Customer Service was OK. They waxed my car and it looks better but Im not thrilled with it. Im very easy to please but they left streaks. 🙄

Ive been going to this place for the past couple of years. They are not the fastest but they absolutely 💯 do a great job. The place was nice and clean ... The work that was done was very good... But the guy who cleaned and detailed the inside complained that my rims were filthy and what ever job he did to them was worth $30.As I was leaving I saw him toss the tip I had given him before I left.... He didnt even respond to me saying thank you or have a nice day....

Never go to this place unless you want things broken on your car. We had our car washed and vacuumed at this place and they broke a mechanism in our trunk that helps keep it open. They denied breaking it and and after talking to mangerJOSH SAUVA we were assured that he would review the surveillance video and let us see it. He never did get back to us. I sent him pictures as he requested of the damage and he simply gave us the run around and assumed that we would forget the whole thing. We did not. Josh you are a bad example for all your staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would avoid like a bad disease.

Dont go here this place will break things on your car and act like no big deal. My husband went there and when he got his car back the antenna on top of his car was broken and all they offered was to glue it. Weve been calling and all theyve been doing is giving us the run around and not taking responsibility for what they do. Now my husband had to pay 500$ out of his pocket to have it fixed. U take tour car in, in good condition and come out with broken pieces. Not professional or responsible. They get 0 stars and bad quality service.

The best car wash in Azusa!

Honestly I would say 4.5 stars Ive been here a few times I always get great service, the only drawback is the waiting area seating is a little uncomfortable and can be a little dirty at times. BUT your vehicle will always come out looking great.

The car wash has recently changed into new management. So new thing are being added and updated constantly. The staff are all nice and easy to talk to. For the wash itself it’s a great service. The workers take their time to make sure the car comes out looking nice. Any problems or issues they take care of it. This is really an amazing hand car wash.

Very poor car washing. Spent a good amount with the diamond package but the guy finished it like he was doing a basic package. Mind you that my car is brand new and is needing its first car wash. They found some wax residue on my trims that was never there before i brought the car in. But they refused to take it off and insisted that they have done a great job on my car. I will not recommend this place. 1 star is all it deserves.

Came in, no one was at the ticket area, finally got a person, but started vacuuming driver side of my car, I watched and noticed that they skipped the passenger side. I pointed out that they didnt vacuum the other side, the guy just said he already did and drove my car up. The wash was okay, they didnt really clean the bumpers and the lower parts of the car.

When I walked out, there were grease smudges I could take off with my fingers. I just got back from Texas and after the most inexpensive wash they have, I still had bugs on my front end and the interior was barely vacuumed. So, I spent part of my Saturday washing my car after paying for a $30 car wash

Absolutely horrible. Interior was not cleaned as asked, trash left behind, and worker unwilling to fix it. Wait benches are a joke and if you dont balance your behind perfectly on them they creak, lean amd almost break. Bathrooms are dirty, but staff was willing to clean upon request. Very little friendly service, no greeting or even a hi, just asking for payment.

Wish we had you in Durango, CO. Took there time cleaning our Pathfinder as if we were their only customer. We only got a basic exterior and vacuum. We will have to plan a detail job when we come out to visit again! A true gem of a place!!!

I was handed a $100 bill immediately after paying for my wash. I had left it in under my backseat passenger floor mat. He walked right up to me and handed it to me and didn’t say a word. We both knew that THAT gesture was worth more than any printed currency.

Went on a Wednesday to try their special wash for 12.99$ ...they discourage me to get that because there it no wax protectant ...so I got the 18.99$ ..that is their cheapest ..but it came out shiny ...Its okay ...

My husband took his large truck for diamond wash and interior cleaning. Cost $32.99. Clerk had him place his debit card in reader then decided it wasnt working. So she took his debit card and swiped it behind the counter. Needless to say we got billed twice. This was on 21st. Now lets see if they dont hassle me today about my refund! Beware of double swipes, Here, There, Everywhere!!

Prices are reasonable and the service is not long at all. They do a pretty good job inside and out.

Their Wednesday promotion was not what they said. They took an hour to let the car thru wash and leave it unattended another hour to be dried. No vacuum was done and they didnt touch inside at all. They said promo price is only wash outside which they didnt mention at the beginning.

I was going to this car wash for a couple of years already but lately service has gone down its rediculous. I cant believe my car was at the car wash for 3 hours I went twice to go check up on my car if it was ready and was still sitting in the same spot with out been touched. Never again returning to this place.

Been going here for over 15 years and have always had a good experience. Today after paying for the diamond wash at $24, this has the been worst. Visible dirt and dust on the inside of the doors, panels, and dashboard that could have easily been wiped off. A poor job at vacuuming. And to top it off the wrong air freshener! Wish I could’ve rolled down my windows because the smell was so bad. I requested pina colada which I always do, and was given either a horrible baby powder scent or what smelled like cheap cologne! Spent a good 20 mins wiping down the car myself after getting home until I decided to take a few pictures and post a review. Called them back to tell them, I hope the lady I spoke with advised the supervisor like she said she would. Too bad I’m not able to post the pictures on here.

We were here for over 2 hours! ever car after about 10 cars finished before us. told the guy (in spanish) cleaning it that the front was still dirty. he looked at me and said nothing. will not ne coming back to this place!!!

They do an average cleaning, some spots always missed . Ive also had my headlights worked to remove oxidation twice. Never again will I let them do it. After having my car washed , then they worked on my cars headlights and made a mess with the solution. Very unprofessional work. Lastly, watch the guys that dry your car. Ive caught a couple of them using the BLUE spray bottle which contains window/glass cleaning solution. They used it on the body to wipe spots. That is a HUGE NO NO! Window glass cleaner ruins the clear coating on your car that keeps it shinning, and in time turns the bright color very dull ruining the paint.

They got really cheap prices and the people whos theres is always very nice Is a really good spot for your car HIGHLY Recommended

Best authentic real hand car wash in town.

I asked for regular $15.99 wash and he said that it did NOT include vacuuming! I have an Altima. He said pay for $18.99 wash, it includes vacuuming. I looked at the signs, NOT one sign mentioned vacuuming at all, and the $18.99 included tire dressing and air freshener, itdidnt say it included vacuuming. And $15.99 sign didnt say it excluded vacuuming. Ive NEVER been told that a full service wash didnt include vacuuming, and I always do the lowest-cost wash as I detail my car myself. I dont do business with shady people, I left. Ridiculous.

I recently came here to get a car wash, when i arrived i specifically told the guy i wanted the $20 deal and he kept trying to convince me to do the more expensive deal. I repeatedly told him that i wanted to stay with my deal, then he gave me attitude. After my car was cleaned i found dust and places that they missed and my mirrors were still dirty. Not recommended.

Over priced, the guys washing the cars do a lousy job, they miss so many spot when they wash your car. They dont even apply any pressure to the washing mit, they just spin the mit like Thors hammer. Then my car comes out with the back half still covered in soap, I was waiting for the attendant to show up to tell him about the soap. He finally comes up and I tell him, I thought hed get a water hose to rinse off the soap, but nope.... He has a cup from Subway and proceeds to throw cup after cup of water on my car. Great!!! $23 for a Subway cup car wash.

If your Tesla puts itself into park this carwash will try to drag it thru and destroy your rims.FYI.

I was a customer here 23 years until today never had a issue here until today i have 15 cars that i take here on regular basis brought truck in to get a 35 dollar hand car wash that look like a five year old kid could of done better the inside was not cleaned properly..so i called and i was told to come up the next day and i could get a re wash so i took the truck in the so called manager that have no customer service skills at all told me about how the truck was ok and i told him to his standard not mines and if i pay for service im going to get what i pay for after that exchange azusa car wash will no longer have my business
