For several months now this company has not picked up garbage as agreed but continues to collect the entire fee for service. It may take weeks before trash is picked up. Garbage cans line the streets. At one point I was told it was because the company could not hire new drivers, now I am told it is because the truck does not work. There is garbage lying on the side of the streets here in Black Jack community. I have tried to get help from the city of Bainbridge and attempted to seek help from the county commissioner. Do not use this service. If you have any information that will help me convince the listed owner Cathy Clark to do something about picking up our garbage please leave a post. I pay full price for garbage pick up and do not get the service I pay for.

Beware. Website for setting up your account is not secure.Didnt get contacted back when can wasnt delivered when promised. They dont followup.

This is the worse sanitation company I’ve ever dealt with!! Do not use this company. Always late for pickup or don’t show at all! They don’t call to let you know they are not coming, staff answering phones are very very unprofessional!!

Not very friendly nor informative of their own policies..but the only garbage collection company in the area. If competition were allowed, things would be different. They forget where they come from very quickly.

They seriously need new management. The workers are great, but they need more people.

UPDATE: I discontinued my service over 3 months ago and just received another bill in the mail today. They are surely fishing for someone to pay what is not owned. Certainly wouldnt be the first time they robbed someone. Can only imaginge who all this is happening to.If I could give ZERO stars I would.They are always late sometimes over a week.Not exactly cheap (wouldnt mind if the service was good but its not.)Always have an excuse a different b.s. excuse.Will not pick up if you have something unbagged (boxes are hard to bag sometimes btw).Grocery bags tied like I use in small cans is not good enough.Have attitudes when you call but if you message the read and dont reply.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars I would!! Dont waste your time or money on this SORRY company. They are NEVER on time. The workers are RUDE and the managers enable them. Your trash is weighed and youre charged more when trash is above a certain weight but never less. Cans are also dropped off dirty and unrinsed. Just a big fat NO! Trust me!!

Consistently miserable service, all about the money at this place of business. The dump truck drivers are horrid people, constant attitudes, and no help whatsoever. Maybe get drivers who arent high school drop outs?After the hurricane, service somehow got worse, after a natural disaster the community should come together, but not Seminole Sanitation Services, to hell with the management and the drivers, illiterate degenerates. Special place in hell for the hillbillies and thugs that work here.

Garbage is constantly picked up days late but bill is expected on time. And they just hired new driver thats nothing but a drunk, maybe thats why its not picked up on time. Hes still drunk from night before so he cant remember which route hes supposed to be on that day. They have no idea whats going on in this business.

Seminole Sanitation in Bainbridge Ga is a freaking joke! My bill was 1 day late so they skipped picking up my garbage bc of that. Not to mention they charge you an extra $5 a month if you have 3 bags more than you are suppose to have. Like really, yall count my garbage bags?!?! Oh and they dont have a clue as to what customer service is. I have left 3 messages and spoke to someone in the office about this. Then the lady today tells me she knew nothing about it. Well lady, do your job and find out why your staff didnt give you the messages! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Okay...rant is over!!!

Have promised for 3 drifts to pick-up my rotten sticking trash,never showed up,prior to this approximately 2 weeks after hurricane I was told to put trash out and they would come in the yard and get it nope. So now it has been a month. Tried to call them today in dondsonville and Bainbridge no one answers the phone. Dont recommend them.

Terrible service it took them 5 weeks to come pick up our garbage needless to say we cancelled their services. 👎👎

These people are SORRY!! The trash is Never picked up on time!! The person in Camilla that answers the phone is rude If you can get her to answer 🤬🤬 I wouldn’t give them even one star if I didn’t have to!!! I have been several times where they didn’t pick it up for 2 weeks!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
