Jorge from Allen & Sons is great! He came out to fix our refrigerator within 2 hours of me calling. Unlike other services Ive used he didnt require a payment just to come and look. He quickly made the repair and came back 2x on subsequent days to check that all was fine. Overall Im really happy with the service and price. I highly recommend and will certainly use them in the future.

Making an appointment was handled professionally and courteously. A couple days later, they called to explain the very expensive repair costs, given the machines error code. From the telephone appointment to the whole repair experience with Alex I couldnt be more satisfied. He was a clear communicator, punctual and courteous. His estimate and final price was 25% less than the other company! He checked the stove, went to get the part, came back promptly, fixed the problem, and repaired a couple of issues that my renters had caused in their attempt to fix it. He worked quietly and efficiently, but did not hesitate to explain things to me when I asked. I will definitely call this company again in the future!

The technician is very nice and considerate. Before he stepped into the house, he wore plastic wraps around his shoes to prevent from getting the house dirty. Fixed my washer machine in just under 30 min and price was very fair!!

Called back within 20 minutes of my initial request. Came out to fix my dryer an hour after that. Had it cleaned, oiled and working again in less than an hour. Reasonable price. Worst company Ive dealt with 2 visits $800 and they havent fixed the problem now theyre asking for another $150 even though Im under their warranty. They came out here twice and fixed things and replaced parts that didnt need to be replaced. I guess I have to take them to small claims in order to get my money back. Dont do business with these people look them up on Yelpand read the post.

Calledallen & sons and scheduled an appt within 2 days. He called before his arrival and was on time. He had extensive knowledge about our LG Dryer and was able to diagnose the issue in 20 minutes. He was able to get the part the next biz day, and installed it that day. Price was very fair and the service was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

I drove to the address given, I ended up in front of a house. I called the number provided and was told this is where the tecnician comes to your house from. Website states open at this time. Recording says closed. What to do. I just needed to purchase parts. Very mislead and dissapointed.
