So let me first say I’m a single mother and terribly afraid of rodents! I have only been in my new apartment for less than a month and started seeing mice. From the moment I called them everything was amazing! Now let me tell you about my service technician Michael. He came out and greeted me with a smile. He listened to my concerns with empathy even though I was being really really dramatic. He took extra initiative and did some extra things for me that he didn’t even have to do! By the time he left I felt not only PROTECTED BUT SAFE and RELIEVED! The day he came was the first night I was able to feel comfortable in my own home! Good customer service and genuine people are so hard to come by now a days it was really refreshing to know that people like that still exist. He said something to me that spoke volumes. He said he treats every home like it’s his home! To see someone take so much PRIDE in their work just warmed my heart. He wouldn’t accept a gift from me but I hope this company will recognize him for not only the OUTSTANDING employee he is but for his GENUINE spirit!

Everything is wonderful with this company. Company. The only issue that I am having is if their business office is with their business office. I have been overcharged twice. The manager and the technicians are wonderful.

I have been a customer twenty plus years. My current Technician, Mr. Frazier is very professional, yet Personable. I try not to be a Pest , but even if I am , Mr. Frazier handles the issues professionally, and I appreciate that. Excellent customer service. He services another property that I own, and the service is excellent.

I do NOT have service with this company. A technician, Michael, from Bainbridge shows up to my house in Valdosta. He knocks on the door and when he gets no answer he starts walking the property. He just lets himself into my backyard, through the privacy fence, wonders all over my property and even walks in my garage. He has no paperwork or documentation proving why he is on my property. My wife confronts him and he says he was given an order to come over. It was a very sketchy experience and what type of company just lets their employees trespass without cause. Ive owned my home over 2 years and have never had service with this company. He finally leaves and puts a card on my mailbox that I need to switch this address into my name.

Terminix took over our contract after Southwind Pest & Termite sold out.I had horrible experience with Terminix before but for lack of other competent pest control in our area I gave them a few months.Once again their service is lacking.I didn’t see any significant improvement after their treatments. So I called/emailed to discontinue our service.It is IMPOSSIBLE to discontinue service with Terminix. They transfer you around and you THINK you’ve accomplished something but then they send another bill!I was frustrated and just stopped payment of the bills. Guess what? They disconnected our service. Surprise surprise!Works for me.I did research and put together a pest control regime that works for our business. Just FYI...ALL of the chemicals needed are sold online. I got mine from Amazon.Be sure to order 2 different poisons and 2 different hormone regulators so that you May alternate these with each treatment. No bugs! No pests! Boom. No bill

Great confusion over scheduling. You must call the service center. You cant speak to anyone locally. They confirmed our appointment 3 days earlier and then did not show up. We called again and were told we were scheduled for the following week. We held again on line while they contacted the local service manager. He called and said we were never on his schedule on the day that the service center confirmed to us. Very frustrating. Do not recommend. Their local folks are great when you get them out, but scheduling has been like this for a while and only gets worse

Terminex Staff were prompt, professional, and responded to the problem immediately. They cleaned after the job was done and took time before and after completing their task to talk with me and my spouse. I would definitely recommend this company. Remember we get what we pay for and not always the cheaper way is the best/safest way.

We had Kyle and Ron help us out. Kyle set everything up and completed the scheduling process and followed up. He fully explained the services and what was included and answered all my questions. Ron came out on time when he said he would be there. We had great communication with the Terminix associates. Ron completed the treatment in a timely manner. So far we have been pleased. Everything was done so quickly and they worked with our schedule. Awesome job!

Scheduled an appointment and was given a window from 8-12; My 83 YO dad sat for four hours and serviceman NEVER showed. I would like to say they were prompt and timely but at this point I am very disappointed.Acct # 12968511My account number for ......... RoadThere was a lot of promise when I originally bought a $6300 package, Dewey was very responsive initially but now has gone AWOL, We have had termite inspectors scheduled only to find out that termite inspection was done only three months ago and that they were mis-scheduled, The access door for under the house has not been remedied as promised, we basically want communication and a plan of action that is more cohesive and concrete than what we have seen Thus far. I did leave you a voicemail on this number after I tried to get in touch with Dewey multiple times. My father and sister are on premises at all times, Thank you for your attention to this matter.This is one example of the text messages sent to this organization, all I can see is disorganization, non communication, confusion.....goes on and on, I would love to speak with someone in management who cares

I loved how quickly someone got back to me about my online request. They worked with my schedule and it was very easy. The only thing I had an issue with was when I setup my appointment, I wasnt informed to the extent that I needed to prepare for the technician. Nor was I told that I had to be out of my house for a number of hours. Everything was worked out, but a little heads up about things like that would be very appreciated for anyone else in the future. Especially if they are told at the time they setup their appointment. Otherwise I am VERY satisfied with everything I paid for and my service from the technician.

I had scheduled an inspection with Mike Kearley and wanted to pass my thanks for a great experience! Mike was very professional but also personable. His demeanor kept me engaged concerning my home but he was never pushy about products/services. Based on his knowledge and recommendation, I chose to accept a new level of coverage. Mike is a rare asset to have in the industry these days and I hope Terminix recognizes his value. He is truly a Superior Performer!!I would also like to thank Terminix for my next visit by Corey Kent who installed the new preventative. Corey, although young, impressed me with his expertise and he was very helpful in answering my questions. The worse experience ever. I was charged for services I didn’t receive and it has taken almost a month and I still haven’t received my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this terminix to no one. I’m constantly getting the run around about my money and it’s three weeks later. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This company deserves to lose market share. I have a rental house with a termite contract. Terminix sent me an email telling me when they would treat the house. I called to inform them the time and date would have to be coordinated with my tenant. (The automated scheduling assistant was less than helpful, so I got a live operator who was even less helpful!)They informed me that the tenant would have to call them for the appointment. When I said it did not make sense that terminix can contact ME to tell ME when they were coming, but they could not contact the resident to find out when they could come.... They hung up on me. Pretty poor customer service.It is unfortunate that you can not speak to the local folks that live and work in our community. I am sure this could have been a much more pleasant exchange if that had happened. As it stands, I can not recommend them, there is much better customer service available in our area.

Im not sure how they have good ratings!Im pretty sure their treatment is made of sugar water. What was only a few bugs turned into more and more only after treatments. Every time we would have them return they would keep recharging us! Dont waste your money, use a different company that actually handles the problem!Not to mention customer service is awful!!

They were quick to get our information for payment, but when it came down to financing it has been a nightmare. We have been waiting three weeks to hear back from someone. Every three-four days we’ve called the 800 number and continue to not receive any answers.

If I could give them no stars I would. I had a termite inspection done over a week ago, the report of which I was supposed to receive last Friday(per Terminix Bainbridge Branch)...after numerous phone calls by my banking institution and myself, I was unable to reach the branch manager and NEVER received any follow up calls or responses back after having Terminix Customer Services email the branch multiple times requesting a response back. The branch essentially held my report hostage until after making several different calls today to the CS department, a manager from that department was able to forward me my report. Not only will I NEVER utilize Terminix, but I will use the power of referral(in this particular case) to dissuade use of Terminix and more specifically, Terminix located at 334 Collier Street Bainbridge Georgia...and for the record, the delay was not the most pertinent issue...the obvious total refusal to follow up/respond back was and is entirely egregious and unacceptable

He arrived on time, he was very friendly and extremely patient and knowledgable answering all of our questions with a smile. I called and scheduled an appointment on Thursday 9/6/18 for services to be provided today 9/8/18 between 1 and 5 PM. We have fleas in our house that have taken over. We have been staying at a hotel for the last 3 nights to avoid being bitten repeatedly. We recieved the before appt checklist that asked us to make sure everything was off of the floor and all floors to be mopped and swept. It also asked for grass to be mowed. Today we checked out of our hotel and came home to make sure all of the necessary steps had been taken. It is now 6:40 and no one has shown up. We have been waiting at the house since before our 1-5 time slot with no phone call, no update, and no exterminator has shown up. We called customer service around 5:20 and spoke with a woman who tried but was unable to reach the technician who was supposed to come to our house. We asked to be called back with an update to let us know what was going on and if someone would be showing up today. We were told after the spray we would have to be out of the house for at least 4 hours and now we would be looking at having to stay out until after 9pm. The woman advised us that sometimes the techs get behind on appointments but that at whatever time their day ends if they have not made it to all appointments they will just go home anyways. And again we have received no phone call or notice of this as we are sitting here being bit. At 6:30 we called again and spoke to a gentleman who apologized but said that he could not help. He told us that he would have to contact our local branch which is now closed and will not reopen until Monday and that we also can not schedule a same day appointment which is putting us back until Tuesday. We are scheduled to leave town Wednesday which we were told has been noted in our account but we cannot wait until Tuesday for someone to make it to our home to take care of this. We are extremely disappointed with Terminix and their service, or lack thereof. We will most likely be cancelling and looking elsewhere unless someone can help make this right. Even if appointments were overbooked, which is really a bogus excuse, we should have at the very least received a phone call letting us know what was going on. If no one was going to come we would have left our flea infested home ours ago.
