I’m not done with my rental. Let me say this. I will be renewing my lease! These guys are soooo professional and courteous. I started this rental GREAT. Great communication. Great attitude with my rep Scott. No pressure. No push. Just open easy talks about getting in.I have had the least amount of issues with this rental than any other. The house was in PHENOMENAL CONDITION. I’ve has 0 issues.Yesterday the AC went out yesterday. Let me tell you what. It was fixed at 9 this morning. Quickest service I’ve ever had. The AC tech was super nice and super cool. Great Choice of contractor by 3rd base. I could not be a happier renter and will continue to be in this home with 3rd base. I strongly recommend and advise getting a rental with them. Super special shout out to Scott!!!

3rd Base Realty will keep your deposit and charge you for things that you already noted before your move in.Theyre a total scam and also their extra fees for every little thing is ridiculous.Stay away from 3rd Base realty.

Justin is amazing! Were moving back home to AZ from NY and decided to rent for a year or two before we buy, as a lot has changed! I called Justin, he answered on the first call and let me know the home I was interested in had tenants, but would be available by the time I needed it. I felt confident enough in his advice and responsiveness, that we decided to go ahead and put an app in. He sent me a list that evening of everything I needed to send in and we were approved within 24 hours, signed the lease and sent our deposit! He took a huge weight of anxiety off of my shoulders knowing we will have a home when we get back to Arizona! I will definitely be using him when we decide to purchase. He is incredibly responsive and patient. Thanks Justin!!

The office staff is always professional and courteous whenever weve called. Rachel and Shariah are so nice and they seem to really care about the tenants. Maintenance issues were resolved promptly as well. Overall we personally didnt experience any problems.

Purchased a house with them. They had the cheapest most pathetic contractors flip the house and the sloppy work is slowly revealing itself over time. From hiding things to not even using drywall anchors to screw into drywall. What a lazy pathetic money hungry way to run your business.

Lease tenant beware! If you see a card as pictured (if it lets me upload) below from Faith Vance do not forward it to your landlord! Your world will be flipped upside down and inside out before you know it! You will not even get as much as a thank you for making her money instead it could end up costing you thousands like in my case.Faith Vance left a cute little card in our door saying she had a client interested in purchasing the home we were renting. Knowing that the owner of the property wanted to sell we forwarded on the information. Knowing that we had a lease until 8/9/202 I figured we would be fine. All of this was Pre-COVID 19. Long story short she too full advantage of us as tenants. We were forced to move out before the expiration of our lease on 6/28/2020. It ended up costing us over 5k more than we would have had to pay to relocate move our things into storage and find temporary housing. Lease Supersedes the purchase of a home and she as well as her team are well aware of that. Just beware of that card should you receive one! I pray you don’t!

I am renting a house from them and i am not just trying to talk them up cause there my landlord but they are seriously great people anytime i have question or i need a repair or anything they are on top of it right away they are amazing and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home. Great company even better staff.

Steer clear of this company, unless you like paying fees to a rental agency. Last year upon the lease renewal we had to start paying an administration fee for online payments and air filters that were not charged for the first three years of renting from them. This year they wanted to increase the administration fee to add rental insurance but their lease clearly states the fee could be adjusted by paying for a years worth of renters insurance and we did just that. However, this incompetent company couldnt explain why the fee was non-negotiable and Jeff Shelton decided they were no longer going to renew our lease. As if my family hadnt been under enough stress due to the pandemic now we were out looking for a place to move to. This company doesnt care about the renters just tries to get over on them by charging fee after fee. Luckily, we found a place but I would NEVER recommend this company.

Avoid doing any business with this company. We had a great experience getting into a rental. It’s stops there once they get you to sign a contract; good luck. We had multiple issues with our rental. They are very slow to fix any issues. They will try to make you pay for everything regardless if its their responsibility. Don’t expect to get your deposit back. They will hold onto it for as long as possible and bill anything to keep the majority of it. They only look out for them selves. I had a very poor experience with them. I’m just glad I don’t have to deal with these criminals again. 3rd Base poorly manages the properties and steals your money; landlord or renter your getting screwed. If you sign a contract with them be sure to document everything.

Great rental experience. Im from NJ and contact them about a rental in AZ. Eden was the contact person. She really kept me informed. Many additional documents were needed, but I completely understood. Eden was phenomenal. She was exceeded my expectations and made it an easy experience. The day of my move in, we met at my home and she was so thorough with my walk through. She documented everything, things that I would have overlooked. Great experience especially renting sight unseen. I couldnt be happier.Thx again Eden and 3rd Base Realty

Finding a rental home is a big headache... and then when we finally found it we had to sign the lease even before we got a tour of the house... we got the home and it was filthy, dirty floors, dirty toilets, dirty walls, dirty sealing... we had to do bug control as soon as we got the house because it was infested with cockroaches... we told them that we needed a home for at least 2 - 4 years and they assured us that even though the contract is for one year that we can renew every year...But now before our year is due we are told that now we will not renew because the owner wants to move back in... of’course after I had to professional steam the floors because they were so dirty and stinky... and then I had to deep clean the whole house... Now we have only a few months to find a new house... go thru all this ordeal one more time! I wish they will at least let the owner know that we were wanting a long term rental... and now I am reading that they try not to give you back your deposit! This is so stressful

The charge administration fees the the renters which should be charged too the owner. On departure of property the charge you for things that when you signed the lease 4 years ago that you put on a report that said the were damaged. Do not fix issues like water system in a timely manner and then charge the renter for a new tree. If you can avoid the company do so.

The initial leasing process of getting you in is smooth but they stick you in the end, finding ways to keep your deposit. If I hadnt gone away to care for a relative, I would definitely have fought & won in small claims court. So make sure you document all repairs & online service requests as I did because they kept a good portion of my deposit for dead trees in the back yard in a relatively new build whose underground watering system never worked properly, that they had serviced by two different companies. I thought I was doing right by letting them know. Hey, I never touched it so go figure. Get something in writing --i.e, checklist before you turn the keys over because they certainly have a long checklist when you move in! Jeff Shelton, youre it!

This company is a scam artist they try every way to get money out of u.. The dont fix anything thing.. My house flooded I had to pay for hotel they put theses dryers in mY house 4 of then for days 24 hours a day but didnt want to replace... Our electric bill.. Has bug problems flys and ants everywhere and of of course we have to pay for it......... The company left the MOD carpet for 2 months stinking up the house.. But wants to change every few possible

I only had one month with this company due to a move, but they were respectful and great with finding a replacement tenant when I gave notice. I believe they are professional and work their best to assist both the owner and tenant.

I would have given a zero out of 5 stars, but that wasnt a choice.I believe this business is not ethical. They dont represent either party well - only themselves. Dont do business with them. If you do, youll surely see how smarmy they are!

Pushy, rude and not good as t customer service.

I have been a tenant of this Companys for a little over 4 months, and 3rd Base Realty has been very understanding and flexible with everything that I have gone through.Today they proved that it is about the tenant, my AC unit went out late last night, and with a simple maintenance request through their tenant portal, and a few phone calls that probably woke some people up... sorry to my realtor haha... Jeff, the repair guy contacted me bright and early this morning to reassure me that the online portal is sufficient for the maintenance requests, and that they were going to coordinate the repair as soon as possible; within an hour or so, an AC repair company had made contact, they arrived shortly after that, and the repair was made. Rebecca from the front office checked on me and my family multiple times. #3rdBaseRealtyisnumber1
