Rushed and dip nails could have been done a lot better. Very chunky and bubbly and overall just not what I was looking forward to getting. Asked to get it fixed, instead one was grounded down and then she put gel polish over it instead of the dip I paid for... now I have chunky nails and one that’s a different color... would have loved to have what I paid for. These were done today... and they already look grown out and when I asked to for a manicure this is what I got. My cuticles are a mess and the clear coat on top of the dip is messy and ugly around my cuticles. Really frustrating when you work 24/7 and only have a few hours to spare to treat yourself and this is what you get.

This place is awesome. I went in for a fix and fill. The last place that did my nails screwed them up so bad. And this place made them beautiful. No complaints, will definitely recommend and will definitely be back!! Thank you so much..

I wasn’t going to write a review about this place, but since I paid $50 for poor quality I will. The salon was okay overall the staff were friendly, but their quality is not very good. They took over an hour to do my nails and I got something very basic. I asked for coffin and I got, I don’t know what. The lady kept filing and filing my nails until they became very thin and she even made my finger bleed. It hasn’t even been 12 hours and half of the gel polish of my thumb fell off. The nails are all uneven and bumpy. I’m dissatisfied and not happy about paying $50 for the quality that I received...

They call this a pedicure 41 dollars The girl doing my pedicure couldnt even understand me never again will I come back. I did complain to the manager and she tried to set me back down by that time I was already irritated just wanted to get it out of there she also gave me a 10% discount on my next visit really do you want me to pay you again for this no thanks.

First of all the guy cut me while doing my toes. And i got gel polish so it would last. Not even a week later its been like 6 days MAYBE and its already chipping. And the inside looked like they hardly clean it. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!

So I came to this place because they opened sooner then most places, which I was happy because I had a things to do after. Well The technician started taking off my old nail polish and to my surprise she didn’t take it off completely so now my toenails look like they’re dirty on the side of my nail beds not only that the nail polish is all bunched up in the corners of my nail And the tips of my toenails haven’t been capped so you can already see the nail polish it’s starting to pull back a bad experience I’d say so I don’t not recommend 🤦🏻‍♀️

First time here and it was a great experience! I called 15 minutes ahead to make sure they could accommodate a fill since it was an hour prior to closing. In my past experience, If I walk in for a fill before closing, typically I am not able to get in. I waited about 10 minutes max, which is also a plus when Im used to 20 minutes or more of a wait at some salons with an appointment. I dont remember my nail techs name, but she was so friendly and easy to talk to. She did an excellent job on my nails and I will plan to go back when I am in the area again.

They made me feel so welcome and even thought there was a wait it was well worth it the man putting my nails on always clarified and made sure I was happy with the over all nail. The woman who put the gel polish on did an amazing job and did it just how I wanted it and was very friendly. The over all place was clean and smelt fine. I enjoyed my visit and cant wait to go again. The overall cost of the gel manicure with acrylic and a $15 tip (because they did quite amazing) was $55 .

Everyone was friendly. The person who did my pedicure did an amazing job. She was gentle and my feet feel a lot better.

My experience started out just like any other walk-in Asian nail salon: behind the appt time and neither of us being able to understand what the other is saying. The pedicure was calming and soothing except the massage chairs are so noisy it was hard to fully relax.Now here is the big problem I had: while trimming my nails, she felt the need to yank on (what I can only hope she thought was) an in-grown big toe nail. She never asked if Id like her to remove it and she gave me absolutely no warning. (I would have liked the opportunity to tell her I recently tore that nail but Ive been keeping an eye on it and its not causing me any pain). Fast-forward to 18hrs later: my toe is swollen and extremely painful. I work in EMS so here is to a fun day of being in boots.Moral of my post: Ill be sticking to my regular salon and not trying any spur-of-the-moment ones anytime soon.

Amazing staff! Everyone seemed so happy to be at work. All smiles. Great customer service. Greeted every customer who walked in the door and helped them asap. Venn really took her time and did a spectacular job. Chances of me coming back are 9.5/10. They definitely deserve a 5 star!

They were nice coming in but two of the techs didnt really work for the money. It was four of us and two of us had the same tech and the third had the other bad tech. One tech really took time and did a great job. I wasnt interested in their names because i wont be back. While we were waiting on our fourth person my tech was sweeping the floor and she didnt care that she was sweeping over our toes or sweeping dust and dirt towards us. The manager heard us talking but never addressed the issue.

Amazing service!!! Recently moved to this side of time and needed to find a new nail shop. So thankful to have found them. They are friendly, helpful and do great work. I will definitely be back.

I recently just moved to Arizona from California and needed to find a new nail salon to start going to. One of my girlfriends recommended N-T Nails and I havent gone to any other nail salon since. They talk to you while you are getting your nails done and they are super sweet!! I also cant complain about the prices, if youre looking for a nail salon you wont be disappointed with them! ☺️

They got us in super quick. All business, I kinda liked not having to chat. Feel like it was a little rushed, dip nails could have been a little nicer.

I tried this nail salon as they opened earlier then my regular location. Even though the location was clean and the staff was friendly I would not return. I thought my pedicure and eye brow wax were cheap ($40 for a pedi with design and eye brow wax) however the lady doing my pedicure was really rough. She ended up cutting down the sides of my toe nails and I now have blisters, in grown toe nails, and sores on 4 of my toes. This has never happen before. Besides being painful, the pedicure was not done well. I have paint on my toes and there are parts of the toe nails without paint. As for the eye brown wax, one eye brow looks great and the other one almost looks like I need to pencil in a small portion where to much was taken off. Therefore, due to the pain and poor quality I would not go back. The place was fairly busy so some people must like it however next time I will stick with my preferred location.

Van is the best! Ive been going to her for a few years now and I have no complaints! But make an appointment if you want to have her do your nails. Shes very popular since shes so good!

This is the worse place I ever been to, the guy didnt khow what he was doing. I asked him to do an overlay for me because I have my own long thick nails. I do like to get an overlay to protect them from breaking and he made them so thick and uneven uuuggg. The worse nails, I had to get out and go to another salon to get them level down and fix them. I will not come back here ever.

I think I could have done a better French pedicure than this young fella.

I use to see Van at her shop in Tucson with my daughter. Then Van sold the shop and had gone home for awhile. Well after I tried another shop I found out that Van had come back but she had moved to Phoenix(small world), I found her again and I have also moved to phoenix to be with my daughters family. My daughter and I will never see anyone else to do our nails! Van is the best and is so creative with my nails. She has the best service, pricing and still does air brushing (which you can not find anymore) So lucky to have found her again! Great Pedis too!

Horrible customer service!! They called up 2 people that got there after my daughter and I did, mind you at that time we were already sitting there waiting for almost 30 minutes and no joke 8 people came in while we were waiting and not 1 worker looked up to say “hi can I help you.” I was beyond pissed. My daughter and I got up and walked out. It is ugly inside and it stinks in there. I will NEVER go back there again.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I felt like I was stuck in a real live episode of In Living Color because they made the stereotype so true, as they laughed and talked about me the whole time in another language as If I didnt know it.... because every time I picked a design she didnt have the color I wanted. Then she had the audacity to tell me that I was taking up too much of her time. If you want to get an enjoyable pedicure my recommendation is to never go to this establishment. I will never be returning.

I love this place they do my nails really well and even give u a hand massage at the end. It would be nice if they talked more with the customers but I still love the place. Its a place I dont recommend going by yourself but with a friend or family member.

They did a great job on my gelnmani and pedi- two separate occasions, with two different techs. Pricing was reasonable, facilities clean. Only concern was that my second visit, I had an appointment, but still had to wait probably 10-15 minutes. Will definitely go back.

I went on Sunday for a pedi. The nail tech was nice and did a great job on my feet. I got the classic pedi ($20)and the extra calus remover ($5). The place was clean, and the massage chairs were great. They have a variety of good nail colors to choose from. I waited about 30 min. Which was not bad for a walk-in on a weekend. They also dont do appointments on the weekends. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Went on a Saturday and they were understaffed so it took a while to be seated in a chair which is understandable. My party is then seated at the pedicure chairs and I get to wait while they do my friends pedicure....ok then, at least Im in a chair. Its finally my turn and I choose a basic pedicure and manicure, like I normally get everywhere else. I have to ask for my toenails to be cut instead of just left how they were...then she asks if I would like the callus removal and I hesitantly said yes, knowing it was an extra $5 (they dont even scrub your feet unless you pay extra!?). Ill start with my feet are NOT that bad! She pulls out the cheese grater thing and starts going to town. It started getting tender and I could see she could tell but kept going and I definitely should have said something because a WEEK and a half later, my heel is still tender....So she asks what scent lotion I want and then proceeds to wet my legs and rub one pump of lotion on top of the water on my legs....leaving them feeling almost as dry as when we started... I really didnt understand that. Trying to save on lotion?So we start on my manicure and again I have to ask her to cut my nails instead of just file them.....My nail color was obviously running out and needed to be replaced and didnt seem to be working too great but I let her do her thing. Then the lotion/massage portion comes again and she uses one squirt of Cetaphil on each hand and is done in about 10 seconds for each hand....I know I chose the basic Mani/pedi but not even using a scrubber on your feet without charging extra? Cetaphil and a 10 second hand rub? I guess I just dont get it.To top it all off, I go to pay and only had a card but was obviously still tipping and she complains that I dont have cash and she wont get her tip for 2 weeks. Who does that!? Sorry, but after damaging my foot and scimping on product, youre lucky youre getting a tip and you ARE getting it.Got out of there for about $60....and will not be going back.

Ann did my pedi and mani and It was well worth the price and my time. She made sure I got what I paid for and I was so happy I tipped her $20. I have found my new spot.

Had a visit today for a fill and eyebrows..Sat down and was moved over because there was a scheduled ..the young man that did my nails did a good job..But the hospitality was horrible..my eyebrows were horrible..I will never go back..They made me feel like the money I spent there really wasnt as important as the white ladys money..I wouldnt recommend them to no one...Now I see why their chairs be empty every time I come in

Ive been to this Salon 3 times and each time they have been very unprofessional. They will speak their language right in front of you when they want to be rude. The men in their are rude and just dumbfounded and so are the women. If youre looking for ignorance, this is the perfect place to go.

My sister and I come as often as we can. The ladies of this salon do great work for a reasonable price ($30 for mani and pedi; no additions) and are no nonsense. Extremely clean and quick as they can be.

Ive gotten my nails done here before and i like them but i went here 2 days ago and my nails are already peeling up. The guy that did them rushed and didnt take my nail polish off and when he put the acrylic on you can still see it when i said something about it they just tried to say it was my nail, all my nails have bubbles in them.
