Literally never going back they rushed on my nails and the man did something completely different from what i asked. and my nails weren’t even straight.

It was dirty and I hope I dont get a nail fungus but the work was nice and also didnt like the fact the i had to get nail polish instead of regular polish like i wanted. Dont know if I would go back

They are literally rude, and very unprofessional! my nails were not right and they had a very horrible attitude about it their salon is very dirty also !

They wouldn’t fix my sister nails.They told her to leave because they didn’t want to fix it.The manager said that she didn’t see a problem with the nails but they weren’t straight.If I’m paying you for a service fix it.We ain’t never going back there.

I went in to get my nails done and started looking around....its filthy! They need to clean...dust and dirt in the corners and behind the stations. If they dont take the time to clean their salon then how can I expect clean utensils? I immediately left.

The place is filthy , I seen at least 3 big spiders all in webs . rugs were dirty & nail tips and polish all over the floors . The employees had very nasty attitudes towards customers . my nails have tiny bubbles on them . I DO NOT recommend . I’m NEVER going back . once again , I don’t recommend .

Me and my daughter are from out of town but will be moving here soon so we though we would find a new nail place. Well this place is not it at all. My nails have acrylic all over my fingers n nail polish n he didn’t paint my nails right at all n the same with my daughter. We came home n had to repaint them ourselves. .

I went in today for full set I chose a color similar to what to what I saw on Pinterest once I noticed the color wasnt the same or near it once the polish was on I asked for a color change the guy ignored me and insisted I put my hand under the dryer instead of explaining to me it would look better once the matte coat was on he walked out and never returned to do my design no stars for me very unprofessional. and poor customer service my nail are hideous. I never got an apology just a sad excuse for why he acted that way from another employee..I will not be returning!!!

This is the place I normally go to for nails and its always been great service and the nails look good. I recently went back to get my nails done again, and it was the worst service Ive ever had. The man doing my nails answered his phone and was face timing someone while still attempting to file them down. He kept getting my skin instead of my nail because he was more interested in his phone call than doing his job. Now one of my fingers are infected and my actual finger nail is trying to fall off and it looked twice as grown out than the others, so I was forced to take my nails off. I probably wont be going back here anymore.

I absolutely love VIP NAILS in Bainbridge because Vicky always executes the exact vision I have for my finger nails although I come in combining 12 different nail looks I searched from Pinterest. She is so reasonable with her pricing, the nail precision is always on point!!! Whatever shape I ask for she does without any mistakes, I have never had a crooked nail/nails , always the exact same on BOTH HANDS! She will always be my favorite nail tech. And the next day you came and complained and I returned your 7$ for wax. And after a few week or month you still came back our shop for your nails fill in , and the last time you came back we was busy and I said well it will be a long wait. I know everything is over. So the guy who did my nails took almost 3 hours. He made 3 of my fingers bleed on the side(like the part where a hangnail usually grows) and he somehow managed to cut my thumb. My fingers were so painful the day of and especially the day after. Never going back....EVER

I was pleased with the salon. Now I have a fungus under my nails. Now I am being told that it happened because I didnt give my nails a break. She said instead of contual fill ins, I should have had them taken off for a while. I have been getting my nails done for more than 15 years and have never had to do that until now.

I actually took my client to have her nails done and I think they did a great job. Im thinking about taking my daughter to get her nails done for prom

Will not go back its very dirty inside... Look like it hasnt been cleaned in a while... They got old nasty chairs on the outside of store...I spent 85 dollars on my nails and feet....Two days later my nail broke they told me to come back and they would fix it.... I did it was 10 people waiting and she wanted me to wait for one repair that was they fault..... Oooo no never going back.....

I went yesterday to get my brows done and a pedicure. I told her my eye brows were burning. She insisted that it was suppose to burn a little. Although this was NOT my first time getting them done, so I know how it feels. This was extreme burning. So this morning I woke up with burns on my eyebrows.

They are the only ones who can do my nails right and they are very nice people
