I believe his name was Mike? Not sure but seemed like the boss of the place. I strongly recommend this company he really hooked it up. Customer service /sales skills were at its highest. Real informative. I walked in there only wanting my 2 front windows tinted and walked out with those and new clean rims for my whip ,new fog lights that matched my lights and he cleaned up my lights like brand new with a life time warranty. My car needed some work. I will be going back for a few more things I want in near future. Also the price for the windows were almost unbelievable he recommended a higher quality for like $10 extra for two windows I paid $80 and thats with the ceramic tint. Cant beat that other places I called wanted at least$120 for the 2 windows. The tint came out good. 🙌He was honest and like I said informative he let me know I needed a wheel alignment which I knew but confirmation is geat. Everything got done didnt expect for me to do all that but Im glad I did. Thanks again. He was also a great people person made you feel comfortable.

Ten 2 ten installed my new head unit ,re tinted my car, they really changed the look of my car expecaly from that other poorly installed stereo I had installed from a different stereo shop. Ten 2 ten does top notch work and there fair with you on prices. What can i say i was very pleased with the work the owner took care of me with setting up my amp and sub i brought in my own amplifier and my own sub and they installed it for me for the best price around and only took them an hour to do the work...everything that i had in my car when i arrived was the same way i left it when it was done. i definitely recommend to anyone who wants quality work done in a timely manner for an affordable price. Not trust worthy, micky mouse jobs and over priced for the low quality. Dont make the same mistake I did, they didnt even want to replace the wire that melted from grounding out. Never had that problem on my previous systems only on the 1 they installed had issues. Sound wasnt even clear with they way they hooked up my 4 channel amp

Just bought 2 kicker subwoofers and a crunch 3500W sounds amazing and their so professional, nice, and fast only took an hour and a half. They hid the wires to the amp very well, would definitely recommend coming here I won’t be goin anywhere else!💯

Friendly service & the owner knows a lot about car audio but the price is horrible. He tried to sell me a Kicker Comp R 12 subwoofer for $250!!! U can get the same subs at Best Buy for $129.99. He also quoted me $200 for labor when the store across the street only charged $140.Im not writing this review to bad mouth this store, the owner, or any of their employees. Theyre real nice guys. I do this because I would like to be informed too if certain stores charge a lot more then they have to. Theres a lot of audio stores out there that jack up the price, mislead customers into thinking one product is better then the other just to get u to pay more when in end of the day it wasnt worth $500 more for something that really wasnt much different. Im not saying this store does that. This store just charges too much. Just Hope I helped someone save some money today.

I hired this shop to install an LED light bar on my truck, and to clean up the wiring on my travel trailer tongue. It was very clean, professional work. When I had a small issue with the light bar install, they had me come back in and fixed it for no cost. The price was right, and, most importantly, they stand by their work. I will be back.

I got my car alarm installed they show me a brand new alarm in a box but when I checked my car I found out they installed a different and maybe a used alarm the remotes model don’t even match , looks like they even used my car to drive around cause I took it with almost a full tank and I picked it up with less than 3 quarters of a tank , that’s the first and last time I do business with them

Went it talked to Pete, he set me up right, new head unit , speakers and amp. He was half the price of other shops. Same pioneer unit and speakers. The install is clean no ugly wires any place.Also had my Tint redone and LED head lights and license plate lights.If you need audio , Tint. Or rims. Ive been coming here for the last 10 years and Ive always had a great experience and great customer service from Mike. Hes super knowledgeable and will lead you in the right direction. Ive take an 03 Tahoe for an all new sound system and nothing ever went wrong with it. Ive take other friends and family to do their sound system as well and theyvet all been completely satisfied. So I called a place in Riverside and asked for a quote and they told me it would cost about 100$ because they would have to trim out part of my car. So I called another place in Azusa and the man who answered was completely rude and unprofessional. Said he would charge about 50 for my stereo installation. I knew after I hung up, I would not be spending any money there. I then call Ten 2 Ten Stereo and they answered my question, quoted me 40$ for stereo installation and when I got there, they were a very nice group of men. I spent maybe 25 minutes there, they were quick and they charged 40$ which was good for me. I highly recommend, 10/10. Thank you guys!

I purchased a new stereo and speakers. I purchased the kevlar material speakers, but when I went to see what they were installing they were installing some different cheaper speakers. When I questioned the installer he said he did not know anything. I also questioned the tall heavy set man and he said he was not aware. We left and came back when it was ready and requested to see what speakers were installed. He was offended and refused to show me. We were able to see that they installed the correct speakers, but these guys are slick and from what I can tell dishonest. I dont recommend them, but most of these stereo places are all pretty much the same, dishonest so just be careful..Thats funny, not only dishonest, but a liar as well. 1st off you were not the the salesman I spoke to. Secondly I went alone and 3rdly your response alone shows what type of an person you are. Your lucky I had to give you one star. So many ignorant and dishonest people doing business.You be the judge of this guy. Do not go there they are trash trying to take your money.

Iv come to these guys quite a few times over the years with every car that Ive had from new radio installs to kill switches these guys have always been very helpful and honest to their word if theres any shop in town that I would recommend it would be these guys

The sales staff does their best to help. Honestly they need to hire installers that know how to do there job correctly. Brought my car back 3 times for same issue, went to another shop and fixed the problem they caused for a few bucks. Like I said manager and sales guys are good, but do yourself a favor and hire better installers not imbocles who take 4 hours to wire my car incorrectly.

Be careful when dealing with Mike. I applied for their 3 month same as cash and ended with the biggest headache. I was not given any invoices or documentation when they installed a stereo and backup camera($825). I had used them several times and was content with their previous work so I did not really think too much of it. I have been trying to get the documentation for months to prove that I am being overcharged coonsedently the amount that I was approved which was the 3K for a sound system that was NEVER installed. My husband went to go talk to Mike and his response was bro you are an old case. He refuse to give us the invoice... why BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH INVOICE with my signature !!!!!

My touch screen stereo turned off because of a wire. They charged a pretty reasonable price. Im back today and Im here a little earlier. Lets see how well it goes for today. I believe this place has the best service than anything near by. There are some people cool people in different places but I hate when they look at you to see how much you are willing to pay. My Rca wire broke so I stopped by to get it fixed. It was good till whoever connected it didnt do it safely. Now my car shut down cause the wires behind stereo werent done correctly. Burned out my radio, Never again going here.

Took my naked AF 98 Buick Regal that I received as a gift that I fixed from its non op state and went here after a car wash and paid about $550 for a brand new 2015 Sony touch screen HD DVD compatible stereo with Bluetooth and a mic included that they had just received. Rami wasnt even sure how much they were going for he had to double check online and called me behimd the desk and gave me one of the lower prices listed and 7 high quality black limo tints. Not only that this shop is the only shop that took the extra time to actually do everything right but my back right window wouldnt go down and they were the only ones willing to tint that specific window. For my budget at the time rami was also willing to lease to own brand new kicker speakers/sub/amp, grant it my credit didnt approve due to the short time i opened my account. Not only did the car look clean, but he gave me a 60% off labor charge and I have electrical problems that Rami said to came back in a couple of days and he would look into it at no charge. Grant it I couldnt go back because of work but I know you guys keep up with your reviews and will read this one so if that offer is still good Im definitely coming back for my sound set and that electrical hook up. Definitely have already recommended this place to dozens of others and will be my go to spot. Life long loyal customer here.

I bought my stereo and had it installed at Planet Stero, a few days later it started turning off every few minutes. I called Planet and they basically told me to bad. I brought my car to Ten 2 Ten Stero and Mike found the problem in minutes. I decided to upgrade, Mike hooked it up and gave me a year warranty. Thanks Ten 2 Ten!

The manager, Mike, misled to believe that he would install power windows (retail: $500) for $100. This was in addition to installing an alarm that my friend had won in a raffle, which I paid $50 for installation. He had me prepay to secure the order, and when I picked up my car, no power windows. Instead, they gave me power locks. When I came in the next day to talk to Mike, he had the audacity to tell me that I misheard him and that he would never offer me a $500 job for $150. [Which is crazy, because he was the one who told me it would cost $500 at the dealership, but because I was installing a raffle prize, hed hook me up.] On the day I came in to talk to him about it, he told me that it would cost $500 to put in power locks, and that is probably what I heard. But I went to a dealership, and it would only cost $150 to install. When I told him that, he said oh well, um... And instead of correcting his mistake, he continued to tell me that I misunderstood him. Personally, I believe he did it to make his money back on the alarm, and because Im a girl, probably thought I wouldnt care or notice or do anything about it.I walked in excited about an alarm and power windows.I walked out feeling mislead, swindled, and robbed.Make sure you record ANY conversation at this place.

This shop seems like if they dnt know what they are doing today a went to see there work and they didnt even know how to work the radio on the customers car I would never go there anymore
