Knowledgeable, friendly service. Dont make you feel awkward or embarrassed for being there. Our caseworker is a dream.

I couldnt find DMV, and went in and asked for directions. Staff was very nice and pointed me directly across the street. We all had a good laugh!

I got a job and went in and reported my hours so I didnt use the money they gave me bc I was working and I broke the card up so was unable to use what they gave me and now there trying to charge me for that money I never spent and worst part is I cant get a new card tell I pay them off

Second time I have called about children being not cared for unsure wether or not any action took place.

I love all the staff. Theyve really helped me and my family. More than anyone ever has. Theyre not like all the other human services departments. This one actually cares about you and your family. They actually care that you and your family have everything. They dont make you feel like a burden for asking for help.

Positive experience, friendly staff. The ladies where very helpful and made visit productive and friendly.

Like any other government office if you dont ask the right questions you dont get the right answers and they wont provide them for you even if even if they have them if you dont ask them they wont tell you
