They completely butchered my nails and I had to ask several times for them to fix the uneven length and lopsided shaping. They also have a “no cell phone” policy but are ok with people bringing their children in and letting them run around loose in the salon pushing chairs around. I had to ask them to remove the dip powder residue from my fingers. It wasn’t done automatically. I felt like I was inconveniencing them to fix something meanwhile it’s my nails. I also think it’s odd that they don’t have a pricing list anywhere online and that you have to call the place for pricing. The owner kept saying they have a “reputation” for dip powder but they definitely did not live up to it. It was a stressful, awful experience and I left with nubby, awful nails and will never be going there again.

The salon is very nice, you sit in a large comfy chair for both manicure and pedicure and if they are not busy can even do both at the same time which is great and saves time. I should have just gotten a gel but didn’t want to spend the money so I got a regular manicure. I was surprised to find the regular manicure was $19 which I thought was a lot but it was a nice experience. However it started chipping the next day which was disappointing. I would still give them another try but next time would do a gel.

I thought this place was good but I went in recently and was treated terribly. The receptionist looked at me like I was dirty. I left a message for the owner to see how she would address it and since she has chosen not to I will not be going back. All the other brown people I brought with me will not be going back. If you lack melanin...this is the place for you. The rest of us should give our hard earned money to someone who respects us.

I have been going here for about 3 months now and I loveeee it. Joanna is one of the best nail techs I have ever gone to so if you go definitely go to her!

I want to love this salon. The staff are friendly & speak English! They do a good job! What I dont like are the chairs, which are not comfortable. They bring a tub of water for your feet so there is no massage chair for back or feet. My husband likes to get a manicure but he dislikes the chairs as well. You dont get to sit across from them but they sit by you working across the arm of the chair. If they had great chairs, this would be my favorite salon. I get gel nails and I also dont like that they use a drill sander to loosen & take the polish off which makes my nails weak. I did talk to them about it & they drilled to rough up the surface & then soaked them which wasnt too bad.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The people are sooo very nice! They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate me whenever and whatever I need done. It’s also a really cute and very clean nail salon. This place has definitely made me a regular.

This nail salon is so clean and the staff is so professional. They were very accommodating (I recently had back surgery), they gave me extra pillows to help me be able to sit upright and comfortably. Amazing staff. 5 stars isn’t enough for this place they deserve 10 plus stars. Anyone looking for a clean and professional salon this is the salon for you. Me and my girlfriend went there yesterday. First time clients. Parking is a little ruff but we did go around 3pm so it’s pretty busy around there. Walked in got greeted right away, everyone was very friendly. Only bad thing was we had to wait almost 20 minutes even with appointments. Otherwise place is great, very relaxing and clean. Best part is they are American!! We both got our eyebrows done, they were ok. Nothing special. Girl friend got a manicure for free, came out pretty good. I got the dip powder, many colors to choose from and they said it’s healthy for my nails. Nothing usually lasts on my nails but I guess will see ! I would give them a 4 star !

I’ve been going to Simply Nails a few months after they opened. The inside is so clean and welcoming and the chairs are so comfortable. I love that there’s so many different colors to choose from even though it’s one of the hardest decisions to make. I get the dip powder when I go and I highly recommend it. I can go 3-4 weeks with my dip powder but I usually don’t because I eventually get sick of the color that i’m wearing. I’ve never really had an issue with my nails chipping however if they do chip I go in and they fix my nail or nails free of charge. The dip powder keeps my nails healthy and strong to the point where I usually file my nails myself because they grow so quickly. If you’re looking for a great nail salon that will take the time to do your nails right I highly suggest Simply Nails. They are Simply the Best!!

The staff was very nice, but you have to make appointments. No walk ins. I came at 10 and they made me come back at 12. When my nails were clipped and filed, some loose little pieces of nail or the thin top nail part that sometimes peels were not properly clipped. Just painted over. Also, my gel manicure chipped the 2nd day. It never does that when i go to other salons.

I went in as a referral to have someone elses job fixed! How awesome would it be if EVERY NAIL SALON was as esthetically conscientious as Simply Nails...Michelle was meticulous! Ive never had such an excellent experience. This place is super clean and very beautifully decorated...this would be a great place for a bridal party.Great conversation and just over all tremendous experience.

This place is amazing! Ive tried many other places before finally having the pleasure of coming here.Great if you live/work in the area, but also very worth whatever drive it is you have to make. Theyre great for those last minute appointments you wanna make during the week! Everyone here is quick and thorough, so I always throw caution to the wind and never request for a specific person each time because I know I will be taken care of regardless of who it is.Simply Wax Center is simply the best!!!

Outstanding service

I went in yesterday for a regular manicure and am very happy with the results. Valentina did my nails and she was excellent and very nice. You will not find a cleaner place to have a manicure on Long Island. In particular, at Simply Nails you will see that the tool kit in the plastic pounch being used on you is SEALED and they open it in front of you. That is how you know the tools are sterilized. Do not be fooled by other places in ther aera that have the tools in an OPEN pouch - its not sterilized!! Yes, the price is higher than manicures at other places but you dont risk infection.

Worst experience ever!! Staff was polite and friendly, but four diffrent people did my nails. I wanted to change the shape of my nails..BIG MISTAKE and first time getting dip powder. BIGGER MISTAKE!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL SIMPLY NAILS GET MY BUSINESS!!

Very clean and pleasant- they use only hard wax which is the best! Did a great job- highly recommend.

Went there 3 times and each time regretted it. Fist time was rushed and gel powder chipped that night on several fingers. Came back and the owner redid those fingers. Again those nails chipped as well as other ones. I called immediately though and let them know that 48 hours after the original appointment most nails chipped. So now within a week i had to get them redone bc that’s the soonest i could get in bc of their hours. I was really trying to give them a shot and rectify it since the girls that work there a lot are young and trained there. Since they knew the situation I expected to pay discounted if anything since it was within a week, I got charged full price. I was shocked especially bc they were opened about a year and trying to build a business still that they did that. Seeing help wanted posts stating no experience necessary was also discouraging. I ended up going to G Nails and it was a much better experience

Very comfy and relaxing seating . An added bonus is that you are not needed to change seats when going from mani to pedi. Very clean , unique and reasonably priced .

So I went Saturday with my sister and my nails have already chipped and they were kinda rude, was highly annoyed with the customer service there... & highly expensive for something that chipped two days later. Not worth my time or money.
