The aluminum hydraulic cooler on our our motor home began to leak in Durango Co at 9:30 am. We called ahead to Big O in Aztec and within 45 minutes of our arrival, they had the cooler removed and proceeded to take me and the cooler to and from a local radiator shop to have it repaired. The manager refused to take a penny more than the reasonable price he quoted me on the phone. Big O in Aztec had me on the road by 5:00 pm that same day. I cant praise the management and staff there enough there for their courteous and professional help.

Tire blew going to Alb. Took my car to Big O and decided that I wanted all my ties replaced. They took care of me and had my tires done quickly, even though they were busy. Would highly recommend to others.

Great Service. I called and spoke with the Everett ( manager) needing some trailer tires, they had them in stock and set me up with them at a really great price. I showed up, and they had me set up and out the door in a swift manner. The Gentleman running the desk (wish I remembered his name) , was very good with the customers, kept everyone updated on their vehicles and had an overall great demeanor. I had an unpleasant experience here a couple years ago, and didnt return until today, when thought Id give them another try, and I am sure glad I did! Ill be looking to this store for my needs in the future.

I went in with an small issue. Tim O. looked at the truck right away even though they were really busy. He explained what it was, fixed it and answered all my questions. He was very professional, helpful and allowed me to learn how to handle it myself. Because of the way I was treated I will definitely return to Big O in Aztec and I would recommend their store.

Go to spot for swapping wheels/tires. Standard tire shop pricing and theyve never scratched my wheels so Im a happy camper.

I got my snow tires put on and once they got to me it was a half hour. I told them it would have been better if they had told me at the beginning of the 2 hour wait how long it would be the customer may not be grumpy! GOOD coffee though!

A word of caution to the management and employees of Big O, when a customer asks for a quote, include all the costs. A $628 job should not be quoted at $540. Maybe thats the policy, perform the work and then give the real price. The customer has no choice but to accept then. For $628, I would have gone elsewhere.

I live in Farmington and I usually go to the one thats located on San Juan Blvd. I called that location around 12pm and asked when would be the best time to go in and get an alignment done. The guy on the phone told me that I should come by around 3pm. I got there in time and he tells me that I wont be able to get my alignment because his mechanic is backed up and the earliest I could come in would be tomorrow morning. I work all day long tomorrow so that was impossible and the rest of the week, Id be out of state. I decided to leave and called this location in Aztec to see if I could get my alignment done there today. I spoke with Tim who is the manager and he told me to come on by. I was in and out of there within a reasonable time. I was impressed. I got a 1 year alignment package and he even let me use my $20 off an alignment coupon... Thank you Tim and the crew in Aztec.

Very courteous and prompt service when my low tire pressure light popped up on beginning of long trip back to Texas. They checked all four tires, plus spare tire at NO charge.

I was on tour and had a catastrophic failure of one wheel. I need the tire removed and a new set of Lug nuts and studs. I brought it in at almost 5 and needed it by noon the next day (Saturday). Not only did that have it ready on time, they just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. Send these guys all the business you can. I took my little car in because the check engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem as a minor emissions problem. A new gas cap seemed to have fixed the problem since, as they saw, mine wasnt sealing properly.Two days later the check engine light was back on. I brought the car back asking what else could be the matter. After getting the same results from the small computer used to diagnose it, the service workers thought the gas cap needed additional tightening.Later, after making a round trip to Albuquerque, the light was on again. I returned a third time. This time they did a smoke test. It turned out to be a small hole near the gas cap where the emissions was escaping causing the reading on the computer. They immediately fixed it. Finally my check engine light is not turning on, and the car is running better. Tim and his crew were patient and efficient. Thank you, Aztec Big O Tires.

We were pulling a 5th wheel 14 hours to Durango. Had one blowout on the RV about 3 miles from Aztec. Called Big O and talked to Tim, he said he had a tire and would work us in. He did and gave us a great price. 15 miles leaving Aztec we blew another tire. We made it back and Tim worked us in AGAIN and we replaced all the tires (really close to closing time). These guys rock and I highly recommend them, thanks again Tim!! My family and I really appreciate they consideration you gave us.
