Well, I just bought a brand new John Deere 1023E. 2021 model. It delivered Wednesday 18 Nov. 2020 and Ive been putting her to work ever since. Also got the John Deere R120 bucket loader, Frontier Box Scraper, and the iMatch John Deere three point hitch Quick Connect.Yes, Im as giddy as a school boy. Ive dealt with John Deere and some other tractors since I was a child being born on the farm/cattle ranch, but its been many a decade since I was back there. This brings back many a fond memory.Sawyer Reifel is my salesman. Did a wonderful job setting things up the way I wanted them. He must have the patients of Job in just putting up with me anyway. At 60 years old, a bit crotchety, and permanently disabled, I couldnt afford to have anything go wrong. I needed to have everything just so in order to handle this due to my back being pretty much gone so anything that made the job easier was a major plus. Sawyer made sure it all happened perfectly.Primary use is clearing brush, landscaping, and weed abatement. I have no need for a mower deck as you arent going to have much for a lawn in the high desert mountains where sage brush, scorpions, and rattlesnakes are the common of the day. However, if youre looking to clear grease plant, the dry desert grass that creates a massive wildfire hazard each year, and groom your desert course sand into something that looks respectable, John Deere, Kern Machinery, and Sawyer Reifel has it all.(Thats me in the picture on the tractor with Sawyer next to me when they made delivery)The other primary use is to run up a three point hitch mounted PTO driven 10KW generator for those times when the power goes out. Believe me, when the power goes out you dont want to mess around with manhandling a generator with a very bad back. That iMatch Quick Connect comes in mighty handy.Im also looking forward to putting her to work when I get ready to put in the new front porch and the west porch. The John Deere 1023E is perfect for carving things out when you get ready to pour cement. I can get the security and pleasure of having done the job myself and save on paying for someone else to do it at the same time. The prep that is. No, Ill not be doing the cement work. Leave that to the pros.Anyway, my new tractor has been performing perfectly, just like I would expect from a John Deere. The hydrostatic drive is sweet. Im used to good old fashion shifting and even the original hydrostatic drive from back in the International Harvester days of the late 1960s when we had a IH 1066. That hydrostatic drive has improved a lot over the years, but its main claim to fame is the smoothness for which you can operate the tractor, comfort, and its a whole lot easier on both the operator and whatever equipment you are using over the standard shift. John Deere made certain to capitalize on that and did so with flying colors. John Deere green. Even the tractor itself handles comfortably and with my back I can usually tell you whenever I run over an ant hill, but, surprisingly, this tractor is smooth to operate. It makes the work very comfortable.Suffice it to say that Im very pleased with John Deere, Kern Machinery, and Sawyer Reifel. They make a great team.Nothing Runs Like A Deere.PS. Just recently purchased a John Deere Skid Steer 324g for our Nursery in Shafter CaCamacho Nursery Rose GrowerPurchased was made though sales agent Sawyer Reifel.This Skid steer is amazing. I have used other Skid Steers but this one is perfect, Has many features that makes the job easier & capacity it can handle is outstanding. One of the main thing I liked about this skid steer is the Cab once you go Cab you won’t want to go back to no cabThe Sales side of the purchase with Sawyer Reifel went super smooth & easy he was very informative every step of the way & every question I had he had an answer for. This dealer has very friendly, and helpful staff, that has the customers best interests in mind. I recently purchased a new tractor from this dealer, and the service was excellent. Ray was able to find the perfect tractor for my needs within my budget, and timeframe. I am very pleased with the service, and happy with my John Deere tractor.

Las time I bought a chainsaw and the inside engine was bad from factory I took it back and they said no refunds and no exchange at the store never buy from this place the staff and managers are bad !!!

Had a bad experience with one of their costly products. Tried to return it and they said policy stated there are no returns. Management was of no help at all and didnt even bother to call me about my replacement! I had to inquire about it every other day until i got it. Beware shoppers!

Me and my husband had a bad experience we bought a product that was expensive we took it home and as soon as we started working with it turns bad when we got back to the store to get a replacement or something with the warranty they said they don’t offer warranty at the store we talk to the manager and same thing happen we already send a claimed to see what the could do about it please don’t you ever buy from this place

Not perfessional at all, called on Friday too see if they had a part in stock. Lady answered the phone, and I give here the part number to the carburetor that I needed the carburetor rebuild kit for, she then says okay let me check...I was on hold for 3min , 10min till they close at this point. then I can hear her coming up too the phone, picks it up, then hangs up. It’s 4:00 at this point, so then , I think ahh maybe the call just dropped or an accident, whatever the case may have been. Then I try calling back, no answer, so I called three more times, and no answer, then by that time , it was safe for me too say. How rude and unprofessional that was, too hang up on me. Lost my business, not that you care, with service like that..

Extremely interested in your needs, not just to sale you. Family atmosphere but capable of handling any need. Staff friendly and eager to help. This is my lawn and garden stop, and can handle residential all the way to commercial. Dont forget the AG industry, because they havent. Specialist in the field of anything that grows from the ground and how to treat it. Your 1 stop shop, weather at work or home.
