Brilliant customer service, really impressed - responsive, professional and ready to support.

I cancel my insurance with this company and then the neighbor council they keep sending me deals to charge me monthly in the end they just told me oh you got to send some paperwork signed it sign in by hand tolto cancein one open the policy with them I dont have to sign nothing by hand and then they send me to collection plus if you need Allstate the help you with some claim they told you f*** you you got to do it by yourself

This agency is more of like a one way bank you give and give and give and when you need it there premium goes up ten—fold. The service is horrible so don’t bother wasting your money with this agency. Nor, should Evelyn Puerto continue profiting off loyal members. SHAME
