I called for an appointment after back and forth calls where the woman that answered the phone could not understand I needed a morning appointment she made one for the afternoon then never called me back, i called AGAIN a gentleman answered I explained the situating he was supposed to call me back with an appointment and NEVER DID. I then left a negative review on yelp a Darryl contacted me with a case number a said someone would contact ME WELL GUESS WHAT ?.No call nothing! Im done with this company and thats after 40 plus years of using them and my entire family using them, IM DONE WITH STANLEY STEEMER! IM NOT BEGGING SOMEONE TO PERFORM WORK FOR ME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nice people and the work was done well but over priced. My neighbor gave me a recommendation of a non franchise small business that does the same work for there home at a fraction of the cost.

They never showed up. They never called to say they werent coming. Wasted my whole afternoon. Oops! Retraction! SO I called SS to complain this morning. Found out there was another company who booked me assuming I thought they were SS. BUT, they didnt show up either. But, Im happy to say I booked with the real SS for tomorrow. So my apologies to the real SS. Watch out for fakes.

They were speedy and efficient.Unfortunately, completely useless.Paid $160 to have ONE, 12’x12’ room cleaned to remove pet odor.They only used Tea Tree oil to combat pet odor, nothing more effective.Less than an hour after they’d left, the tea tree aroma was gone, and the urine it had almost masked was back in force!!!No more effective than a grocery store rental, for 3x the price!!! 😡😡😡Follow-up:No Yelp review response as claimed.Also, they’ve got my FULL NAME!! They can’t locate my record in their system???

I recently moved to Santa Monica and needed a good service, and these guys were on it!! Super polite, very diligent, on time, everything I could ask for. Their names are in my phone and I will request them again in the next few months, after the animals have done what animals do!

Totally sold me a bill of goods. I paid over $2,000 to get my floors polished and a couple of area rugs cleaned. The rugs were fine but the floors don’t look any better than before they got there. I asked for par of my money back but they refused. Spoke to mangers, sailed people...nothing. Be careful.

Called to get my bathrooms and a sofa cleaned, because company was coming. I had a coupon which saved me money, so already I am happy. Great prices for the small services I needed.The techs- ANDREW LARISON and CHRISTOPHER BAKER came perfectly within the time frame they gave me. They even called that morning and asked if I wanted them to come early, but I was out in the morning. When they came, they were super- respectful of the fact that I had small pets and was nervous that they might escape. ( they didnt!). Andrew and Christopher took the time to explain everything to me, they were professional, quick, funny and they did a great job. I have had that other company come (starts with a C) but they were no where near as good as Stanley Steemer. This is my go-to company for messy cleaning jobs I do not want to do myself! I was very happy and you will be, too!

Hired them to come and clean my mothers carpets. Showed up on time for the job, immediately reviewed the job and recommended what was required for what we wanted done. Their service man Anthony Vick, was very professional and courteous. He worked fast and diligently making it easier on my mom. Explained what he was going to do before he started. After reading up on reviews and making some comparisons, I opted for Stanley Steemer (my invoice #827359). I live in the Pasadena area and the reviews were good, so it made sense to try them. Had two bedrooms, living room, dining area, hallway cleaned this past weekend. My carpeting is old and hadnt been cleaned in a long time. That being said, Im more than happy with how it looks now that Marc R. and Shaun M. cleaned it. Marc (crew chief) was very knowledgeable and both he and Shaun were very pleasant. They did have some problems with their equipment, which wasnt their fault, but they stuck it out and finished the job, and a great job they did!! Im more than happy with how my carpet now looks. Any questions I had were answered, and no one pressured me to spend more money or pay for additional services. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again and I will also recommend them to my friends

Fantastic job! Ive obtained their services twice and still so amazed at the stains they remove from our carpets. They pick up everything from coffee stains, makeup, and regular foot traffic. Customer service was great. I had to reschedule my appointment and was easily able to do so. I will continue to use their service!

Very professional employees. Made an appointment and stated they may need a portable unit if their equipment didn’t reach our apartment. I had moved most of my furniture in the outside hallway/patios for the cleaning. The gentlemen show up to assess the situation and said they could not use their truck and would have to use the portable ( which they did not have) and would have to schedule another day. When I made the apt, I was told either would be done that day. Made another apt ( reworked my schedule to be off) moved all the furniture, etc back into our apt. On the second apt the gentlemen said they could use the truck and that the hose would reach our apt! Very happy but very upset it wasn’t stated in the first apt. I was quoted several different prices that changed for the same work to be done! Not very confident in this sinerio. My carpets are clean and that is what I needed, as to if I would use/recommend Stanley Steamer, probably. Thank you.

Great old school service....rug was picked up and delivered as scheduled.....the rug however, could have been cleaned better..it was returned with some stains remaining. Overall, service was very good.

I had requested that two large area rugs be cleaned at their facility. Pick up was easy. Drop off was scheduled a few days later. Two gents returned and laid out the rugs, however they didnt look clean. They werent damp and frankly did not smell clean. In fact they werent even touched. The two gents claimed that even after cleaned, sometimes some stains cant be removed. Undeterred, we ran a vacuum over one quarter of the larger of the two rugs. The Dyson canister was full. That confirmed for us that neither of the two rugs were even cleaned. We called to register our complaint and scheduled for a pick up. No apology was offered, no recompense, no discount. Not even an excuse. For a company that claims this to be their primary job function, they failed miserably. We wont use them again. a very costly fleecing.

I was having Stanley Steamer pick up my large area rug. They arrived on time. Very friendly. They also returned it on promised day. Crew was very helpful placing my rug where I wanted it.This is second time I have used this company, so yes I’m very pleased.

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to schedule on a day and at the time that was convenient for me.The servicemen were on time and efficient. They explained their service, problems with my carpet and suggested I have the area rugs cleaned at their factory. Switched from Coit about two years ago. Found Stanley Steemer to be more responsive with status and pretty much met their quoted times for pickup/delivery. We recently had our couch and den chair cleaned at home and the team was quiet, courteous and did a great job. We also had them take two of our area rugs back to their shop for deep cleaning and again, great service. Certainly would recommend them or give them a shot. We used the Azusa group, Good Luck.

Valentin did an amazing job! He went well above and beyond what I expected! He made my carpet and tile look brand new! My carpet looks super clean and tiles shimmer bright. I had forgotten how they looked before Valentin cam and did his magic! I will recommend.

We never had our carpets cleaned since we replaced the carpeting, it was quite dirty and stained.Jarred, from Stanley Steamers, showed up, he explained what he was going to do and gave us some suggestions, which we thought was vvery helpful.Jarred was very professional and friendly, after cleaning one area he showed us the difference, what a difference!!! Call to get price on carpets and the receptionist seem very agitated, I asked her if she did not want my business and kept insisting that I am giving her the wrong information, I was very nice to her because I know you do not get anywhere being upset so I again asked her what I needed but she just could not get it right and would get upset with me; so I told her let me say this again and again repeated myself till she finally got it right, she was just was not listening to me. But I was nice because, after all, they are cleaning my carpets and I do not want them to do anything to my carpets that would destroy them in any way. This lady really needs to listen to her customers and not jump to conclusions, I also work for the public as an accountant and I listen to my customers and I do not tell them that they said this or that as this lady said told me. I kept my cool and told her if she rather I call back or is she not wanting the business. I have heard bad things about this place but I have never had problems but today I am sorry to say this lady really is hurting the business if she continues to treat her customers this way, only because I was the bigger person to not let her get to me and I am allowing them to keep by business this time but I will be looking for another place near by.

I was overwhelmed at how good my carpets looked after the job was completed (they looked almost like new again). I told your worker that the last time I had my carpets cleaned was by a company who advertised a cheap price through mail advertising, and they did a very lousy job and complained about spots the whole time he was here and he was irritated when I asked him to clean some spots he missed after he was done and he charged me extra for removing them. I also told your worker when he gave me the bill that your price was worth every dollar for what he had done and how good it looked. I will call no one but Stanley Steemer from now on! This is the second time I had Stanley Streamer service. The first time, they were amazing, my tiles look like new. He was very professional and pleasant. The second time, it was a different story. It was a different person, unprofessional and confused. My tiles look like I had my housekeeper. I had many issues with the payment process, the cleaning and service was very disappointed.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!Would never use this company again! I will also be reporting them to the BBB and anyone else that will listen. They came to my home to do a cleaning, simple enough right? Wrong. After the technicians cleaned the two rooms requested they dumped there cleaning solution in the middle of my front yard! This would not have been such a big deal if the sod had not been turned a day prior. Now the soil is wet, un level, and it looks like a mini grand canyon going through my front yard! Mud is now crossing the sidewalk from my yard to curb. Seriously! Whos responsible? So far calling the company has yielded no results. I will file a damage claim and see where it goes. Dont waste your time. Very unprofessional.

My first experience with Stanley Steemer was horrible. A week before thanksgiving they picked up 3 area rug for cleaning. They lost one of the 3 rugs and returned 2. One of the 2 rugs returned was not even cleaned. After many phone calls and a week later they found the lost rug and they had to come the following week to clean the unclean rug. Tide up my schedule at busy holiday week. Not good

Prompt, on-time service. The rug was too far gone to really look great afterwards but at least it was clean. Treated high-traffic areas first.

While the service itself was satisfactory, the online advertising that therewas a special discount deal which would have totalled less than $250,it was only after the appt was booked since I had guests staying with usfor 5 days that I received a notice that there was a minimum of $300 since it was a mobil unit. I went ahead with the schedule, but felt that thebusiness model was a bait and switch... the $50 difference was not anissue, but the lack of full disclosure was offensive to me as a consumer.
