Their salesman and installers did an excellent job in helping me with our doors and windows purchase. They were very kind and willing to understand what my needs were and did a very good recommendation on what products I should get. They did not push me to buy the most expensive product but a reasonable and good quality ones. Their installers did a great job and cleaned up the areas where they worked on. I did not need to do any cleanup afterwards. As for the windows, they came out twice to double check the measurement before placing the orders as it was a big job. I will highly recommend this company to you if you need to replace your windows or doors.

Our new door is absolutely beautiful. The frame was expertly installed. Orson was great helping us pick the best materials for the doors location. The new door changed the look of the house.

My 40-year-old, double-entry door was replaced today by Mancino Door & Window, Inc. I couldnt be happier with how my project was handled from start to finish. The Azusa showroom is exquisite - I was able to see a wide variety of possible door types and styles. The selection of hardware was impressive. Orison allowed me the time I needed to consider my options and costs, and he helped me understand what door materials would work best for my particular house. Installation was exquisite - flawless fit, masterful carpentry, thorough clean-up at the end of the task, including removal of all debris. My new door is all ready for the HOA-approved exterior paint and Behr Whisper White on the interior. I will now have Mancino replace all of my interior doors, as well as the garage access door in the courtyard. I heartily recommend this company.Mancino Door and Window, Inc. did such a spectacular job installing my new entry door in August 2020 that I had them come back in October to replace all of the interior doors, too. The existing doors were only about one year old, but the installation had been so poorly executed that I decided to take them all out and start over. The new doors are solid wood and, like the entry door, each was meticulously installed. The guest bath opening needed to be enlarged by a couple of inches and the installers took care of this perfectly. I couldnt be happier with this upgrade. Orison Trear is a delight to work with - knowledgeable, flexible, helpful. Im only sorry Im almost out of doors for Mancino to improve!

Orison was a HUGE help from the second I walked in the door. I knew exactly what I was looking for and, within minutes, he located it for me and got me a quote right away. He didnt try to give me 12 options to make things more complicated, like some salespeople do, which I sooo appreciated. I was prepared to have to wait forever since vendors and production are so backed up with everything, but he was able to give me an installation date long before my big event, which Id all but given up hope for. The installers were on-time, polite and courteous and their workmanship was superb. After having old, gross, warped doors for years, I am still amazed every time I close the new one, since it closes perfectly. One of our nine custom matching windows in our sunroom was vandalized and broken. They were less than two years old and had dividers between the panes which no other company would touch. When I called Mancino, I was stressed because I had been told by three other glass companies that they won’t do this type of window because it wouldn’t match and they didn’t want the liability. Mancino sent a guy to measure and said they would be able to fix it but it was possible that the dividers would be 1/8 inch or less off. I accepted this as being “the way it is” and was grateful they even agreed to do it. It was reasonable to me and the price was right. When the workers came over to do the glass, he was on time and told me that the pane thickness was recorded wrong; that they would be back with the right glass. The thickness was important to getting the dividers right. I appreciated the honesty. So they ultimately fixed the window. The dividers are 1/32 inch off which is... unnoticeable. And they were in and out in about an hour and a half. They were clean and professional from the sales department through the end installers. 1000% recommend them for a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks Mancino.

Amazing work! From placing the order, having our windows measured, to finally having them installed everything was easy fast and the workers are awesome guys! The installation took less than a day and they placed drops down all around the house. They also swept and vacuumed the areas they worked in. The windows look amazing and so does our sliding door. I can’t recommend them enough!

This was my second time buying from Mancino. I previously purchased five Milgard windows for my house. This time I purchased a Milgard French-style sliding door. Both times Mancino did the installation.Working with Orison in the front office was great! He was very professional, always very responsive, and was especially helpful with my wife helping her to navigate all of the various options and brands. He said he would call me when the sliding door arrived to their warehouse, and he did. The morning of the installation the crew was running about 25 minutes late; Orison called to be sure I was aware that they were on their way. Every time he said he was going to check on something and get back to me, he did. There is nothing I hate more than lousy customer service or someone who says let me get back to you on that and doesnt get back to you and you have to chase them down; Orison was none of these, and I never had to chase him down for information. Thank you for all your help and your excellent and professional customer service, Orison!!As for the installation, Fidel and his crew installed the sliding door just as they had installed the five windows last year. As always, he was very professional and did a great job, and they cleaned everything up afterward and left the house just as it was when they arrived. There was a small issue with the handle of the sliding door and Fidel did not have the proper hardware on his truck to fix it. He insisted on going back to his shop and coming right back so he could get it fixed and not leave me with any lingering issues... and he did just that! Thank you for doing a great job, Fidel!!

We had 18 windows replaced in our home by Mancino D&W. From the initial contact with Agustin Duran for an review of their products and obtaining an estimate, then placing an order, thru install Agustin keep us in communication on the fabrication of the Milgard windows. We never had to wonder what was happening. He also scheduled install dates as soon as Migard gave the confirmation of the order and build date. So when the windows arrived we did not have any delay in getting the windows installed. Day of install Agustin arrived at our house at 7:00 am as promised, introduced us to the install team. Thru the entire installation process, this team was amazing, clean, informative and not missing any details. I cannot say enough good things about Agustin and his install team and Mancino D&W in general.

Im a contractor and know how this business works. We bought $20,000 worth of windows from them for a remodel and they screwed up our holidays. Basically, we all get our products through a middleman from a factory.....Mancicn Door & Window Inc., mancini, mdw, whatever name they go by, didnt even know our last window delivery (most important as we cant stucco) wasnt made yet after it was supposed to be installed. They wont fix their own problem by expediting delivery. Here is my text to them:You need to get that window on a dedicated truck with two drivers and have it here Monday Morning. You don’t answer calls, you don’t answer messages, you demand money but don’t give me invoices showing payment (because computer is down, I forgot etc...) you tell me you get updates every Friday and will let me know if there is a problem yet the last window should have been installed and it isn’t even made and you don’t even know it. I have family coming Thanksgiving and now must rent a one bedroom (2 adults and two young kids) suite and it still sucks as they are family and we want them here. Instead they will be packing up the family back and forth for 5 days.Spend your commission in truckers and have it here Monday!! Its still a week late but we can make it if you do. Ball is in your court.Thus, they could fix their delivery problem for less than their commission but wont expedite delivery. The very hypocrisy these folks preaching service first when really its profits first.. You can buy your doors and windows, same product, better service from any random middleman vs people that go beyond incompetent to non-responsive and dishonest profit driven people....dont do it. They lie.

We recently purchased an older home in Glendora, CA that required several updates. Taking on a project like this can be very overwhelming. We contacted Mancino Door and Window to help tackle our needs. We visited the Mancino location in Azusa and had the pleasure of working with Kelly to help guide us through the process. Kelly and his crew delivered first class customer service and helped us choose new french doors, a dutch door, door knobs, hinges (to match our vintage windows), baseboards, and casing for our home.Our order arrived in just a few days, and the installation was scheduled just a short time after this. Our service installers, Jose and Peter, have several years of experience and are truly artists in this business. They removed the older door sliders and installed the new framing and french doors perfectly! All the casings, baseboards, and hardware were perfectly installed as well. Their work is precise and they take the time to make everything amazing! Also another pleasant surprise is how clean the installers were once they were done. All the area was picked up and they even removed our older sliders from our property (saved us a trip to the dump).Overall this is a first class company with great employees and first class installers. Our front door was in really bad shape so Agustin came out and gave us an estimate for a new door. A couple of days later, the deadbolt stopped working and we were no longer able to lock/unlock the front door without unscrewing the hardware. It wasnt as simple as just replacing with new hardware due to a rotting door jamb and the door only hanging by 2 hinges. Mancino was booked about 4 weeks out but after explaining our situation, Agustin found an opening for us the following week. Jose came to install our new door and did an awesome job! He arrived on time, was very friendly and polite, and cleaned up when he was finished. We would definitely recommend Mancino! Well be calling them for any future door or window projects.

Every aspect of our experience with Mancino Door & Window was excellent!Eddie gave us an informative and reasonable quote and scoped out any potential installation problems on his thorough walk-thru of our home.The windows and installation scheduling were on time and both professionalism and customer service were evident in every aspect of the work to complete this project. Everyone was very careful of our home, completely prepping with protective plastic and tarps.
