix was a coil replacement and replacement of spark plugs. After two days of driving, light came back on & vehicle began to show same symptoms, running even worse than before repair. After evaluating, the manager said that it was drivable and offered no refund or solution. Cost of repair - $458.93. Will never go back!
