The dentist, assistants and office staff were super friendly. The office is clean and neat. If it weren’t for having a tooth extracted it would have been an awesome experience. Lol!!! Great place.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! All they care is money and not the patients!! Rush rush all the time, I felt like I was an obstacle for them. One year ago I had an appointment for cleaning. They told me that I needed 6 fillings done ASAP. I was shocked because my last visit was 6 months ago and everything was perfect. I agreed for the treatment, paid $1200 and that’s when everything started. Every teeth that they filled, started hurting so bad with every bite, was sensitive to cold and hot. When I called them, they told me to wait because it usually stops after a month. After three months I made another appointment to adjust those feelings. It helped a little but I still couldn’t drink or eat as usual before the treatment. I was worried when another 3 months passed and they said that there’s nothing they can do. Here I am, a year later. All my fillings started to feel loose and I literally just lost one of them. I couldn’t eat or drink. Called them so that my doctor can check on that. Turned out she’s not working there anymore, and that they can make my appointment in 3 weeks after I told them that I’m in pain every day. There was no other option but going to another dentist. Turned out that all my fillings need to be replaced and fixed. They were done so poorly and loose and that’s why i was in pain for over a year. I had to pay $300 for each one of them again. I’m so grateful that I switched my dental provider that could actually help me on time. When I called Archstone and told them about my situation, they said that they’re not taking responsibility for that!! Don’t waste your money and time to even go there!!!

First time to use Archstone because they are fairly new to our Azle area. I am extremely pleased with my experience today, getting full X-rays plus an emergency repair on my permanent retainer. Everyone was so nice, and the orthodontist and her assistant were very careful and compassionate. I will definitely use Archstone in the future and recommend them to friends!

They are SO over priced here!!! They told me it would be $1,000 for an extraction. 1 tooth. They claimed that it would be so complicated that they would need their surgeon to pull it.I went to Lake Country Dental instead and they only charged me 350 and they had no idea why anyone would charge that much or say that it was such a complicated pull. I highly recommend using Lake Country Dental if youre looking for a dentist. They were so amazing and literally a fraction of the price.

Very rude and unpleasant workers. They got very snippy with me when I realized they made a mistake in my file. When I brought it to their attention they denied it and blamed it on a technical issue.

Who ever heard of making a new patient appointment for an exam/cleaning and then being told after the exam that the cleaning wouldn’t be done? INSTEAD, the office wanted to re-schedule for an extremely expensive “deep cleaning”(removal of heavy build-up under the gum line). I’ve had dentist exam/cleaning visits TWICE a year since early childhood and I’m in my 60s now. I also had a “deep cleaning” just months ago so most certainly didn’t require another for quite awhile. What a racket! Read the negative reviews written here…..they’re an honest portrayal of this place!Oh, and also…..when I reiterated having come for just a regular cleaning, I was told that none of the hygienists had room in their schedule that day. What?…..I had an appointment for just that purpose! That means the office NEVER intended to do the regular cleaning and had already planned on making me re-schedule for the other procedure. Tell me how they could make that assessment without ever examining my teeth before…..sheesh! Once again, what a racket!

The staff was super friendly and inviting. The facility was clean and the instruments were up-to-date. I had x-rays and a regular cleaning and would definitely go back for my 6 month.

I’ve been here a few times. They are very thorough going over previous information. I needed an emergency appointment and got in right away! They figured out a problem in 5 minutes that I’ve been trying to figure out for 2 months. They provided me with all my options and explained pricing. The team here is nice and cleanly. Only place I will go to get my teeth cleaned and looked at.

I wish I would have read the reviews first..my sons first appointment was May 7th which ended up being canceled and changed to May 28th. I thought no big deal things happen it looks bad to cancel a first appointment but again no big deal. I go in that Friday, which is a holiday weekend, everything was rushed they all were talking about long weekend plans, I felt like there wasnt time to ask questions.. I decided to go ahead and do it and even then they said they would fill out paperwork at the next appointment just pay the 200 dollar deposit. They all clearly wanted to go home! I scheduled the next appointment for June 25th and tried to call with questions for 3 weeks. Nobody knew the answers, I was told the orthodontist would be there on a certain day , I called they werent there. I tried one more time this Monday like I just need a question answered. No response! I decide Im just going to go to another office I was told I should be able to get my money back in 6 to 8 weeks then was told today they were keeping it for the price of the molds. I told them this is very bad business because I was just trying to get customer service that they couldnt do.. if they would do their job I wouldnt have had to look for another office. if it started out this bad why would I want to work with them for years? My loss here but definitely will read reviews and only go to places recommended for things like this from now on.. the sad part is all I wanted to know was if they tighten the expander there or of I would have to do it at home.. that was it simple question.

They are requiring a $10 PPE charge for each person, each visit and they dont tell you when making your appointment or when checking in. There is a sign on the counter to the side but it is very easy to miss. You dont know about it until you are checking out. They say this charge is because of covid which I find odd seeing as how they didnt have any special equipment. Just regular masks and regular gloves. Same as they always wear so I dont understand what that is charging for exactly. Overall a good experience but it could have been better. The dentist was phenomenal. Explained everything and make sure all my questions were answered. The hygienist however, was clearly training and didnt have anyone helping her. She made several mistakes and had to ask someone else to come help her which meant I had several things done twice, first the wrong way, then the right way. Lastly, I decided to add on a fluoride treatment which was $37. The same new girl did this with no supervision or instruction so it was very sloppy, uncomfortable, and did not fully target the area it was supposed to target.

If I could give a negative star I would. They like to cancel appointments when youve already been waiting in the office for 45 minutes. Then when you reschedule when youre already in the office, they cancel again 45 minutes before your next appointment. We are never going here again. Also, was told a procedure would be $40 before one appointment, then when trying to reschedule that appointment over the phone, was told the cost was going to be $200. Interesting...

Im not that type of person Who gives low reviews? Unless if it was truly Worth it. I bought. Teeth cleaning from Groupon. Had an appointment, it was Saturday. Got there. Got my teeth X rayed then the Dentist came in and said we have to Treat your teeth (deep cleaning) coast $1000! We cannot clean them.I do see my dentist Regularly twice a year. I changed jobs and decided to by from Groupon till my insurance kicks. I floss, I brush daily. Never heard in my Entire life to were you getting deferred for cleaning, instead they tell you straight to get Deep Cleaning treatment. Ive had it before where they do the cleaning. And then, they advice you for the need for second third session of deep cleaning. But to refuse Youre cleaning,,noh I call that Unethical practice, scam ways to get your money. I just want everybody to know. Before you go there, Ask If your teeth gonna be cleaned. Also, later to find out that. They didnt even have a hygienist that day. They already planned to have my teeth deep cleaning. Terrible

There was a very long wait. After I got to a room I waited probably another 45 minutes before my cleaning started. My whole appointment from took an hour and half. Also it was way messier than I’m used to. I don’t expect dental cleaning to be pleasant but it was more painful than necessary. Just overall not the best dental experience.

I wasnt too sure of the place when I stepped in as it was quite a wait, but in their defense, I was really early. When they finally took me back, every single person I interacted with was fantastic. Great attitudes, friendly demeanor and really careful during Covid. I really enjoyed my visit and will be going back regularly. ☺

I changed providers for my daughters because we moved to the azle area. It was clean, they were really sweet with my kids as well. I didn’t have to wait long. I had no issues with paper work or insurance. The only thing I would say is that i had taken my two kids one and four year old. The one year old was done and my spouse took her. I still sat in that same room waiting for my four year old to come back. (They took her for X-rays) little did I know they were already started with her dental work in the room next door. I only know because I heard them. PLEASE INFORM PARENTS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN THE ROOM BEFORE PROCEDURES.

The dental staff is so inept I will make it my lifes mission to deter all my friends, family and aquiantences from ever stepping foot in this establishment. My son grinds his teeth and they said he required root canals at 6 years old due to it! Me, not knowing any better as a first time parent, let them go ahead with the procedure. They ended up grinding off too much of his teeth and the crowns fell off. One even fell off before we even left the office. After several more visits because the glue just wouldnt stick they said he required the baby teeth they ground down too much to be pulled out. So I trust them some more. NOW because of that he has to have a permanent spacer until the adult teeth grow in. Ok makes sense. Less than 6 months later the glue/epoxy fails yet again. I called immediately and made an appointment to avoid damage to the device. They take several days to get us in and at this point the device is just mangled, hes 7 and I cant get the device out myself to avoid the damage. Which leads us to today and the HORRENDOUS treatment they gave my husband and son. Claimed we owed them money, we pay upfront every appointment in full before they render ANY treatment and have absolutely no bills from them. They try to charge us for an XRAY for some glue or removal, what will an XRAY show them? Didnt need one to install it, but they cant make that make sense. They goad my husband into losing his temper, and which parent wouldnt after so much BS? And now we arent welcome back 😂 Trust me, we wont attempt it. Im FUMING mad. When you put my baby through unnecessary pain you can rest assured you are lucky you got a mad daddy today and not me. Avoid this clown show like you would a covid patient. I am now feeling like a clown myself for trusting these completely inept fools to touch my babies mouth for procedures he likely didnt even need.

BEWARE!I went in to have some work done and after the dentist filled one of my teeth I couldnt chew on that side for weeks, went back in and she fixed it and also gave me a referral for a specialist saying she didnt see anything wrong with it and that Id have to go to the specialist to have it fixed if it continues to hurt ( which it does). I had no pain in my tooth prior to having it filled. I also had a nightmare of a deep cleaning. They bribe patients with spin toothbrushes to leave good reviews. On my first visit there was a patient complaining which raised a red flag, but I was already invested. The employees gossip about each other to the patients and are very disorganized. Seems like the dentist and the employees dont know much about what they are doing. Id leave no stars if I could.

Amazing staff I enjoying going to their office!

They dont send reminders for your appointment. They ask for your review on your appointment when you tell them to cancel it. They charge you $10 extra because of the extra cost of cleaning for covid for each child being seen. At an appointment before, they didnt tell me siblings arent allowed so that I could make arrangements ahead of time. And because I had my other 2 kids with me they wouldnt let me go back for my childs appointment. I am switching dentist, dont go with this dentist in Azle!

Awesome dental office visit! They were great about making me feel comfortable on my first visit, were super clean, explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had questions about anything multiple times.

We have always had a great experience here. Today was different. Daughter had replacement retainer today. When doing impressions, my daughter stated the practitioner used A LOT of pressure then told my daughter it was her fault they messed up and had to do it again.....with Covid, I cant go back, beside manner means a lot in a kids world as adults as well. Maybe she was just off today.....we all have off days!

Never been to a nicer dental office. From the staff down to the office itself... everyone was more than accommodating, kind, helpful, and super sweet to my kids. I won’t go anywhere else again!

Had an appointment on Saturday that was made through their website scheduling process. Drove 30 mins to the office in Azle and the office is closed. No notice on the door informing patients that the office would not be open. The staff also had the opportunity to call me to let me know they would be able to see me as scheduled. Very unprofessional! I will find another dentist.

I had an appointment to talk about getting dentures. I saw the dentist and They were supposed to call me that day or the next to work out the plan. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t heard a word from them. I decided to go with another dentist. Don’t go here if your teeth are bothering you and you need help quick.

Dr. Tievsky is truly great in manner and dentistry. We both have become patients of her and Archstone Dental and feel well cared for and at home.

Less than pleasant experience. Dont even bother if your insurance is not on their preferred list. They will not even call to verify the coverage. Staff seems too busy to help. Would not recommend!

Disappointed. Permanent retainer needed to be rebonded. Over the phone I was told they would look at what I had and give me a price to repair. At the appointment I had to pay 129.00 upfront for the rebounding. Then they wanted to take an xray. All before my retainer was even looked at. Did not seem to be a simple free consult that I was told. I received my refund and left. They were nice about that. Unorganized with what they offer.

Showed up for my appointment and the office is closed. No notice, no emails, nothing. Roads are clear and snowmageddon is over so I am not sure what the issue is.

Only reason I went here was because of insurance change. I needed a crown. I have had braces and multiple dental procedures. This isnt my first time dealing with my bad TMJ and dental procedures. I was handed an uncovered xray bite block. I had to ask for the plastic sleeve. The front staff KEPT calling me Rebecca even after correction. My name is Cassidy. The front staff cleans rooms and sets them up while running the front desk so there is always a delay and they seem flustered all the time. I was given a plan for my crown and when I questioned about muscle relaxer prior to procedure due to TMJ I was scoffed at and the dentist said for like anxiety or what?. My jaw will lock up (and it did).Procedure day; they cant get the TV working. So Im staring at the ceiling for several hours. No nitrous, mouth open has been for awhile no offered breaks (which is normal with TMJ), when I asked for a break it was denied several times. Dentist Tievksy complained if I didnt open my mouth further she couldnt finish the procedure. At this point Im in tears from pain. She then discovers she doesnt have the correct size of equipment needed to finish my half completed root canal. She is yelling at staff how is this room not set up? Call Mansfield office and get theirs. Someone better start heading that way to get it. Now the hygienist is in tears saying Im sorry I failed you to the dentisit. Mouth still open while they look for things to work. After it was completed I asked for ice packs for my jaw. The crying girl was nice enough to get it. I ask about after care. The dentist hands me a prescription for pain meds (which I told the dentist I dont like narcotics they cause rebound migraines) says as shes walking out the door shell handle it gesturing to the crying girl.I went back for the crown when it came in weeks later. To this day the permanent crown still hurts to floss around.I will NEVER go to that place again. Even though they owe me money for over payment.

Too slow and not a good cleaning

Very professional. Im nervous about dental visits, but they were gentle and made it easy. Full x-rays with the latest technology and the cleaning did not hurt. Ill go back.

My 7 year old has extreme anxiety and the whole staff was amazing with him and so patient. He even had to get a cavity filled and they kept him calm throughout the entire process.

Very friendly staff and overly accommodating. My 8 yr old hyperactive son had an overdue checkup. We wanted to change to a hometown dentist. We were running late but they took us right in. We found out he had a cavity that needed pulled and needed some sealers on his teeth. He was so scared. We opted out till next visit on pulling the tooth but, he was still so scared of what they might do. The staff was extra patient with him and so attentive. They did amazing!!! Glad we made the change !!! Thank you to the Archstone staff!!!

The office was suppose to call and reschedule my daughter’s ortho appointment after waiting a week I I had to call to get the appointment rescheduled. I was unaware that she was unable to make that time. I started calling at 8:30 Am till about 1pm to speak with anyone to change the time. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I wrote them an email. Now we are at the end of the day of her appointment and still no one has returned my call. I had to pull the rest of my kids from that office due to them not knowing how to file the insurance. I had to call and get the info for them....the staff is very unorganized and lack professionalism and knowledge of insurance procedures.

No respect for the customers time. During my families time with this office we have consistently been subjected to waits/visits in excess of 1.5 hours. We have decided to switch to a different dental provider after the two most recent experiences. The first, I arrived with my family for a 4pm appointment and was greeted in the lobby by customers still waiting to be seen for their 3pm appointments. The strategy previously was to get customers to the back where they would wait for extended periods of time, but by this time of the day that strategy had failed. I ended up rescheduling that appointment for a future data and I purposefully selected the first appointment in the morning. Ideally, the office would have things laid out in advance for the first several appointments but that was not the case. I once again waited in the lobby with my family and after 20 minutes of waiting without any communication I decided to exercise my ability to choose a different provider. I politely informed the front desk attendant that we were going to leave and planned to find a new dental provider, to which she replied ok. Please do not subject yourself to long waits when this is not normal or a requirements of customers. The below image is a representation of my experience.

I was bitten by a dog, my 2 front teeth were cracked. Archstone Dentists applied crowns to my two front teeth. Ill admit, I was skeptical and apprehensive as to the color match. Honestly, I didnt think I would be happy. But, boy was I wrong !! The Dentists matched my natural teeth PERFECTLY. I couldnt be happier 😁.... They made my smile look BETTER than before !!☆☆☆☆☆...ALSO, I would like to give a shout out to the front desk. First visit went well. Second visit, cleaning not done correctly, third visit, due to second visit, had to start deep cleaning all over again. Chart was all messed up. Teeth to be pulled where I had no teeth, teeth marked incorrectly. Fourth visit, tried to charge me, let them know it was their error and No Charge.It feels like being treated like cattle, herded in and out. No questions, don’t tell you what your next Appt is for. I asked about some other issues and no one replied or addressed the questions. I plan on finding another dentist who cares more about the patients.

I made the appointment weeks before and told the receptionist I was using a Groupon when making the appointment. There was a reminder call the day before and again the receptionist asked how I was paying. I confirmed Groupon. The day of the appointment I received a call saying that the Groupon would not be accepted because I had been there several years before and was not considered a new patient. I can appreciate that I did not read the ‘ fine print’ however I did have two in person contacts with the office staff stating I was planning on using the Groupon. I even asked Alyssa if since I was finding out the day of the appointment and right before school if the Groupon could be honored or a discount rate applied. She was suppose to check with the dentist and get back to me. I called her several hours later to follow up. Groupon would not be honored and no discount offered. Would not call this positive customer service!!

I payed for a exam,x-rays,teeth cleaning and whitening. Well they only did the exam and x-rays and then tried to tell me they cant do a teeth cleaning because I need a deep cleaning and cant do a whitening because I have 2 pin size cavities. I called 3 other places to ask them if they could do a regular cleaning when I really need a deep cleaning and they said YES. So Im VERY UNHAPPY and disappointed. I had to lose half a days pay for nothing.

Lovely customer service. Enjoyed all the staff! Super sweet! Clean waiting area! Thy really care about your teeth and how you feel (if you hate dental visits like me) gave me a great dental plan! Will be taking my kids to this office.

We love this dentist office. They create such a relaxed environment, play a movie of your choice for you during your cleaning, and are all very accommodating. We came here for a second opinion after I was told I had $2000 worth of dental problems by another dentist, and they were able to confirm I did not need all of that work and in fact my teeth were fine. Our whole family goes here and we are thankful for their expertise.

I was a little difficult when it came to have 2 sets of x-rays done. I dont like x-rays unless necessary. The staff was very kind and patient with me about the x-rays. Both my son and I had cleanings done at the same time and they were very informative with what was being done to my son. I had a very positive appointment and happy I chose this location. Friendly and helpful staff!! Thank you for a positive cleaning!!

5/8/19 update: Return visit for 6 month cleaning went much better than original visit. Less rushed and more time was spent cleaning.Went in for a general cleaning and overall was not a good experience. The staff was friendly, but everyone seemed very rushed. Was 30 minutes early for my appointment, was taken back 20 minutes after my app time. The process was unusual as I had four different people involved in my cleaning with 5-10 minute waits in between each step. And the reason I rated only 2 stars is during my hour long cleaning only about 5 minutes of actual in mouth cleaning was done. The rest was spent waiting for the next person to come in and perform their step of the process. Very strange compared to all the other cleanings Ive had done in my life. Appointment was at 2:00pm, left the office at 3:20pm for 5 minutes of actual cleaning. Disappointed.

Love this place. My kids come here for their dentist and orthodontist and it’s always such a pleasant experience. We will keep coming back for sure.
