I usually have good service here. I recently booked a rental COMPACT and they had NONE ava. so they put me in a full size car which had NO GAS in it and up charged me for their FAULT- terrible.. i was very disappointed .. the next booking i thought would be better i BOOKED a mini SUV which i NEEDED and I get there and they tell me they dont have any SUVs and they cannot provide me with one but they have a economy car which they up charged me for that as well. The customer service is usually pretty good. I go here because its closer and cheaper than budget,

Take note guys. The deposit changed from $200 to $300. So now at pick up you have to pay the cost of the rental plus the $300 deposit. No prepaid cards accepted. Must be debit or major credit card. To make your visit quick: have a reservation, your drivers license, insurance info & your debit or major credit card ready.

They take advantage if the cars are short and you want to extend your existing booking they will make the rate jump almost double if not more their response below is useless and automated they say someone will call and adress the issue but thats not true they do absolutely nothing

Very friendly place. The cashier or customer service rep whatever you call them was very polite with me even though I was frustrated and couldnt understand what he was saying he still work with me and help me get exactly what I came to get Im very satisfied with his patience and its product

We had to get a rental today. I did the inspection with the attendant and everything seemed fine. When I got in the car it smelled terrible. It had a very strong smell of cigarettes.I asked for another vehicle and Victoria got me a knew one immediately with no other questions asked. Great professional service.

Rental was not clean or sanitized at the time of pick-up. There was a receipt on the floor on the drivers side, crumbs on the floors and seats, and the outside windows were covered in bugs. The associate had to vacuum and wash the vehicle at my request. Next time I rent, I will take pictures to post on social media.

The manager Christian would not swap out our vehicle that was malfunctioning to something comparable. I had to call roadside service to get it resolved. Very poor customer service after it was explained that this was our 2nd vehicle with an issue.

We were extremely pleased with the rental process at the Enterprise office in Baker , Louisiana. After an auto accident we rented a car. It was done quickly and by very pleasant and professional employees. I had to extend my rental several times by phone and it was done quickly with no hassle. We were so happy with the car and our experience that we bought one just like it from Enterprise car sales. Hopefully we don’t need a rental in the near future but when we do we will definitely be back to the Enterprise Baker office

That enterprise rental location use to be very convenient but they have management problems, car shortages and staff problems. I use to rent there all the time and they have had some great managers and great staffs but these days I try to avoid that location if at all possible.. You have to wait around for 20 minutes 30 minutes and then the manager she keeps on explaining after I already said OK she still explaining and then she get an attitude at me because I said why are we still talking about this I already said OK.. I had to pay an extra $8 because the didnt have any cars in the class I needed.. The one staff who was pleasant even tho it was the end of a challenging day get a 5 star but overall that location today gets 2 stars..

I had no problems with the rental, however the customer service at the Baker location was horrible. I was originally supposed to pick up my rental on July 7th at 3:00 PM. I asked to have the reservation moved to 9:00 AM on July 8th, Enterprise obliged. After arriving at approximately 9:05 on July 8th, I had to wait over an hour before the rental was ready. They communicated very poorly and it was completely unprofessional.

The customer service at this location is ALWAYS superior. Im always greeted upon entry no matter how busy they are and taken care of in a timely manner. The only issue I have ever experienced was the size car I reserved is never available but they always upgrade me at the same price as my reservation so that definitely cant be counted as a con. I will continue to use and refer anyone looking to rent a vehicle to this location.

By far the worst experience ever. They will tell you one thing on the phone but in person it’s a different story. Also very rude with nasty attitudes. The worst thing one of the workers told me was he was too busy for me he didn’t have time to call me about an issue that was made on his end. Also made it seem like I was a lie and said he never told me the stuff that he told me very unprofessional. I will stick with driving 30 mins to another location when the baker store is only 5 mins from my house. I hate that I had to even pick 1 star because they wouldn’t have gotten that.

Nico is absolutely the best! He was very friendly and made my rental experience a breeze. He made sure he let me know what was going on since it was a little wait (35-45 minutes) . If you ever go to the baker location I definitely would recommend allowing him to help you out. His hospitality definitely made up for a sour precious experience a few months ago

My last experience with Enterprise was Horrible!!! I rented from the Neighborhood office in Baker, LA this past Saturday (2/6/16). my reservation was for noon, I called in at 11:30 am and asked if someone could pick me up, Shawn answered the phone and put me on hold. When he returned to the phone, he asked me my name and looked at the reservation. He told me that he was in the office alone but as soon as Rico returns, he would call me back to make arrangements for my pick up. I called the office back at 1:30 pm because I hadnt received a call back (since they close at 2pm) and Shawn answered the phone again. He stated that he was still there alone and the lobby was full of customers and he placed me on hold. I held on for approximately 10 minutes and he NEVER RETURNED BACK TO THE PHONE. So my sister came home and I asked her to take me to Enterprise which is about 5 minutes away. When I walked into the lobby, there was no one in there but Shawn, he didnt have any customers. He asked me if he could help me. I explained to him that I was the customer he had placed on hold and never came back to. He said Sorry maam we dont have any cars, I can give you a Caravan. I refused the caravan and told him that I made a reservation for a car! He told me that IF I NEEDED A CAR THAT BAD, I WOULD TAKE THE CARAVAN. I refused again. I then told him that I was going to make a complaint. Shawn then said hold on maam, let me see if I can call the airport and get you a car. He was able to get me a car from the airport at approximately 1:42 pm. By this time Rico has returned but Shawn says to me do you mind waiting until 2 pm because I dont want to have Rico take you to the airport because I am ready to go home and I can take you. Shawn took me to the airport in his PERSONAL vehicle which I felt was very unprofessional. When we made it to the airport to pick up the car he stated that he was going to waive the gas, like that was suppose to make things better. I know many people who rent from Enterprise matter of a fact, my sister travels for work all of the time and rents from Enterprise. I will tell everyone I come in contact with about my experience.

I had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from the Baker office. I first spoke to the Manager of the office and she was very professional and offered me all the information I needed. When I got to the rental office, I requested someone pick me up from a repair shop where I was leaving my vehicle. One of the employees actually almost beat me there to pick me up. Mr. Barry Snead is the associate that handled the rental initially. Mr. Shawn is the associate that handled the return of the vehicle. I found everyone involved in the process to be very friendly and professional. The car was clean and I had no problems regarding the rental car. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this location and staff to anyone. Thanks to the staff for your assistance. When I have to rent another vehicle I will be returning to this location.

Disgusting service and employees. This location and its employees are not all on the same accord. When calling to make reservations, we were told one thing & when we arrived, we were told another. They did not seem concerned AT ALL that this was their wrong doing. In fact, the employee actually mumbled under her breath they will have to figure it out because its their reservation. We had plans to go out of town and plans were altered because ENTERPRISE AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! The employees Friday morning, April 21st were not concerned about the paying customers. Also, it took 40+ minutes to pick up a vehicle from them!!!!!!!! If I could rate them anything less than a one star I would shoot for negative ten stars.

WellI was greeted and welcomed by a young man who was very respectful. Rented a minivan but they forgot to mention that the rear air blows just not cold air 🤔. I couldnt switch the car out because it closes at 2 on Saturdays and closed on Sunday. I will have to drive to Lafayette location to switch out vehicle.

Horrible, I paid my money for my rental and told I had to wait for it to be clean, 2 hours went by still no car, come to find out they had rented my car to someone else, then I was forced to get a SUV because they had no other vehicles.... Manager Victoria was super rude, she kept trying to make it my fault saying she thought I left, but who would leave after being charged 400 dollars without a car. She kept arguing and being completely rude telling me I had to take the SUV, only reason I took this vehicle because I have to be out of town in the A.M by 4 and she told me my money would take 2 to 10 days before I be refunded, this is the last time renting from Enterprise in Baker, La.

It was one price online and another at the store. I ended up paying twice as much as i expected. I didnt get a breakdown of what i was paying for or a receipt of how much i was charged. Although i had everything i needed i they should list the things you need in order to get a rental. And the car was dirty.

I havent personally had this happen, but many people at my company have. They frequently allow you to reserve vehicles, but when you come to pick them up there is nothing available for you. You either have to get your car early in the day or just rent from the airport to be sure to get something.

I HAD A RESERVATION FOR APRIL 26-29 TO PICKUP @ 5:30 PM. I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY HAD SOMETHING READY. THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF CHANGES THAT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. I recently moved to Baton Rouge (from Canada). Before my move, I had made a reservation for a car rental at Enterprise. It turns out that the day I was supposed to go pick up the car, my credit card company cancelled it without notice (because I had purchased something from a website that got a fraud alert or some nonsense). I couldnt pay with my non-US debit card and Enterprise doesnt accept cash, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no friends or family.However, the team at this location (especially Taylor H.) went far, far above and beyond what was expected from them. I also didnt have a US sim card yet, so they made any calls needed and contacted my future employer to try to find a solution. Things got sorted out for me a few days later (thanks to my future colleagues), but that was the best customer service I ever experienced from a car rental company.

Slow as usual. They tell you a time to pick up the car and then the car still has to be cleaned up, so dont be in a hurry. In the past Ive picked up cars from here and noticed damage that wasnt listed on the paper. On return they would show you the damage. So just make sure to check the vehicle well. It looks like a new set of people here, maybe the shady ones were ran off...

I have Never rented a car that wasnt up to standards. From the outside I could tell it wasnt just cleaned but I was okay with that. I rented a carvan and it had tag from the previous customer; which I gave to the Rep as we view the vechicle.I the back seats had dryed ketchup stains on it, on the driver door had ketchup on it, no inspection sticker that is required by Louisiana and a hole on the door.
