I have been ordering oil from Cross County for about 25 years.They have always been very reasonably priced & lower than other companies. When I place my order they always deliver by the next day. When I call to place my order I usually speak to Russ the owner he is always professional, pleasant & nice!I always recommend this company to family, neighbors, & friends.

Just like to give a big thanks to Russ for coming out to my house on such a short notice. I had explained that my heat was not functioning properly and I have an elderly family member who is not tolerant of the cold . Russ came out and diagnosed the problem which turned out be an inexpensive part and got the system running flawlessly. I am out of town a lot and it is comforting to know that an honest repairman is a phone call away . Absolutely rude, and unprofessional

I have been using CC fuel for about 8 years. I had tried Petro and another , we had moved a few times. But i always went back to CC. No other company ever gave me the same personal service . Never the emergancy service as promised. Even when i didnt have contract with CC they always came right away if i ran out or had an emergancy with burner. I wont use another company. They truly do care about their customers . Which is not something you can easily say with businesses these days. I know they cover a wide range across long island. But they always make me feel like Im the most important costumer the day i need them. Id give 10 stars if i could.
