I am currently having some hardware issues with my pc. I have had years of experience in building pcs and i have not yet figured out my problem(very frustrating lol), so i called around and found Richard. My wife had an urgent need to have her laptop repaired. It was critical to her work. I contacted Richard with Level9 PC Solutions who was able to a quickly source a battery during tough times. Once I dropped off her laptop Richard had it ready in approximately two hours. The battery had expanded and bulged up the keyboard and palm rest assembly. Richard was honest and contacted me to advise that they went back into position after the battery replacement and that no further repairs were needed. I appreciate this type of honesty when it would be easy for some companies to charge me for additional parts that were not required. My laptop was so slow it was non-functioning. It took forever too boot up, load anything or process a simple command. I had always kept virus software up to date so I didnt there was an issue with that. I needed an expert to tell me was it salvageable or was a new computer the best way to go. The experience was very favorable. My computer was fixed fast at a very fair rate.

Richard worked our custom gaming computer. The computer would randomly turn off. He diagnosed that we had a bad power supply but also checked all the hardware components to make sure that there was not any external visible damage from the power supply malfunctioning. We were able to purchase the part needed and he installed and had the computer returned to us in better shape than we originally received when purchased. Repair was completed quickly and he communicated with us every step of the way and we had the unit back in 24 hours. Computer works great now.
