Went in with a billing question and walked out with a new phone after Jeremy was able to save me some money on my bill.

I love this store. I was offered many options and the benefits were explained with each option. That takes patience, care, and skill.Kudos AT&T for a great representative choice.

Wasnt made aware when I went and asked for more hot spot data at this location.. But I was informed by calling 611 that I could get 3xs the data at the SAME PRICE!!!.. Not good customer support.. Maybe they need more training and definitely motivation to help customers get the best deal possible ..at a reasonable price..

I was very impressed with the service I received at the AT&T store in Bainbridge. I walked in and was waited on immediately by Zack. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was patient while answering my many questions. He worked with me to get the best affordable plan for my family.

Visited to get a newer Iphone. Brandi was very patient and did her best to get me what I wanted/needed along with the accessories that I requested. Altogether a good experience

Not all of their plans are at&t original and so getting customer support in person or OTP is super difficult.

My wife and I signed up for new service, and Jenny, the manager, helped us. At the time, she was polite and helpful. She informed us that she was waiving the activation fees ($60.00), and that we would get HBO Max for free with the service we wanted.Well, two weeks later, the $60.00 fee was on our bill, and we were paying $15.00 more per month to have HBO Max. I went by the store, and after waiting for thirty minutes, Jenny informed me that I would have to call AT&Ts customer care number to get the activation fees waived. So far, not a good experience with this store.

I WILL NEVER GO IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN THE 2 ASSOCIATES THAT WERE IN HAD A BAD ATTITUDE THEY DIDNT SAY GOOD EVENING OR WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY I USUALLY PAY ONLINE BUT DECEDIED TO GO IN SINCE ITS NEW IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BUT NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE I FELT LIKE THEY LOOKED DOWN ON ME AND THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAID MASK REQUIRED BUT 1 OF THE ASSOCIATES DIDNT HAVE ON A MASK NEITHER DID THE FAMILY THAT HE WAS HELPING. SO NEVER AGAIN AND NEVER AGAIN I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS AND SEEMS LIKE THEY NEED MORE TRAINING BECAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS LOCATION AND THEY WERE ALSO RUDE RUDE RUDE FROM NOW ON IM ALWAYS PAYING ONLINE ILL MEVER GIVE THAT LOCATION ANOTHER CHANCE TO HURT MY FEELINGS EVER

I had a very good experience today at AT&T. The representatives were very funny and friendly and helped me to pick out a new phone. I would definitely recommend AT&T to anyone who is looking for a good phone carrier.

This is a franchise store, if you have problems don’t waste your time going there. And the employees love to tell you that they can’t do anything to help you. Corporate stores are in Tallahassee. Save yourself a headache and go there.

This lady the was actually RUDE to a elderly man. He was also deaf by the way. She did nothing to help him. He left the store and comments to the other employee that asked what he needed was... I dont know. The walked to the back again where she was most of the time. I was inside for a while to. AT&T pull ya film watch how your CUSTOMERS are getting treated. Ok Im done. If I ever ever have to return to that store I might just end up on the news and in jail. Probably be in one of those crazy videos LADY LOST HER MIND DUE TO RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE...✌💚❤

While I was in the process of changing from Verizon to AT&T, I decided to go to the store to find answers about the plans and services. On this occasion, I was helped by the assistant manager Sergio; who very kindly offered popcorn to my children while he showed me the plans and phones that AT&T had to offer. It was definitely a good decision to switch from the other company to AT&T because the great professional service to the customers and the amazing plans and prices available to fit every budget. All my questions were answered and I received an extra discount from my work (state) besides the great promotion that they had available ( 50 % off on new devices).

Sergio Lopez is the rudest thief I have ever met. Instead of selling a phone to me he would rather sell a whole contract. Hes out to take money from people by making them buy unnecessary things. You cant buy a replacement phone without changing your number and contract all over again. I will never step foot in that store again until he is terminated. He is a theif, lair and scamming scumbag who just wants to make money on people who wont call his bluff.

Fricking crooks. Told me my phone was bad. After doing some research it was a simple fix. Went to get my phone back shipped out on New years day, and that I could not get my phone back Right! Out $2000 in one year on phones. Dont take you phone here if it has any problems. They will rip you off. I saw the manager tell the the rep. That helped me to tell me that it was shipped out. Fricking liar. No sevice provided here. Just sell phones.

Avoid like the plague. Twice Ive sent my children to the store with issues with their phones and neither time have their issues been resolved however they did come home with new tablets and a new upgrade from the manager named Van without our permission. Then we get the bill with activation fees and prorated charges and spent two hours with customer service to resolve. Would give 0 stars if possible.
