My 3050A HP printer was not grabbing the paper correctly. l used my phones MAPS app. to find a printer repair before giving in to purchasing a new printer. l found D & A Office Solution, l read some wonderful reviews about them and decided to drive down, without an appointment.Ignacio was not at the office, so l called the number listed, he answered and said he was in his way in. We waited less than 10 minutes when Ignacio arrived. We practiced social distancing, l put my printer on a rolling table and he rolled it away and performed his magic.l am a crafter, things naturally get lost.After checking my printer, Igancio found the culprit. One of my acrylic paint caps had come undone and found a new home in my paper printer, unbeknownst to me.Ignacio fished it out and told me to be careful.l am a HAPPY, HAPPY camper!!!Thank you, Ignacio for saving my printer!!!

I really like these guys, they really know their stuff. I dont know about printers, however have had over charges with other companys, D&A never over prices. If I need a repair they take care of it the same day. I just renewed our contract, customer service Is great and the technicians are very accessible and knowledgeable.

D&A has done a great job with following up with our company no matter what it is about. They return phone calls as soon as possible and if you need fast service they will do the best they can to get to your location to assist you no matter the distance. We are satisfied with there work and of course there customer service there technicians are always in a great mood, that is never any issue, that is what we enjoy the most!

I was very impressed by my experience with D&A Office Solutions. Our Ricoh Copier began displaying an error code. Ignacio came by our office the following day. He was timely and very helpful. His pricing was very fair, and not only did he fix our machine (a part failed), but he took time to clean up our machine, and gave us some programming instructions for our copier that we were not aware of. I highly recommend this company as being trustworthy and reliable.

Ignacio and staff are FANTASTIC!! Yemel is GREAT! Have worked with them over 10 years... have bought 2 copiers from them so far.... Absolutely nothing bad to say about anything! They always accommodate last minute service requests and get here as soon as they can... very trustworthy... Never worried about getting overcharged for unnecessary repairs or parts! Will get my next copier upgrade from them and make sure to only use them for service!

Ignacio was my point of contact when I bought my first full size copier in 2014. Machine is still running strong no issues. Just purchased another copier for my home office. I am very happy with his service honesty and integrity.

I really appreciate Ignacios professional, attentive, knowledgeable and efficient service. His respectful honesty and transparency is a breath of fresh air. His fees are very reasonable and I trust he will follow-up with whatever issue my copier may have even if it is a used one. I also appreciate the gentleman he sent to my house to install the copier and to make sure it was connected to the computer.
