I can’t get a hold of anyone. The office just gives me a website and number. Neither are working. No one answers the phones. The automated call can’t find my case number. The website won’t let me submit application. I went in person for them to tell me to just try again! I’ve been trying for over a week!

Compared to the DMV, before the beer bug, its worse. However, the staff is great and helpful. the people waiting need to leave their kids at home with a love one

Not bad. Faster than most other places. Its better to get there when they open. Nice staff but they dont always tell you everything you need. They end up asking for something else when you think you have everything. Nice security people.

Quick service usually short line however dont expect anything done after 2-3pm.

This place is horrible. Staff is very slow. Rather talk to eachother instead of working. The line is over 2 hours long. Its like everyone goes on lunch at the same time instead of some people go while some stay and rotate. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy!!! Worse location ive ever been too.

The wait is very long. I would suggest bringing other paperwork to complete while in line. Charge your phone before you come in. They are open from 6AM to 5PM but they stop seeing people anytime after 3 PM. They have advised that its based on staffing and they could start refusing people for the day at anytime. Bring a lunch and prepare for the wait. Plan to return at least once. Even if youre 1000% sure you have everything you need, prepare to be asked for more documents. Any receptionist questions are redirected to the caseworker, which will cause you to wait several hours. If you can call, then call. The expected call wait is exactly an hour and then plan to be on the phone call for at least another hour.

It Really got much better! !!! And i can say from past experience that there have it together people must do there part have all your paperwork ready,some people think that you can just walk in there and be seen your not the only one there besides they go by what service you need case by case.we all are not perfect. So but dont rob yourself because something happens in the past!!

I appreciate the woman who helped me but at the same time it is not your place to tell me how to discipline MY child my 16 month old went to grab our social security cards multiple times with me telling her no finally I started smacking her hand not hard but gently finally this lady snapped at me and said please dont do that and gave me the meanest look I think Ive ever seen it was that look you get when people think your being a bad mother I proceeded to tell her that my daughter knows better Ive already told her and the woman looks at me again with that same look and said I dont care dont do that and went back into talking about our case lets just say I held my tears long enough to make it out to the car where I proceeded to break down because this woman made me feel like the biggest piece of s**t out their for disciplining my child lets just say if I HAVE to go back Ill deal with anyone besides HER!!!!

This place is ridiculous. I went in last week on Tuesday to complete my case, waited 3+ hours. Was told my case needed to be transferred to the supervisor and was instructed to leave and promised my case would be completed that day. Its now Wednesday and still nothing is finished. When calling their office number there is no option to talk to a representative. I have 3 children without medical going on 2 months all because my local des office messed up on my case. Ive been fighting with them for these nearly 2 months now. If u have an option i would recommend going someplace else.

I couldnt believe how fast things got done it was a team effort to get us in and out. 5 different people helped us all were friendly and had a smile I didnt feel bad about needing help to get on my feet.

Each time I’ve been there is a long line but the workers were patient and very accommodating with me! The front office lady is somewhat rude and not a people person but OverAll everything was fine.

I cant believe how rude they are at the front desk. They need some customer service skills.

All people below need to learn this a government agency. On top of that you are when approved are getting hand outs. The order they have processed stuff for years is weird, but they are giving out something for nothing.

This office is much faster than the one on 47th Ave but has gotten much busier than it was the last time I was here. Keep up the good work

This place is ridiculous waiting ingest line for 2 hours just to check in. .then 3 hours to b told that your not going to be seen after all .Interveiw line dosnt even work just tells u to go to the design office. Need more employees but nobody care there

Staff decided to have a meeting 4 hours after opening, and security guard in office has been saying they will be about 15 minutes for about an hour.
